Wonderful place to catch up with friends since it’s quiet and provided excellent service and tasty food and drinks! My friends have Celiac so they are always looking for restaurants that offer Gluten Free dishes and this place was perfect for them! Lots of Gluten free options! The GF fried chicken was delicious as was the GF Roasted Red Pepper salad!
You can make reservations online which is very handy! Parking is behind the restaurant and if the lot is full, they offer complimentary valet parking or you can park behind the Lululemon store across the street.
We've had their cinnamon and pecan rolls to go for a long time. We ate breakfast there 1st time. You won't find nicer servers anywhere. Food was excellent, coffee exceptional. And you can get frozen rolls to go-gluten free if needed.
What a perfect brunch spot! I wish I could give 10 stars for the service - Lucas was top notch!! We we are super happy with this amazing spot. And so many gluten free options!
Woodward’s Pizza is pricey but yummy, we especially enjoy their delicious vegan and gluten-free options. However we were disappointed in our visit there this evening. Our family of 10 arrived around 8:15p. We spent close to $180 on our order which included a $41.99 online order that I had placed on our way there (long story lol).
Food was great as usual!
But before 9pm employees started putting chairs on top of the empty tables around us, and at 9pm sharp, the music/videos were turned off. We immediately felt uncomfortable, as well as the party of 7 next to us, so we packed up our food and left at once. We had no intentions of lingering of course, but giving us a few more minutes would have been hospitable. It was unfortunately an abrupt ending to an enjoyable time.
I love, love, love Cafe 75. I have a gluten intolerance and I can have chicken fried steak at Cafe 75. ❤️ Had dinner there tonight and it was delicious! Never disappointed! Yum!
The vault makes some good food! Although for the attention pause to GF, V designations on the menu - I wish they had a Gluten Free bun for the sandwiches!
I adored the atmosphere!
Placed an online order on our way out of town to Texas on Highway 75. Our order included five 11 inch one topping pizzas and five drinks. Three of those five were to be gluten free ($3 up charge). Get there a few minutes early to get our drinks and wait on the order. Was informed at arrival that our order wasn’t ready. Could tell right away the younger kids behind the counter were overwhelmed and stressed. The manager was seated by the drinks, eating a meal. After waiting 10-15 minutes my wife took our drinks and the kids to the car to wait on the pizzas. I stood there watching a gentleman struggle to cut pizzas by himself for what seemed like forever. He then realizes that the toppings had been left off of ALL FIVE pizzas. The manager, finally coming behind the counter to help him, looks at me with contempt to let me know the kid is in training. At that point another manager or supervisor comes from the back and tells the kid to just throw some toppings on them and stick them back in the oven for a minute. By this time the pizzas were more than well done. I take them to the car and distribute them only to find out that my wife’s pizza was missing her toppings and ranch drizzle AND her pizza was not on the gluten free crust we paid extra for. She went back into the store, to get it resolved. The first manager we encountered did not approach my wife but looked at her from across the kitchen, whispering to the other employees in her vicinity before going to the back to get the other supervisor. She walks up to my wife and says, “Was it not a simple pie?” My wife shows the online order confirmation and explains what it should have been. She gets it remade and gave us a coupon for a free 11 inch pizza. Meanwhile, 3 of the other pizzas in our order were so done and blackened on bottom, my kids could barely eat them. $55 on pizza and over an hour of our time wasted. We do not complain to get free stuff, we just want to get a quality product with our hard earned money. Please, please hire employees that know how to delivery customer service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this was our first visit to the Tulsa Hills Blaze Pizza and maybe our last.
This is my favorite restaurant. Amazing food and staff is knowledgeable about gluten-free, so feel I safe eating here. Love the queso and cheese and onion enchiladas. You can tell they use quality cheese. Best refried beans I've ever had!
I ate here today, the food was really good and the service was even better out server was very helpful with our gluten free needs and answering all our questions.
Good food, staff was polite, not a lot of people and had us in our own little area which was nice
Fiance is gluten free and they were super accommodating, asked if it was allergy or preference and made sure it was GF for us
Both of us loved the food and can't wait to go back
Really love the atmosphere, gluten options allows you to change out your bread. I opted for the baked option (no bun).
Overall great price, for 2 with one adult beverage.
We were there today for the Easter brunch. We had 10 at our table. I'm gluten-free and I didn't know what, if anything, I'd be able to eat at the Buffet, but the staff was wonderful! They gave me clean new utensils to use on the Buffet. They made gluten-free pizzas and our server took care of our table, beautifully!
It was a beautiful Easter brunch, after church.
Thank you to John, and his daughter, for making everything so wonderful for me, today! Robin
Kaylynn W rocked! A great way to spend our anniversary. They are super knowledgeable about dietary needs (celiac / dairy free), have a wonderful atmosphere (we had rose petals and flowers), and the food is so fun!
The food at this location is always amazing. I had the roasted chicken, mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. Everything was cooked to perfection as usual. We like to sit in a booth in the bar. So comfortable!
Aside from the wonderful food, I have to give major props to two people. Our server, Samantha, was super friendly , informative and professional. She even brought us damp towels and lemon slice for our hands toward the end of the meal. She informed (whom I assume was the manager) Lee about my need for gluten free. He came to our table and asked some questions about allergy vs celiac. We had a great discussion with Lee. (Also a super friendly person). He assured me that they take great care in changing gloves, cleaning work surfaces, etc, so I would feel safe with the food. I gotta say, I nearly cried. NO ONE has ever taken that much care and kindness in a restaurant and I will never forget this experience. Many, many thanks.
FRIDA is one of the only places in Oklahoma where I feel COMPLETELY safe dining. I have been diagnosed with celiac for 3 1/2 years and it is so nice to dine somewhere and not feel completely restricted! The staff is extremely accommodating and the food is AMAZING. Couldn’t recommend more!
Some of the food was great and some was alright at best. Our waitress was amazing and was knowledgeable about what was and wasn't gluten free on the menu which made ordering for a kid with gluten sensitivity so much better than normal.
Easily one of the best breakfast spots I’ve been to in a while, we left with big smiles and very full bellies! AMAZING SERVICE, our waitress was very sweet and accommodating to all of our questions and substitutions. They also had a whole gluten free section, and had lots of options to accommodate dietary needs. The portions were generous, and all the food was yummy with a nice attention to detail. The prices were very fair, it was refreshing to feel like I could order anything off the menus I wanted and not feel daunted by the price.
If I were a local, this would be my regular spot!
I ordered my lunch to go, went in and picked it up and when I did I asked them if I needed to request gluten-friendly chips or whether or not they were all that way. They explained to me that I would need to request them and they were more than willing to replace my chips for me with some more gluten-friendly ones. They then reviewed my lunch order and showed me that one of the items I chose was not gluten friendly( a sauce I had chosen). Not only did they just replace everything without being upset with me or making me pay for it, they were very polite! Thank you for saving me from being very very ill! I will definitely be back. Trisha and her team ARE THE BEST!
I've been going to this location of Red Robin for more than 18 years, it used to be (at least) once a week when I worked nearby but has fallen off to about once a month for the last few years. The food is still great, bottomless fries, especially with the campfire sauce are always wonderful, and the service is great, always quick with a soda refill. Being such a long-going customer, I've gotten to know servers, bartenders and managers over the years and am always greeted or visited at my table, just to make sure everything is ok on that visit. The wife who has to eat gluten free has never had a cross contamination issue either. And while the prices have gone up, just like they have everywhere, I still think Red Robin is a decent value for the cost.

I have never been to the same chain of restaurants and had such a different experience. My wife has really missed having a hamburger with a good bun since having to eliminate gluten from her diet. I had never been to Red Robin due to the high price they charge for a hamburger, but after hearing that their gluten free buns were good, I decided to give it a try. My daughter and I went to the Broken Arrow location to try a gluten free burger so I could see if it was something my wife would like. Our service there was great, fries with dipping sauce were brought to our table within minutes of placing our order, and a manager stopped by our table to make sure everything was good. A week later I took my wife and daughter to the Owasso location and none of the things that happened at the Broken Aroow location happened in Owasso. I also realized on this trip that if you get a gluten free bun you're charged $2.99 extra on an already overpriced $15 burger. In Broken Arrow I paid on the little electronic device that's on the table and was able to fill out a survey on it. When i tried paying on the device at the Owasso location so iI could fill out the survey for them, it showed I was going to charged $2.99 for using it instead of paying the server. I'm not sure if we'll go back to Red Robin due to this experience, but if we do, it definitely won't be the one in Owasso.
Make sure you get the perfect margarita because it really is perfect. Food is amazing. Awesome service. They accommodated our work party of 40 people and did a great job. 10/10 recommend. They also have a great gluten free menu.
Incredible meal. Great wine list and cocktail menu! Menu changes seasonally. Tonight we had the cacio y pepe wings, deviled eggs, and the scallops. All quite delectable. Also, plenty of gluten free options including the availability of GF pizza, bread and buns. Servers and staff knowledgeable about food allergies and sensitivities. They also have a kids menu. Our 7yo loved the fried chicken bites. Amazing atmosphere. Great service.

I appreciate that the gluten-friendly options are clearly marked on the menu. My son has celiac disease, and he loves the steak on the kids menu. Even though we tell the server that he has celiac, the kitchen still sends a package of Oreos out on his plate. The Oreos they have aren’t gluten-free, so no treat or a gluten-free alternative would be nice.
As for the regular menu, I’ve tried several things and have always been happy!
Holly, Holly, Holly, amazing service, smiled with all out gluten free accommodations, best service I have had in a long time. Great food, great service!! Thank you. Go see Holly!!
We were excited to give them a try since their online menu showed gluten free options on several dishes. However, our waiter worked hard to ignore us and had to be called over verbally. When I asked about a gluten free menu he said they don’t have one. When I mentioned that there is an image of one online he said it must be an old menu. He made no effort to check with the kitchen about any gluten free options and appeared content with our choice to leave without ordering and go elsewhere to eat.
If you have celiac or gluten allergies, don’t even bother going here.
I've been here twice with my daughter's volleyball team. Both times the food and the service were excellent! My daughter is gluten and dairy free, and we appreciate that they have a gluten-free available. She likes to get avocado toast with gluten-free toast.
Charlestons is always an easy yes. Consistently good food, service, and atmosphere. They have a decent gluten free menu.
Their chips are not gluten free. The salads, prime rib, mashed potatoes, carrots, sandwiches, are always delicious. The artichoke dip is so good (not gf) but oh so good for those who can it eat!
Always a first choice restaurant when trying to decide where to go.
The waitress that interacted with my gluten free daughter was one of the best we've had since she went gluten free. Brandy took the time to ask questions and explain the process and procedures for their kitchen and establishment. She too has celiac disease so it made my daughter feel like she found her place and her people. Someone who finally understood her struggle. Money can't buy that peace. Ted's is an awesome place to eat and enjoy the company of your loved ones. They made her feel included with food choices and options. I can't say enough good things. It's wonderful all around... Food, environment, people, everything. If you haven't been. Go!
The food is super good! Everything tastes great. It's gluten free friendly, with no extra charges for gluten free substitutions. The atmosphere is great, they play good music too. The staff is super good and friendly
This place was super cute, the waiter brings the check out in a book and the whole thing feels like a retro bar. The food was ok, they have gluten free options, BUT DO NOT COUNT ON THEM TO ACTUALLY MAKE IT GLUTEN FREE(I have an actual wheat allergy, but it’s easier to just say gf). The waiter was sweet as can be but after figuring out what was gf, and ordering it. The waiter brings out the food and my gf burrito was so good, I ate a few bites and noticed I was getting a bit itchy. That’s when I noticed it was dusted with what looked like cheese of some sort, and when I stopped the waiter to ask he said it was wheat flour/crushed Cheetos, followed by his response of “I am not sure why they put that on there. That is the breading that wasn’t gf. Are you going to die, should I call someone ?” I was so disappointed. I got the check and left. I won’t come back.

Vast is no exception! This New American fine dining & cocktail restaurant is located on the 49th floor of the Devon Tower and provides crazy good skyline views. The food was just as good as the panoramic view and everything came out perfectly. You know how you receive complimentary bread? I told them I was gluten free and they baked a fresh batch and brought it out still warm from the oven. The service could have been improved. We got there at the beginning of dinner and it took 27 minutes for us to receive our drinks after placing the order. The entree took a while as well.
Overall, I’ve definitely saved this spot as a must visit anytime I’m in Oklahoma City!
The owner waited on us and was so friendly and helpful discussing gluten issues with us. (My husband has Celiac). The baked potato was the fluffiest I've ever had! We will definitely return!
