I was genuinely shocked at the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE here (by a waitress with a darker complexion – the only way I can distinguish her)! I’ve never experienced anything of the kind in all my time in Amsterdam!
1) I ordered chicken ramen with gluten-free noodles, but was not informed that it would be served without chicken.
2) When I asked why the chicken was missing, that waitress responded rudely with, “I don’t know!” After a short pause, she added, “I’ll check.” A few minutes later, she returned and told me the absence of chicken was due to my gluten-free request – something that was not communicated to me when ordering.
3) I asked if chicken could be added separately. She reluctantly said she would check. A few minutes later, she returned to serve other customers but gave me no update. When I asked again, she rudely answered: “Yes, you have to wait. I have other things to do too, and it takes time.”
4) When the chicken finally arrived, it was COMPLETELY COLD – clearly straight from the fridge – and tasted STALE. I’ve never had ramen served with cold meat before.
The male waiter stepped in and reheated it upon request.
I wasn’t the only one frustrated. The two ladies at the table next to me were also left waiting far too long for their food, and they were complaining.
I will not be returning. The service was unacceptable!
Your staff needs serious training. If this continues, you will keep losing more customers. Such a shame!

Great sushi although there were surprisingly few gluten free options. The staff were helpful regarding the GF options, although the menu tablet gave allergy info you can't beat talking to a human! Food arrived quickly and the staff were attentive. This place is BUSY so definitely make a reservation

Be careful when ordering sushi here. They had sushi on the gluten free menu but they told me that there is gluten in the rice vinegar in the sushi rice so the sushi isn’t really gluten free.

Delicious food and they take allergies into account. There is vegetarian and soy-free food available and also gluten-free. They also have fresh jasmine tea which was also delicious. Super nice people who have a good price/quality ratio. I don't agree with the negative comments. Even though we had to wait a while for the food, I will definitely come back here!

Really super food. They have a lot of different types of menus which is a bit confusing but the servers are very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Everything we ate was excellent and they were able to make everything gluten free. I would really recommend the steamed oysters. I was a bit hesitant for a cooked oyster but it was really amazing! When you enter it looks enormous, but because of all the attractive corners you forget that when you sit at your table. Very nicely decorated, very atmospheric and hip music. You can order the food via a tablet, which is ideal because this way you sit together at the table and you are not always on your way to a buffet.
The food is of good quality. Delicious sushi, but the side dishes are also very tasty. Including the tenderloin tips, the beef salad, sashimi salad. I eat gluten-free, so the choice was a bit more limited than my table companion, but there was enough left over for a delicious meal. I am also happy to see that they really seem to understand gluten-free food in my case. The desserts are delicious, although the crème brulee could be served warmer, which makes it more tasty
