First, I'd like to mention the exceptionally friendly staff. 😊
For me, as someone with celiac disease, it's paradise. Eating everything on the menu is simply amazing. The pizzas were delicious.
We'll definitely be back next time we're in Munich. 😊
Delicious burgers, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Child-friendly with a changing table and toy box. 👍 Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Warning: The "spicy vegetable patty" is quite hot (not really for kids). Outdoor seating currently overlooks the construction site.
A very good selection of gluten-free and/or vegetarian and vegan dishes. The staff is well-versed in the issues and problems faced by people with celiac disease.
The food and drinks were delicious.
We went for breakfast for the second time today and would go there again at any time. The staff is very friendly and really like the job. The food itself is fresh, plentiful and really good. Also on celiac disease dd. Glutenfrei geachtet. Absolutely recommended!

My absolute favorite restaurant. The perfect mix of healthy dishes & sweet sins. There's definitely something for everyone, whether you're a vegan, meat eater or someone with gluten intolerance.
Nice staff and big compliments to the chefs :)
Very tasty food and friendly staff.
Many dishes on the menu are marked gluten-free, and it is explicitly stated that people with celiac disease should inform the staff. Special attention has been paid to this, and the staff are very knowledgeable about the requirements.
Had a lovely birthday party! Super great children's corner... the kids are happy and the parents can "eat in peace"😉
The chef really went out of his way for my sister and offered a great selection of gluten-free dishes. We all enjoyed the house too😁

One of the most beautiful and delicious restaurants in Konstanz! The atmosphere is very cozy and there is a great selection of Latin American dishes and snacks, also for vegans, vegetarians and people who follow a gluten-free diet.
We were there without a reservation with a person with intolerance. After explaining that gluten-free cooking was only possible upon reservation, there were food suggestions so that we could order gluten-free.
Great service, delicious food and a lovely ambience gave us a wonderful evening.
This was a very accommodating place that provided excellent service and carefully avoided cross-contamination with gluten. The gluten-free burger buns were delicious, and the burgers were quite good. They also have a dedicated gluten-free fryer, so the fries were also excellent. I highly recommend it for those with celiac disease, like myself.
Good price level. Great, quiet place right on the Pegnitz in the city center close to the main market. Upon request, gluten-free bread was also available for a small additional charge.
The ice cream was delicious, and they offered a gluten-free cone. Unfortunately, I didn't see it until I'd already ordered my usual cup of ice cream. My only tip: a board/chart labeling the ice cream flavors (vegan, gluten-free) would be helpful.
The food was very good, the service was incredibly friendly and there was also a large selection of gluten-free food available! Many thanks to the team for the good dinner!
The burgers were very tasty. The gluten-free bun offered was also available. The location, right next to the train station, is good. Absolutely recommended, especially because of the top burgers.
Very attentive and friendly service, and the food was delicious. Gluten-free pizzas are also available upon request. The dishes are a bit on the expensive side, but the quality and ambiance justify this. All in all, a highly recommended Italian restaurant.
The food is good. The service messed up the order. We also went for gluten free pizza but every time I have come here they didn't have anymore. Hopefully they improve soon and refill their stock.
Today we wanted to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday here in a small group. Since my children have to eat a gluten-free diet, this was stated when we reserved the table (specifically: they wanted gluten-free pizzas and so we announced it early on - this offer also exists there in principle, that's the only reason we went there). My mother also left her cell phone number.
When we arrived we were told: we no longer have gluten-free pizza.
My parents came there from outside Düsseldorf. Nobody thought it was necessary to call them after the last gluten-free pizza had been ordered, nobody had put aside the two portions of dough that we had explicitly stated were requested.
Apparently Per Voi (formerly Da Noi Urdenbach) did not note the request for gluten-free pizzas when making the reservation.
It's human to make mistakes, even if there were several here.
The real reason I'm writing this review now is that there was not a word of regret, not an admission of error, not a "sorry!", not a "you're right!". No recognition of what was obviously, unfortunately, unprofessional behavior.
So if you want to go there to eat a “reserved” gluten-free pizza, you can’t necessarily rely on it. And yes, gluten-free pasta was offered as an alternative, but it happens that the guest simply wants to eat what he had already announced and been promised days before.
So we left the restaurant without having accomplished anything. It's a shame, it could have been a nice evening there.
As has often been the case in recent years, we stopped at the Kaffeetasse terrace after a walk through Bühl. It was beautiful sunshine, so the wait until service finally arrived wasn't a problem. The problem came with the lazy lady who answered our questions grumpily or not at all. At the counter, my wife ordered cake without knowing that the cake was gluten-free, wholesome and vegan - and that, as it turned out, the leftover pieces must have been on display for days. It was only when we were paying that we received the news about vegan etc., the stale cakes were not mentioned. We actually wanted to eat normal cake, neither vegan nor wholesome food nor stale cake - and with a service that doesn't deserve the name. We will never drink a coffee here again.
Sweet café run with a lot of heart and great with a play area for children.
The gluten-free options are really great (e.g. crepes and waffles - it's best to call ahead), they're also aware of contamination risks so you can enjoy safely!
The service is sometimes a bit confusing, but the friendliness and delicious meals make up for it! :)
We were actually really excited - breakfast at the café in Altona, which offers vegan and gluten-free options, sounded like a perfect start to the day. Unfortunately, things got rather… disappointing.
I order matcha almost everywhere because I love how versatile the drink can be – and because to me it is more than “just a green tea”. It is a ritual, a taste experience, a real drink from the heart. What came next was all the more disappointing: a completely tasteless, strangely bitter-watery something that was probably supposed to be matcha. Perhaps. To be honest, we still don't know what was in the cup. But if it was matcha, then it was the worst possible quality.
And I really ask myself: How can a product like this even end up on the menu?
The service person was super friendly – no question about it – but when we asked, she honestly told us that she had never tried the drink herself. And that's when it rang a bell for me: I worked in the catering industry for many years, and it was standard practice for the entire team to try out new products before they ended up on the menu. Especially with sensitive drinks such as matcha or special coffee preparations, it is actually common practice to hold workshops or training courses to ensure quality and consistency.
But with this matcha? No chance.
I really can’t imagine anyone saying, “Yes, that’s delicious – that’s on the menu.”
And even though the café had gluten-free breakfast options, the food was mediocre, but quite expensive. If I'm going to spend a lot more money on a "special breakfast," then I want to get something that justifies the price - and that just wasn't the case here.
We returned the matcha (half full) but paid anyway - because we didn't want to blame the service. But I gave the feedback anyway. For me, leaving the drink on the menu like this is simply not fair treatment of guests.
Conclusion: I will not visit this cafe again. Not because the people there were unfriendly – quite the opposite. But because I think that a card also means responsibility. And because for that price I would rather buy a fair trade organic tea at the drugstore, sit down on a bench in downtown Altona - and have a better moment. Without any bitter, fishy surprise in the cup...
Really delicious food with large portions. Almost everything is available gluten-free and vegan. The shop is comfortably furnished. You should definitely make a reservation, as all tables are often already reserved. Unfortunately, the staff was very unfriendly during our visit
Super friendly, large fresh and regional breakfast selection, united by e.g. classic white sausage breakfast, vegetarian and vegan selection, lots of people, gluten-free meals possible and uncomplicated
I just discovered this little café and I'm absolutely thrilled. The offer has something for everyone, e.g. vegans, people with gluten intolerance or lactose intolerance. The fresh regional foods are mostly organic and are presented with care.
The staff was friendly and approachable.
I'd love to come back.
BASECOFFEE is definitely recommended. It has a large menu with something for everyone. From sweet to savory, from gluten-free to vegan. I'm personally so impressed with the DEATH BY BACON PANCAKES that I'm going there for my birthday. The prices are reasonable and not too expensive. One downside for me is that they only serve sweetened matcha there, as the powder is pre-sweetened, which unfortunately isn't quite my taste. The restaurant's location is beautiful, and a lot of effort has been put into the decor. (The photo shows the Eggs Benedict, also very tasty.)
Gutenfrei Perfect. Thanks for the nice, uncomplicated evening at Bronkers, since I have to eat gluten-free it's always difficult.
People knew their way around here!
Mega tasty citizen and fries.
Even on the first evening, even though we showed up shortly before and the kitchen was just closing, the guys still made us fries. Very nice team. Thanks again.
Then, of course, we became repeat offenders.
And all we can say is, it was worth it.
The citizens are fantastic.
We went in the hope of finding some gluten free food. Good allergy card, shows all menu items and what you can have. We went with the Tijiana fries. Great food and the coeliac in our group was well catered for. Just need to add a GF currywurst to the menu to make it the perfect restaurant!
We had a crispy chicken with house fries and the Smashed by Streets with skinny skin fries.
Quality: The burgers are top-notch. They're very high quality. The house fries are a bit thicker but unfortunately quite dry. The skinny skin fries are just completely dry. I can't recommend them at all.
Drinks: The watermelon 🍉 iced tea only tastes like water with syrup. There's not much iced tea.
Sauce: The cheese sauce and ketchup were very good. 🤩
Price: The prices are generally okay for Frankfurt. However, there are two points that I find outrageous. Smashed Burger €20.90 - what for? "The Bull" burger costs €14.90 and also has two patties.
Unfortunately, I have to express a strong criticism of the surcharge for the gluten-free bun. +€1! Why? I didn't choose my gluten intolerance. This surcharge is discriminatory. This could easily be factored into the general pricing model.
It's simply wonderful when the waiter says, "You need gluten-free?! Did you know that we also offer our pasta dishes and tarte flambée gluten-free?
And everything is freshly prepared and absolutely delicious 🤩
We'll definitely be back.
Ordered gluten-free pizza due to gluten intolerance. According to their statement, ready-made pizza base is used. Unfortunately the pizza didn't taste good at all and was watery in the middle.
We will never eat pizza there again
This place was an amazing surprise! The food is absolutely delicious, and there are a lot of gluten free options (marked on the menu which you can find on their website).
Nice and friendly stuff, good variety of gluten free options and other cakes. I tried an Americano coffee and it was just perfect!!
Highly recommended!!
We spontaneously went to Burgerwerk Wiehl with friends with the small challenge that one person suffers from celiac disease. The service provided competent advice and alternatives were also given. Top service and then also the best food. Thank you for that
