It's so nice to have a relaxed lunch somewhere without having to worry about gluten mistakes or cross-contamination. The lunch menu offers enough options. I had the Eggs Benedict. Delicious gluten-free bread with salmon eggs and hollandaise sauce. Worth repeating!
Unfortunately a very bad experience...
Got gluten-free stuff last Saturday due to new diet
The macaroons were rock hard and really inedible
I bought cheese rolls because I can't eat garlic or onion powder. At first bite they turned out to be sauce ice cream rolls...
Also had 5 other products and just wanted to bake something from them, it turned out to be 2.5 weeks past their expiry date, so I checked the dates and 2 other products were also already past the date before the purchase date...
So we don't come here anymore and a tip for others pay attention to the dates..
Had dinner here last night. Booked in advance and indicated that someone with a gluten allergy was present. They dealt with it very well, explained everything clearly from their own point of view on how they dealt with it. They knew exactly what they were talking about. The food was super tasty, good, fast service and a cozy atmosphere on the terrace.
Highly recommended, we will definitely come back!
Great bagel options and good coffee. Clear signage about gluten free products and great customer service. These guys know what they are doing with gluten-free.
Large selection of pastries
Menu is reasonable in terms of lunch choices
Gluten-free pastries option
Neat toilet areas with the possibility to change your baby.
Fast and friendly service.
Ordered: toasted sandwich with ham, cheese and (fresh) pineapple with garnish; red velvet cake; coffee with milk and latte. Total €18.10
Downside. First the pastries are brought, 10 minutes later the coffee and a little later the toasted sandwich. For the net, better all at once.
For us worth repeating
Another delicious lunch, with a toasted bagel and a pink latte. As always, excellent care and friendly service! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to relax in the heart of Leiden. The menu offers enough choice for everyone, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free. And always good music in the background!
Delicious traditional pancakes and especially wonderful as catered for gluten and lactose free diets! Outside terrace on the canal in the sunshine is highly recommended. Waitress staff were extremely welcoming! If in Delft you must visit!
A wonderful café with character. Delicious breakfast, truly great and friendly service. And if you can snag a seat in the back garden, it's a dream in the city. Numerous vegan and gluten-free options, and a great selection of drinks. Highly recommended.
was really baffled to find out that their idea of a “fresh ginger tea” is 3 small slices of ginger placed together with 2 halves of lemon in hot water. in the end the “tea” tasted more of a lemon water than ginger.
great staff and service, decent tasting gluten free bagels but the tuna melt one was really dry as the filling isn’t enough for both slices.
unexceptional food quality. not worth the price.
Great restaurant, specially for those who can’t eat gluten. They are very aknowledged for crossed-contamination. The food was great! It’s very nice to have places where celiacs can eat safely. We are for sure coming back💫
This is a great bagels and beans! The service is friendly and good.
The variety of bagels you can get here is really great, there are other menu items too that I’m sure are good. I’ve just never tried them.
Just know there is only one kind of beans here! Would really love if they would add an English breakfast option to the menu! With some beans, an egg, and bacon! Yum! But truly I can’t complain. The vegan cream cheese here has my heart and the gluten free bagel is slammin!
This location can get pretty busy at lunch and sometimes during the rush they don’t do take away.
Pleasant crowds, but was immediately asked by a friendly person at the cash register if she could help. Ordered a gluten free bagel and it was perfect.
I have never experienced them as sweet and knowledgeable as here and I regularly visit various branches.
Thank you very much to the employees here for making it go so smoothly ❤️

The most delicious and authentic Indian food eaten in the Netherlands so far!!! And unexpectedly a delicious gluten-free Naan. Can't wait for my next visit😋
Went for the first time last Saturday. Very hospitable and helpful, as I eat gluten-free and lactose-free. Multiple options possible. And what a great service! Our 2.5 year old daughter had a great time in her own 'kitchen'. Highly recommended if you have allergies and/or children!
Today at Pavarotti I was helped very well by Nina, despite the crowds. She was professional, friendly and took the time to advise me on the gluten-free options. Her dedication and customer focus were immediately noticeable. A valuable asset to the team!
A fantastic place with plentiful vegan pancakes, sweet and savoury, as well as other options and can cater for gluten free.
Ordering system for a large group was a bit of a faff though, as we couldn’t order individually at the counter but as a group through an app.
The location is optimal, close to a crossroads of cycle paths and routes to be followed on foot, on horseback and by MTB on the dunes. The place is pleasant, friendly staff, good food, it's not the first time we've stopped here to have lunch after a ride or walk. The dough for pannenkoeken and also gluten-free white bread are available on request. Pets allowed in the outdoor area, even medium-large ones like ours
I indicated early that gluten-free food had to be eaten due to allergies, this was no problem on the telephone, but on the agreed date I became very ill while eating, so it was certainly not gluten-free. No response from the kitchen, even after asking if a mistake had been made. Very unfortunate
Delicious gluten-free pizzas. You can choose all pizzas with a gluten-free base (they go in the same oven as the other pizzas). They also have gluten-free pasta, but I have never tried it (pizza lover).
The Pannenkoekenboat in Rotterdam is a real highlight for families. During the 75-minute boat trip, you will not only enjoy impressive views of the Rotterdam skyline, but you can also help yourself to the all-you-can-eat pancake buffet.
For the little ones there is a great play area with a ball pit, which provides lots of fun and allows parents to enjoy the meal in a relaxed manner.
The organization on board is top: the tables are assigned in advance, which ensures everything runs smoothly. The staff is friendly and attentive, which makes the stay even more pleasant.
Particularly worth mentioning is that special dietary needs are taken into account: gluten-free and vegan pancakes are offered, so everyone gets their money's worth.
Overall, an all-round successful experience for young and old!
We reserved a table online in advance because the restaurant is very busy. We had a delicious pizza, and the gluten-free version was also delicious. They use high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere and service were excellent. We would love to come back on our next vacation.
It’s a lovely chain in Netherlands and is good for gluten free veg people like me. The only thing I wish would be possible is for them to toast bagels. This is when they taste fantastic with the toppings but they don’t toast only warm. Still I like the place a lot.
Its typically very hard to find a place for a vegan and gluten free friends to eat, but Vegitalian had offerings for both. I had the most delicious gluten free Caesar's salad and my friend had a vegan pizza that he said was delicious. This was our first time visiting Rotterdam and I said I had to come back just to visit this restaurant again, it was great.
The restaurant was pretty busy though so we ate at the bar. I definitely recommend booking a head of time if you'd like a table.
Had a delicious meal here with 2 children and 2 adults, with well-filled pizzas. Not all staff speak Dutch well.
We had 1 who had to eat gluten free. He had a pizza, which was tasty and had no problems afterwards. Dessert went a bit strange, with the older service he couldn't get anything, when we ordered we had a young lady and then he could get ice cream. Then there were some kind of smarties on it, which came from Italy. They couldn't say for sure if it was gluten-free, so they swapped it for ice cream only. That was no problem.
It's a shame that not all the staff are equally well informed because the food was delicious.
