The food was bland at best. My burger was raw and no where near the medium asked for. The service was okay... Drinks were not refilled and rarely checked on the table. Not worth checking out. Much better gluten free options available elsewhere. The decor and overall atmosphere was kinda cool but needed more young people in the restaurant. Went about 5-6pm and only saw elderly couples at the other tables.

They were all so knowledgeable of celiac disease and what I could eat. The gluten free toast was so yummy. They have plenty of gluten free options to choose from!

Food and service are ok; really depends on what you order and who your server is (not consistent). Prices are high for what you get. $12 for a parfait with about $2 worth of ingredients (factoring in the cost of organic/gluten-free). Either their operational costs are outrageous or they are making serious bank with these margins. The item prices don't make sense compared to each other either. An item with more protein, more nutrients, and more expensive ingredients can be a similar price to the PB&J. $9 for an 8-ish ounce strawberry drink? If you dropped your prices 20%, I would show up twice as often, and your total revenue would be higher. Just my 8ยข (marked up my 2ยข to match your pricing). Nice place to pop in for a coffee + free refills, if you happen to be in the neighborhood already.

100/10, absolutely excellent. Especially if you have Celiac and have to be gluten free -- they have GOT YOU. This is one of the largest gluten free menus I've ever been able to order from that wasn't a dedicated GF restaurant. We got the drunken shrimp, chicken risotto, and smores budino, and it was so good! There were five or six GF deserts I could've chosen too, which is unheard of. The gluten free bread alone won me over. It was so incredible, even my husband loved it. The wine is delicious -- we joined the wine club and got the seasonal dragonfruit sangria, as well as the white sangria. Highly recommend!! Bonita at the wine tasting bar took care of us, she has the best personality and laugh, such a joy. ๐ฅฐ Give this woman a raise! Also Casey W, our waitress, for the great service and taking care of my GF needs. We had such a great experience, we definitely recommend. Top 3 restaurant in the Tampa/St. Pete/Saraota area for us.

The staff have been very knowledgeable and helpful with all my Celiac gluten precautions and questions. They have a gluten free bun, so most burgers can be made gluten-free. I prefer to order at the counter register so I can talk to a staff member and clarify preparation process and ingredients. I always have to ask those things in case something has changed, and they are so patient and nice. Seriously, the customer service has been fantastic. There's a shared fryer, so I can't have the fries. And the shacksauce has spices and natural flavors without origin, so I skip that. But the gluten-free bun hasn't fallen apart on me and the burgers are delicious, so that's a win! If you have gluten issues and are craving a quick and yummy burger, I definitely recommend this location of Shake Shack.

A well-run restaurant that prides itself on service and delivers! We have eaten here several times over the past 6 months and the food is well prepared. Service has always been good and friendly. Unbelievable selection of beer, including a couple of gluten-free choices. I recommend the pizza and Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Parking lot can look full but plenty of seating may still be available. Great place for families and sports enthusiasts as many televisions are in place throughout. Outdoor seating is available along with a play area for the little ones.

While on a road trip we found this awesome place. So I've been on some strange habits lately of only eating out and ordering things I can't get usually. ( a bit strange I know but it's getting me to order outside the box ) I had the Rueben on Rye with potato salad. I would def order that again. Buttery, toasty, flavorful and filling. It could have a bit more meat though. Potato salad was yummy! My partner had the matcha and a muffin. Muffin was sweetened with monk fruit, gluten free, and just the right amount of fluffy/moist. Lastly we got a sausage & egg everything bagel with a slice of tomato and it was good. Everything is fresh to order yet it didn't take long. Although we didn't get to try all the baked goods they have a really hefty selection.
