We love NEFF, and very much appreciate the Celiac safe ecosystem that they utilize. The food and beer are amazing, and you would never even know that it was GF. My only real hangup is the value equation. Fish & Chips, for instance. It's my favorite menu item. It is delightful little (emphasis on little) pieces of beer battered cod, served with perfectly fried thin cut french fries. It used to include 3 pieces of fish, and was a reasonable value. My last few visits, however, it has only included 2 pieces of fish. And the pieces haven't gotten any less little. It's certainly not an inexpensive meal, but sadly, it has started to feel like one.

As someone with a gluten allergy, I was so excited to try Big Baby Rolls! I don’t think there’s anywhere near me that has gluten free donuts or cinnamon rolls, except for the farmer’s market. In my opinion, the cinnamon rolls are the most worth it. The donuts are a great option too! And the sausage rolls are just not worth it to me. Too dry, which is common with gluten free. I’ll absolutely be back just for those heavenly cinnamon rolls when I visit Tulsa again. (Or maybe I’ll just drive the two hours and buy a dozen and bring them home. Who knows what the future holds?)

Wonderful place to catch up with friends since it’s quiet and provided excellent service and tasty food and drinks! My friends have Celiac so they are always looking for restaurants that offer Gluten Free dishes and this place was perfect for them! Lots of Gluten free options! The GF fried chicken was delicious as was the GF Roasted Red Pepper salad! You can make reservations online which is very handy! Parking is behind the restaurant and if the lot is full, they offer complimentary valet parking or you can park behind the Lululemon store across the street.

Really awesome place for breakfast or lunch; the environment is very nice, the wait staff are nice, and as a bonus they have an extensive gluten free menu. The food is phenomenal!

Hands down the best pizza! I have celiac disease, so finding safe pizza has not been an easy task. But finding this was a true treat! The environment is charming, and the staff are incredibly helpful. I can't recommend this enough. P.S. Please know you will be spending around $20 per pizza, but 1-2 slices will fill you up.

I love, love, love Cafe 75. I have a gluten intolerance and I can have chicken fried steak at Cafe 75. ❤️ Had dinner there tonight and it was delicious! Never disappointed! Yum!

This is a great little spot!! I went with some co-workers and shared a mega flight, so we got to try all the ciders on tap. Flavor-wise, I think they had a little bit of something for everyone! I’ve had to go gluten-free as an adult and so I’ve missed going to breweries since there’s typically not a ton of GF options - and I’m not usually a big fan of ciders since they tend to run a little too sweet for my tastes. But the ciders here are beer-inspired, flavors are really good and fun, and I’m stoked to know about this place now. I definitely recommend checking it out - I plan to be back soon!

This is my favorite restaurant. Amazing food and staff is knowledgeable about gluten-free, so feel I safe eating here. Love the queso and cheese and onion enchiladas. You can tell they use quality cheese. Best refried beans I've ever had!

The cupcakes were fantastic! They gluten free cupcake tasted exactly like the regular cupcakes, moist and delicious. I believe my favorite was the salted caramel cupcake. It was soft and moist, with buttercream, drizzled with caramel and sea salt. Chef's kiss!

We just had the most wonderful dinner here tonight @Patrono’s Italian Restaurant the staff were fabulous especially our waitress Kiley. The food was out of this world. My Gluten free dinner was amazing.

JAM is always a slam dunk in my opinion! They have some of the best gluten free options as well. Service is always great and I feel like the servers are very knowledgeable and helpful. The atmosphere is quite loud and echoing, so if that is a turn-off for your family or situation, I'd pass. Also on the weekends or holidays it's very hard to get a walk in table past 9am. You have to wake up and put yourself on the wait list to get a table around lunch.

Review of The Baked Bear ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Baked Bear, and I can't recommend this place enough! From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making my experience all the more enjoyable. One of the standout features of The Baked Bear is their impressive selection of ice cream. With a myriad of flavors to choose from, there’s something for everyone. Plus, they offer a gluten-free menu, which is a fantastic option for those with dietary restrictions. What I loved most was the ability to create my own ice cream sandwich! You can mix and match cookies and ice cream flavors to craft the perfect sweet treat. The combinations are endless, and the quality of the ingredients truly shines through. We were there today for the Easter brunch. We had 10 at our table. I'm gluten-free and I didn't know what, if anything, I'd be able to eat at the Buffet, but the staff was wonderful! They gave me clean new utensils to use on the Buffet. They made gluten-free pizzas and our server took care of our table, beautifully! It was a beautiful Easter brunch, after church. I ordered a gluten free cali burger. Best gluten free bun I have ever had (allergy). My fiance got the classic cheeseburger with crinkle fries (so good) and an ice cream sunday. Phenomenal, best burger I have ever had hands down. Could not recommend this place to enough. I ate outside with my fiance and the views were beautiful. The garden outside with the hill and the kids playing was nostalgic and calming. Will come here again. Would recommend to everyone I know.

Megan was awesome as it was our first time to dine there. She was so polite and kind and answered all our questions even though she was the only waitress. It was my sister's birthday celebration and she is gluten free so we were extremely happy to find such a menu!! I can't wait to try many other dishes!!!

One of my favorite OKC restaurants - a very gluten-friendly menu with plentiful options and everything marked clearly. I am also dairy-free and am able to find it relatively easy to customize for those restrictions, too. Staff is helpful and communicative with patrons and the kitchen. 10/10 ⭐️

Delicious! Crape held the other ingredients like a waffle cone, very fresh made right in front of us. Had the double scrambled egg with cheese, lettuce, and sea salt, and a type of asian sauce. I am not a crape connoisseur personally but I thought this was Excellent, and will go back. The large ones are a Nice 500 calorie lunch or dinner. One of our group needs gluten-free which was a big draw in our trying them out to begin with

What a wonderful evening out! While visiting our son in OKC we enjoyed a memorable and delicious meal at JK! Michael was an absolute joy to have as our server as he kindly managed our vegan and gluten-free dietary requirements with care. We ate many sharable appetizers, main courses and sides and loved everything! Definitely will be back as soon as possible. Thank you!

I ordered my lunch to go, went in and picked it up and when I did I asked them if I needed to request gluten-friendly chips or whether or not they were all that way. They explained to me that I would need to request them and they were more than willing to replace my chips for me with some more gluten-friendly ones. They then reviewed my lunch order and showed me that one of the items I chose was not gluten friendly( a sauce I had chosen). Not only did they just replace everything without being upset with me or making me pay for it, they were very polite! Thank you for saving me from being very very ill! I will definitely be back. Really good and sweet items to choose from. Fast service, good and friendly people, and the service was quick! They're square machine broke down as we were getting ready to pay. They handled it with professional manners and it was prompt They also have Gluten free cookies :)

I have never been to the same chain of restaurants and had such a different experience. My wife has really missed having a hamburger with a good bun since having to eliminate gluten from her diet. I had never been to Red Robin due to the high price they charge for a hamburger, but after hearing that their gluten free buns were good, I decided to give it a try. My daughter and I went to the Broken Arrow location to try a gluten free burger so I could see if it was something my wife would like. Our service there was great, fries with dipping sauce were brought to our table within minutes of placing our order, and a manager stopped by our table to make sure everything was good. A week later I took my wife and daughter to the Owasso location and none of the things that happened at the Broken Aroow location happened in Owasso. I also realized on this trip that if you get a gluten free bun you're charged $2.99 extra on an already overpriced $15 burger. In Broken Arrow I paid on the little electronic device that's on the table and was able to fill out a survey on it. When i tried paying on the device at the Owasso location so iI could fill out the survey for them, it showed I was going to charged $2.99 for using it instead of paying the server. I'm not sure if we'll go back to Red Robin due to this experience, but if we do, it definitely won't be the one in Owasso.

Between the gluten free menu and the nutritional pdf. I was able to find food that was safe for me to enjoy. They really like to use soy in most of their sides. If you have other allergies find the pdf. It makes life easier, than being sick. I got a steak, side salad, and asparagus. It was definitely food. I was very hungry. I’m glad I had food to eat.

I love this place!!! I eat delicious food AND I feed hungry children in developing countries. It doesn’t get any better than that! Plus, I have Celiac Disease—it’s a safe place for me to eat!! Justine was so helpful and made sure everyone was aware of my allergy. They have a full dedicated fryer for their corn tortilla, so I actually get chips and salsa—a rarity for me! I was sooo excited!

As someone with celiac disease and a wheat allergy, it’s disheartening to hear that there is no longer a dedicated gluten free fryer. They claim items on the menu are gluten free, but when “gluten-free” items share a fryer with gluten-containing items, said “gluten free” items are no longer safe. Also, the manager didn’t seem very informed about gluten free practices, nor was he willing to ensure the food would be made in a separate, safe space. The waiter even balked when I asked him to bring the food out separately, so the plates wouldn’t touch. I was an almost weekly regular customer here, but too much has changed and it’s no longer safe. Plus, friendliness and going the extra mile must not be a thing here anymore.
