Julia made this an incredible experience! I am so grateful for Julia and The Mule, as a celiac and anaphylactic to Peanuts and Tree Nuts, my time finding restaurants that I feel truly safe is rare. This was the first place in Canada where I felt that safety to just explore the menu, relax, and enjoy. Everyone that came to our table was kind, informed, and awesome! Also the food IS AMAZING! Best tacos I’ve had in Ontario. Thank you again to Julia and the team for making a memorable meal and amazing experience. Will be coming back to Hamilton just for The Mule!

As a celiac, I was almost glutened here. When I asked a server if the beer was gluten free, I was told everything on the menu was. But when my lager arrived, the bottle listed barley. I double checked with another server, who confirmed it wasn’t gluten free, apologized, and kindly brought me a quinoa-based beer instead (which was good, just a little warm). I don’t want to be too harsh. Overall, the food was great, and it’s such a gift to have a spot where I can enjoy a tres leches cake without fear. But this experience is a good reminder to always double check, even in places that seem safe. It also highlights how important it is for all staff to be fully trained on gluten and allergens.

My wife has been wanting to try this place for a little while now! It was worth the wait! She found out about it on Tic Toc! We had an awesome meal with all the dips! This place is 100% gluten free. My wife is just figuring out about gluten and she had a complete worry free dinner!! We had the Dip Dip Dip hooray and we tried 4 different kinds of tacos! Well priced, amazing service and the food is absolutely amazing! 10/10!!

Myself and another coworker along with three people we support had dinner at this location. We sat on the patio. My experience at a different Scaddabush location was not that great so I was apprehensive about eating at this location. But it was the best decision we made and that was because Mark our waiter made sure we had a great experience. Mark was Awesome! He was friendly, patient, accommodating and was just over all a great person It was also great especially for the gentleman with us who eats gluten free. Thank you so much Mark! Keep smiling! The food was very good. The fish is cooked in a cider batter that is gluten free. Many other items on the menu that are gluten free. I would rate the wings as on the higher quality end comparatively. Service was good. The waitress was attentive and knowledgeable on the menu. We were seated promptly without reservations. I would try a different dessert next time. The one pictured wasn't bad but not my taste. I would recommend this location.

I had a fantastic experience at Turtle Jack’s Niagara Falls! From start to finish, everything was spot on. I tried the Bang Bang Shrimp (crispy and flavorful), tomato soup (comforting and rich), baby back ribs (fall-off-the-bone tender), wings (perfectly sauced), and the 10oz California Cut New York Striploin juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. The atmosphere gives cozy cottage vibes right in the heart of Niagara Falls, and the menu has something for everyone, including gluten-free and vegetarian options. Special shoutout to Olivia, our server she was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Her service was exceptional! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Niagara Falls and looking for great food, great service, and a welcoming vibe.

Food is decent. It's great that they have a gluten free eggs benny. Potatoes were definitely undercooked. It is always busy and a zoo to get in - not necessarily worth the wait to get in.

This Mexican breakfast spot is so delicious and quaint. Their menu is loaded with so many gluten and dairy free options and the service is amazing. They are knowledgeable of gluten and dairy allergies and do whatever they can to accommodate you. All the staff is so friendly as well! I will definitely be back!

Amazing food..freshly prepared bread. Gluten free options available. Delicious taste. The only reason i gave 4 star and not 5 is because the pasta (ordered gluten free) was under cooked.. the reason that they gave was it was because its gluten free, its texture feels like its undercooked..wasnt convinced.. coz i have had gluten free pasta before. Would have appreciated if they just accepted that it was undercooked.

Upon arriving, the hostess was great. Our server, Taylar, is a gem! Very knowledgeable, polite, and very pleasant. I wasn’t sure what to order and she pointed out some great items from the gluten free menu. I was very pleased to see such a great variety. She was very attentive to our needs and made sure she checked in at appropriate times. We always love going to GT’s. The food, drinks, music, and above all, the staff are great.

(Celiacs Beware) They have a a lot of gluten free items on the menu but only some of there items are gluten free for example it will say there Empanadas are gluten free but there actually not since they use the same fryer for their non gluten free items. Their arepas though are truly gluten free since they don't fry the bread but a lot of their so called gluten free items are not safe for celiacs so please do ask the waiter and don't just look at the menu and be like wow all gluten free cause its really not. Food was good tho

Amazing experience here, the food, the drinks, the customer service and attentiveness from the waitstaff is a breath of fresh air! Our server Brie was a complete sweetheart and took outstanding care of us, making sure that my food allergies (celiac disease) were taken care of and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! First time dining at Rustica - awesome experience. Our party of 5 sat on their beautiful patio, decked out with plants and flowers. Our server Thomas was fantastic. Very knowledgeable with all our questions and made great recommendations. Everything was incredibly tasty, highly recommend the sweet chili nduja pizza and cacio e pepe! OUR DRINKS AND FISH N CHIPS WERE DELICIOUS! BOTH THE GLUTEN-FREE & STANDARD PORTIONS WERE HUGE!! We ordered our drinks just before 5 and were thrilled to be extended the Happy Hour discount from the bar! THE STAFF WERE DELIGHTFUL, EFFICIENT AND MADE OUR EXPERIENCE LOVELY. We waited a little long to be noticed and seated when the place was quiet inside. Actually had to step in to get someone's attention. High top table chairs are near impossible to pull yourself into the table with and our table was so wobbly we had to ask for it to be adjusted. Having to leave the restaurant to get to the bathroom to wash your hands etc before/during your dining experience is a little frustrating and odd to return back to your seat through the entrance past folks waiting to be seated.

I came in looking for gluten free and vegetarian options. While the options are slightly limited, the food was AMAZING. Mile the server was so kind to customize our order so that I had a delicious meal. He knew exactly when to check in on us and when to give us some time to enjoy our food. It was such a beautiful experience. The cocktails were also amazing! The options and the taste made me feel like I was in Mexico again.

The Keg Heartland never disappoints! The restaurant is large, accessible, has a substantial bar, plenty of seating options and relaxed but sophisticated atmosphere. The customer service is exceptional, consistently friendly, attentive and thorough. Their portions are generous, and the food is always fresh, appetizing and prepared to perfection. They offer a comprehensive menu with gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options, and cater to dietary restrictions such as reduced salt. With regard to food and drinks, everything on the menu is delicious but my favourites include the mouth watering steaks, garlic mashed potatoes, caesar salad, lobster bisque, crab cakes, cheesecake, Billy Miner Pie and red sangria. We have been coming here for years and are always incredibly satisfied with the service, food and overall dining experience, making it a family favourite for celebrations and dinners out. Highly recommend it!

Love this place! So many gluten free/vegan/vegetarian options that are actually delicious! The atmosphere is also very cute and the rooftop patio is lovely! Expect to come by when you have some time to relax and enjoy the experience as the food doesn’t always come out super fast but it’s been delicious every time Our server, Imaan was also absolutely lovely!

You won’t be disappointed!! My daughter recently got diagnosed with celiac disease so it is extremely important for us to have everything gluten free for her. As she’s only 5, her options were very limited in terms of the menu.. (she’s a picky eater as well) I called a few days before and explained our situation and the kitchen manager assured that they will accommodate for us by having us bring in GF hamburger bun for her. They assured us that her food won’t be cross-contaminated! Her fries were baked separately as well! I was very grateful with the whole staff who were above and beyond with their service! The atmosphere is cozy, and pricing is reasonable for what you get.
