Absolutely love Bayside Barista. Been coming here for years. All gluten free food, AND all delicious food! Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is lively and bright (it is quite noisy when full, so noise- sensitive folks might want to bring some ear protection.) highly recommend supporting this delightful local business. Worth the drive from NOR.

The cake was excellent, and I appreciated the gluten-free range. However, the service felt a bit perfunctory, and I think a warmer welcome would have made our visit more enjoyable and led to more purchases. The beautiful tea service was a nice touch, but the use of tea bags rather than quality leaves was a bit of a disappointment. The ambiance has room for improvement, as noted in previous reviews. The two comfy armchairs could use a thorough cleaning, and some additional cozy touches might enhance the overall atmosphere. Having now visited all the gluten-free bakeries in Perth, I’m not sure I’ll return unless in the area, but I do appreciate the options available.

Canning River Cafe is in a stunning natural location. The food concept is of exceptional cafe quality and is executed in a highly professional, skilled manner - with the best selection of gluten free options I have encountered. Staff are highly professional and committed to providing the best experience to customers. What's not to like?

Very coeliac aware - apparently the chefs are coeliac/gluten free orders have family members, hence why the menu is so good. Eaten here a few times. Best fish and chips. Love how the whole family can come and share food.

AMAZING GLUTEN FREE (COELIAC FRIENDLY) OPTIONS! We were cautious with the mixed reviews but couldn’t fault a thing when we visited today. My Auntie is severely Coeliac and was delighted to have the option of battered fish, chips, GF tartare and GF chicken salt! Usually she is left with grilled fish and salad as an option but not here. Also had the option of the following in their GF batter; onion rings, squid rings, prawns and pineapple. The gentleman serving was also very friendly and helpful. Big portions and their normal fish and chips were fantastic too. Also super affordable, $13.50 for fish and a serve of chips!
