We were recently in town for a long weekend and ate at the 110 Grill in Manchester every night for dinner including two large group dinners. I cannot say enough good things about the Manchester location! It is very challenging to eat out and travel with a gluten allergy, but the 110 Grill was a wonderful oasis because they take all food allergies very seriously. In fact, when they greet you, one of the first things they ask is if anyone has any food allergies. Pretty much the entire menu can be made gluten free, which was mindblowing because I am so often limited to salads when eating out. Everything we tried was delicious! We interacted with many staff members over the course of the three days and every host, server, and manager were all rockstars at what they do and also such kind and caring folks. We are so grateful to everyone who made our time there so special! Thank you for taking such good care of us!
I have been coming here for years. Even after I moved away, if I was in town visiting, I would make sure I got to go there. The gluten free bagels are excellent! I finally got a chance to try the gluten free pizza and I was definitely not disappointed! Great flavor and texture! Don't sleep on it like I did. It's awesome!
I live in another state. Every time I travel to NH I am sure to make this a stop on the list. As someone with a gluten and dairy allergy, you canโt go wrong here. The food is amazing. The people are so friendly and there is a great atmosphere. Whether you want a coffee, breakfast/lunch, or a pastry, youโll want to stop here for a wonderful experience!
Great breakfast sandwich and coffee. Reasonable prices and good service! I overheard that they have gluten free options for some sandwiches which is great. I was here around 12/12:30 and there was only one girl taking orders and making all the drinks but she was crushing it, I donโt know if I could handle the constant rush that well! I wish Iโd gotten her name but shoutout to her and everyone working this morning!!
Simply amazing! One of my favorite regular spots. The staff is kind and helpful. The falafel wrap is incredible. Love the hangover bowl as well. Every item in bakery is incredible. Best part i can order anything. I'm gluten and dairy free because of stomach issues. Highly recommend
This place was amazing. I cannot wait until we can be in that area again. The food prepared is 100% gluten-free. I could eat with confidence. The atmosphere was relaxing.
The food was quite good with a fairly simple menu. Excellent gluten-free menu. The gf pancakes were generously sized and fluffy. The burrito was more like a panini-wrap, but tasted okay. The whole wheat pancakes were good. The kids meals were -very- small. Many coffee options with okay coffee. Huge assortment of baked goods. Two downsides:
the meal was very expensive for what it was (like $100 for two adults and two kids) and the entire place has an almost aggressively Christian vibe (Bible verses everywhere, faith-based coloring pages, and C-rock playing loudly), so sit outside if thatโs not your thing.
We came here for the food! Very gluten conscious, well-labeled, and staff is knowledgeable (all sauces are GF). The ribs were excellent (we housed a full rack). The Santa Fe nachos were amazing. The kids menu was well portioned and was fully finished. They have gluten-free pizza. The beer selection was great. Wonderful server. Will definitely come again,
Great coffee and pastry shop in New London. They have gluten free muffins and oatmeal as well as smoothies and aรงaรญ bowls. Fun art throughout, plenty of comfortable seating inside and out, and nice staff!
We had not dined here for a while but, returned recently and was very happy with the new menu that offered LOTS of gluten free options - includes apps which is so rare. It was so nice to go to an Asian restaurant and have choices! Honestly, how hard is it to just replace soy with tamari and up the GF offerings? Happy that Chen Yang Li stepped up to the plate to serve the growing number of GF folks. Service and food were very good. It will be our new go to place for Asian food.

Iโm so sad. Wing-itz has always been my comfort food/celebration food because I am gluten free, and can HAVE FRIES! We havenโt been in since the location changed. We paid for an hour of parking - important later. We ordered drinks and food at the same timeโฆso quick. Prime lunch hour, but only a few people at the bar, and a long table of several people that came in after us. When we had 15 minutes left on parking and were thinking about going out to add time on the meter, the food arrived. It was not just cold, like it was left out, it was CHILLED, like it was made last night, put in the fridge, and then put on a plate. The chicken was refrigerated; it could not have been cooked during my visit. If that is how they wanted to serve it, I donโt see why we had to wait 45 minutes. It was so offensive to be served that, I wonโt even consider going back. Again, so sad.
Lovely restaurant:) The food was delicious!! I particularly enjoyed the Ghili Marcello pasta! The service was quick and the staff was very kind and accommodating. I was very happy to find some gluten free options!!
Updated Review for Tuckerโs โ Nashua, NH
Iโve always appreciated Tuckerโs for their atmosphere, service, and commitment to fresh food. I had initially written a completely positive review because Iโve had good experiences in the past. However, I feel obligated to update my review to reflect a recent visit where I left feeling disappointed and, honestly, hurt.
As someone with severe, medically documented food allergiesโincluding life-threatening onesโI always take great care when ordering. On this visit, I clearly explained my allergies and requested my meal to be made as safely as possible, even offering suggestions such as using a separate pan or dish.
Unfortunately, the manager came to my table and explained they could not accommodate me due to cross-contamination concerns, and that they could not take anyone off the line to prepare something separately. I was told this decision came from upper management, and that special arrangements could not be made for someone like myself.
That phrasing alone made me feel differentโas if my needs were a burden. I didnโt come in demanding anything unreasonable. I came in with humility, understanding the limitations of a kitchen, but hoping to be met with some flexibility and care.
At one point, I was told that all they could offer me was lettuce. I replied honestly: โIโm not a rabbitโI need protein.โ Eventually, after mentioning that I often write reviews, I was approached again and offered a poached egg on gluten-free toast with mashed avocado and pickled onions. While I appreciated the gesture and the repeated apologies, it didnโt undo the sting of being made to feel like my health concerns were an inconvenience.
This experience reminded me how difficult dining out can be for those with serious allergies. I donโt want special treatmentโI want basic compassion and safety. That day, I didnโt feel either until I pushed.
Iโm not writing this out of anger. Iโm writing this out of truth. My original review was glowing, but full transparency matters. I hope this helps raise awareness and encourages more thoughtful, inclusive practices in the future.
Really enjoyed our meal here today. Appreciated they asked if we needed a gluten free menu (which we did).1st time ever asked that upon seating. Food was phenomenal as were drinks and atmosphere. Charcuterie board showcased the local food offerings. Will definitely be back

Bernie's has really gone down hill over the years. $40 for a mediocre lobster roll is insane...$18 for a small coconut shrimp appetizer. The rest of the menu is outrageously priced for minimal food quality. Paying for the atmosphere at this point. It's a rough economy, I get it, but the premium prices don't reflect the food quality whatsoever. What a shame, used to be a great spot.
I WILL credit them an extra star for their gluten free menu, you made ordering much easier for one of the GF parties at our table.
Highly recommend there minGOs for a refreshing summer wake me up. I got the Jolly Rancher which was delicious. Their specialty lattes are so fun and spot on. I have tried the Rice Crispy Treat, Reeses Puff, And Gold rush. The names are on point with the flavors. Only flaw is the Iced lattes are warm. For me, I donโt care that much and will still order them! Bagels are delicious with the perfect ratio of bagel to cream cheese. Sandwiches are yummy along with the bakery items. Lots of gluten free options that taste amazing! I really enjoy going to flamingos but unfortunately the Hampton location is overstimulating. Thereโs people bumping your chairs, and standing around you while you are trying to eating. The place is not designed for the customer level they are at. The line to order is wrapped around the seating making it impossible to move around; to get to the trash or pick up your food. Itโs extremely loud inside making it hard to have a conversation. Im grateful for the business they have as they do have great food and drinks. Itโs just unfortunate you canโt sit down and enjoy what you got. This place location would do better as a grab and go with seating outside to help with the crowds indoors.
The food is incredible. Its so nice being able to get healthy options on the go. I got the avocado toast and pb and j protein balls. I had a coworker with celiacs try the avocado toast with me because it was so good we were surprised it was gluten-free and the protein balls are a repeat order for me, so so so good!! 1000/10 reccomend
Great food, large portions, and most of the food is gluten free or can be prepared gluten-free. We waited an hour to be seated, as is expected on awhenbyou go out for breakfast Saturday morning in the Manchester area. The wait is worth it.
If doughnuts are your guilty pleasure, you will love NH Dough Co. We love stopping by as the occasional sweet treat. We have tried everything they have to offer; gluten free, vegan, etc., and we have always been impressed. The doughnuts are always fresh and the staff is always friendly. This is a worthwhile stop for all doughnut lovers.
Decent GLUTEN free options and Sandwich. Recieve the wrong order but was still ok. Would have like what I ordered but was too far away when I found out. Worth going to for a GF breakfast
I have a gluten and dairy intolerance and they always take extra care to change their gloves and utensils! Happy to have found pizza that I can eat and it tastes amazing!
Hubby and I went here for a date night before we headed to a jack in jill in town. We enjoy going here cause they have great option for my husband who has a gluten allergy. Hubby had steak frites with a Pinot noir and I ordered the Murray chicken. Service was great, atmosphere is wonderful and can be a little tricky to find but not for us! We had another great meal and will be back!!
Cute little place that serves as a healthy and delicious alternative to take out. I am very sensitive to gluten, and have never been sick from eating here. Fantastic service and so many mix and match options!
We eat at a lot of poke places as many have gluten free options for my daughter with celiac disease. Not the best poke bowl we've ever had. It was okay/good. A decent option when there aren't that many choices available.
The BEST Thai food, and sooo many gluten free options- even fried things! We drive a long way to come here on special occasions, and its always worth the drive ๐
My first time here and I love it! The gluten free English muffin was fantastic! We really enjoyed our food! Anytime I am back in this area I will be back.
We stopped into 1750 Taphouse while in the area and were pleasantly surprised. There is a large bar area and a couple smaller seating areas, we were able to get a table right away.
They have a good beer list with plenty of options for everyone and some cocktails that sounded tasty. We started with the Truffle Brussels Sprouts and they were delicious. The truffle flavor came through, the parm was a nice touch and the drizzle was delicious.
My wife had the Letโs Smash smash burger and although they were thicker than an average smash burger, they were cooked well. She added avocado and a gluten free bun. The burger was huge and she said it was delicious.
I had the Fried Chicken sandwich Nashville style. It had a touch of heat, but nothing overwhelming. The chicken was cooked well and the portion was huge. The whiskey pickles and aioli were tasty. The fries that came with both the sandwich and burger were good and seasoned well.
Our server was great and had a really good attitude. She was attentive and helpful.
Food was delicious - Smoke and Pepper is my favorite! Manager Matt came to check in and was lovely. I have a gluten allergy and they took very good care of my needs so I felt safe.
Great place, we ate outside on a beautiful Saturday morning. I need to eat gluten free and they easily accommodated me. I had the everything biscuit without the biscuit and it was amazing! Treat yourself and stop by you will be glad you did!
