The restaurant has premade gluten free crusts they can use for the pizza and to make cheesy bread. You can definitely tell the crust is pre-made but the toppings tasted fresh and they had some of the best gf cheesy bread I’ve had in Colorado Springs! The salad I got on the side was also large and filling and they use a separate baking dish for gluten free items + will change gloves and be careful about cross contact.

We chose Red Gravy because of their St. Louis Italian roots. We were excited to try the toasted ravs and provel cheese on the pizza. Both were excellent. We had some dietary restrictions that Paige was more than happy to try to accommodate, and she made our visit fun and memorable. The ooey gooey butter cake was tasty, but wasn’t quite like the STL original. The gluten free pasta was one of the best we’ve had in a restaurant. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks Paige!

If you’re looking for a quick, convenient bite while exploring downtown Colorado Springs, this is a great spot to stop for breakfast or lunch. Most of the menu can be made gluten free and they have which options can be gluten free marked on the menu. They also indicate when gluten & dairy free is not possible. It is a shared kitchen but they are careful with cross contact, including making the gluten free baked goods with fresh equipment and ingredients and baking at a different time.
