Server was amazing to start! Loved her energy! I’m a celiac I’d never eaten here I was nervous to say the least, I told my server of my celiacs and she insured me I could still have some great food! I not only had delicious breakfast with friends but I DIDNT get sick at all! It was truly safe, I can only assume kitchen staff had some good training and used all clean stuff from gloves to pans. I will definitely be coming back! It’s amazing to have found a safe place I can enjoy with many options that are full of flavor. Im so happy to have found a place to eat out that doesn’t cause days of sickness after. Thank you for so many options on the menu as well as being celiac friendly!
The atmosphere at this restaurant is amazing! The staff are super attentive and hard working! My daughter had a gluten allergy and they accommodated to her and her needs! The bartender Kobe was very sweet and was very good at his job! The manger junior brought out my daughter’s food and explained about how the gluten needs work! Thank you for the experience!
I honestly wasn’t impressed and I’ve given it several shots. The pizza was super burnt and it’s like they added the ingredients after the crust was baked. I’ve never had a margarita pizza that was like fresh uncooked veggies on it but maybe that’s a style I didn’t know about. Wasn’t a fan of the prosciutto and pea pasta dish I had either, it was just bland. I didn’t expect deli ham but that was my fault because I don’t know Italian, but I guess it said that in the name. My bad. I ended up going home and finding a recipe to try with normal prosciutto and making it myself and now I just do that instead.
I will say that the staff was wonderful though and I didn’t complain or make them feel bad. I just personally didn’t like the food.
Staff in here were incredible nice. They really took in consideration my wife alergy to gluten (gluten free) was really really great experience on that side
The downside is the taste. For and is a prersonal opinion. Food tase like steamed or boiled instead of grilled its ok. They taste healthy but no real great taste. Also the place was i credible sticky. Floor table everything was like tou were playing with stickers. Looks like it needs a deep cleaning from years of grease. On the good side is that your arms wont fall from the table. They are well secured hahaha
They seem to always be training new staff but generally have good service. We eat gluten free and the GF and cauliflower pizza usually comes out overcooked so we ask for light bake. Sometimes they do but when they are busy or short staffed it is a little overdone. Still tastes good you just cannot eat the outer crust which we enjoy the most. Lots of toppings and they always have a smile which helps!
I don’t have a lot of experience with Indian food but this restaurant blew my mind. I’m from NYC visiting friends in CO and we went here as a group of 6. We probably ordered 9-12 unique things off of the menu and everything was so so good. We ended up sharing everything and eating family style. The highlight for me was the gobi Manchurian — I’ve never had cauliflower tasted better. The prices were affordable and the service was so kind and generous. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!!
Also if you are gluten free this is the restaurant for you. I was able to eat everything on our table except for samosas and naan.
had the gluten-free crispy chili Riano‘s with gluten-free green chili. Love love love this restaurant always great service great food, amazing atmosphere!
Wow - so delicious. This is definitely on our list of favorites. The fried onion is the best we've ever had. gluten-free. Their entire menu is marked for food allergens so you know which is safe for you. Vindaloo and honey curry were amazing too. Friendly service, clean restaurant, online menu, and discounts via QR code posted on the wall. Great place for students, non-students, families, etc.
I think the owner’s daughter(?) has celiac and so they take extra great care to make sure no one gets sick. Almost everything can be made gluten free and that made me so happy! I had French toast for the first time in years. It was so delicious that we came back the next week and I had waffles. I love this place and the staff really cares about making sure that no one gets cross contamination.
Emma was wonderful great service
~ but ~
Please take more care wiith listing gluten on your menu. I have celiac disease and almost ordered two thing with gluten ( barbacoa and borracho beans) because they weren’t correctly marked on your menus . Thank goodness Emma asked.
This is one of the best coffee shops in the Greeley, hands down. The people that work here are probably the kindest, most loving people in the entire planet and if you’re a regular, they believe in remembering your name, your usual order, and your stories. They are very thoughtful and very competent in making great drinks and pastries. It’s always a nice atmosphere, quiet, and they have so many options with ice cream, food, pastries, drinks, etc. and they have gluten free options as well! I absolutely love this place and will never stop raving about how wonderful it is.
I enjoy their gluten free pizza here! Decent price and they’re always willing to accommodate our giant groups after UNC concerts. We’ve brought 15+ people before and they moved tables to accommodate all of us. My partner really loves their burgers.
Eveytime I come in here it's a pleasant experience. My wife has celiac disease and this fine staff takes such good care of her dietary needs. I know sometimes it's a pain in the butt however I rarely if ever get any attitude about all the work they have to do to prepare the food for us. So thank you Chipotle on 8th Ave in Greeley, CO
- Sincerely your (not so favorite) gluten allergy couple :^)
The guys working tonight are amazing! I can’t thank them enough! I have celiac disease and they were so cautious making my food! The guy who took my order told the cooks right away that I have an allergy and I seen the cooks immediately start cleaning their areas and changing gloves! I couldn’t ask for better! Thank you! I can’t thank you enough!
The pizza here is to die for! Always the same! Been coming here since high school, which is a looong time ago. The gluten free pizza is fantastic! Troy, Mr Fontas would be proud!
Super nice staff, I found this place on a gluten free app but when asking about the gluten free bread I was told they have to grill it to finishing prepping and it’s on a shared grill
Step into Oak & Maple, and you're greeted not just by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, but by a symphony of textures and scents. The soft glow of Edison bulbs cast a warm, inviting light where culinary artistry meets comfort....& Waffles.
Imagine a canvas, golden and crisp, awaiting the artist's touch. This is the waffle at Oak & Maple. Buttermilk, sweet potato, gluten-free – the foundation is merely the beginning. Then comes the flourish of flavors: fresh berries bursting with sunshine, decadent sauces drizzled like paint, and unexpected pairings like the "Elvis" that sing a harmonious melody of sweet and savory.
While waffles are the masterpiece, at Oak & Maple, Whisky is the Muse.
A curated collection of bourbons, ryes, and scotches line the shelves, each bottle a story waiting to be told.
With each untold story, each pour of amber colored Hemingway prose, Oak & Maple finds it's muse and the artistry ascends.
Oak & Maple is a place where flavors dance, aromas entice, and the spirit of the new Greeley comes alive. Whether you're seeking a leisurely brunch, a quick lunch, or an evening indulgence, Oak & Maple provides a culinary experience that won't soon be forgotten
I stopped in for lunch today. I can't have gluten. They have a dedicated gluten-free menu with several delicious options and the server and the manager were both very helpful and made sure that everything was gluten-free and to my liking. It was also very quick. I had the quarter chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The coleslaw was amazing. I wish I had room for either or both of the two desserts that were gluten free! Next time for sure.
Pros:
First off, the food was pretty good. It wasn't the best Applebee's cooking I have tasted... but pretty decent.
Second, they were also very accommodating in doing a custom order for my daughter due to her being extremely gluten (wheat) intolerant.
Cons:
Issue one: They seemed to be very, very understaffed. I legitimately felt bad for our poor server...
Issue two that I had was that everyone at my table of Twelve people were halfway done with their food before mine came out.
Issue three, I also had to send back my French Onion soup due to crouton being put in there when I had specifically asked for it not to be added due to extreme intolerance to gluten (wheat). Once I got the new one without the crouton I absolutely loved it.
Issue four, our appetizer of spinach and artichoke dip & chips was not done well. The artichoke pieces were very tough and hard. Also, the chips were very stale. I sent it back and asked for fresh chips. Those fresh chips were much Much better (FYI, eat all the chips while there as they do NOT taste good the second day).
Take from this review what you will. I'd rate my experience here as average but our waitress was fantastic and definitely deserves a raise and extra tips.
Quality of food and service has significantly decreased over the year. Sushi doesn’t hold form and falls apart. Limited gluten free options for people who don’t eat fish or seafood. Used to be one of our favorite places in Weld County.
I love coming here, even though it's now further away from where I live, the produce is fresh and of good quality and they have so many gluten free options! Love it
The indoor space is surprisingly big. We were early and the first customers. The menu online is not updated, they no longer have smoothie bowls. The staff were all nice and attentive.
We got two gluten-free baked goods, a breakfast cookie and London Fog scone with a latte. I think scones need gluten, the London Fog flavor was not very strong, and up the texture was a bit clumpy. The latte was good, while not the most robust flavor.
We also had a breakfast croissant sandwich and a green smoothie. The sandwich came with a nice green salad, and the croissant was very good. The smoothie was refreshing, with perfect consistency and well balanced sweetness.
Took my boys here recently and dined in, and we had the best service. My son being celiac the waiter was understanding he was celiac also!! He made sure the kitchen accommodated his allergy restrictions, and the food was amazing!! My daughter and I placed a to go order this morning, and we are very satisfied with how we received our food you can definitely tell how much they care about customer satisfaction We will always be customers and support this restaurant!!

I'm a celiac and the precautions the worker took were amazing. They didn't treat me as an annoyance. I felt safe and respected. Plus the food was great! I wish gluten free wasn't an extra expense, but it was worth it.
I loooooove their gluten free pizza and flourless chocolate torte. Delicious! Our waiter was really funny and nice, and he made us feel welcome. It’s a great atmosphere that feels like a converted house, like my favorite Italian restaurant growing up. There’s so much history here and they really take pride in their food and legacy. And they should because it’s delicious!
I absolutely LOVE this place! It's my favorite hangout and feels like a second family between the wonderful owners - Mike and Kristie - and the fantastic bartenders and kitchen staff. The beer is phenomenal, and the food is even better. Mike always comes up with amazing beer brews and keeps surprising me with how amazing they are. They also offer Gluten-Sensitive beer. Currently, my favorites are the Orange Lager and Laughing Lager. You have to try those on your next visit. Kristie is a bundle of love and smiles each time I go in and always makes a point to stop by everyone and say hi, whether they are frequent patrons or brand new ones.
I also feel like I always find a new favorite food item while I'm there. From wood-fired pizzas to mouthwatering hamburgers to the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. Ask for chocolate drizzle on it to really kick it up a notch. 😉 I just can't say enough good things about this place. Love, love, love it here!
If you are a Nebraska Husker fan, you definitely have to join us for their watch parties on game day!!! We always have such a blast! Go Big Red!
As for some of the recent reviews about it not being family-friendly, that's a total lie. This place has kids in there every time I visit, and they are laughing, playing, and having fun. Parents just need to be responsible and not let their kids wander where they shouldn't. No one wants kids getting hurt because they wandered where they shouldn't have. Mike and Kristie love kids, so they are always a welcome sight at Rule105!
Thank you to the awesome bartenders, kitchen staff, and Mike and Kristie for making Rule105 my favorite place! You are able to build friendships with all of these people, and I haven't experienced that at any other brewery I've been to, and I've been to a lot of them.
We’ve been here a few times and I feel like it’s hit and miss. A few weeks ago we came and it was great. This evening we went with a bigger party for a birthday and made reservations for 6:30. We went in ahead of time to check in and our table was given to someone else because she thought the other party was us. Waited 20 minutes for a table and then another hour and half for our food and to get refills on our drinks. They weren’t prepared for the large party either even though they said they could accommodate for 11. We were squished together. We told the waitress and cook that there was a gluten allergy and they seemed to acknowledge but then the cook was cross contaminating so we had to tell another waitress about it so their food could be cooked in the kitchen because the cook didn’t remember apparently even though he confirmed it when he first came out. Also, when portioning the cook didn’t seem prepared. He was giving out vegetables and I was the last person and got like 5 pieces of vegetables and then said sorry I gave the others more. More practice needed maybe? You would think after giving up our table, waiting an hour and a half for food, not remembering the allergy and then shorting people food that there would have been maybe a free dessert offered, money off the bill, or something to make up for the terrible experience. We also mentioned a birthday and they usually sing but that got skipped. Chef didn’t offer saki either not that it was a big concern but I really think tonight was just a disaster! Debating on going back and we usually enjoyed the place.
