The number of years I have waited for a gluten free fried chicken sandwich was WAY too long. Burning Bridges does it right!! I will continue to frequent this establishment over & over again (please don't judge!!!)
Delicious, genuinely well-rounded flavor! Relaxing music, very quaint and clean environment. For a random stop, I didn't expect to like it better than everywhere else. I am also grateful for the gluten-free options available upon request.

My son has T1D and Celiac Disease and ordered the gluten sensitive mac and cheese. The rest of us ordered off the regular menu. The nutrition facts say the GF mac is 106 carbs and we gave insulin based off of that however when we received the food the GF noodles was less then 1/3 of what the portion usually is. They were obviously being spiteful they had to make the gluten free noodles . Seriously, the noodles didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl and the rest of bowls were filled as they normally would be.

Service was fast & friendly! Food was yummy 😋!! Some had sushi, crab Rangoon, Kong poo chicken, I had gluten-free general's shrimp! Was fantastic! Family got chocolate cake & fried cheesecake, they said was scrumptious 😋 great salads also! Excellent place to try!
I had a great time! Their Santa Fe Spinach Dip is delicious. The Grilled Salmon with the Bourbon sauce was a little too sweet but was really good nonetheless. The steamed broccoli was to perfection and the baked potato was also very good. They have a wonderful (but small) menu for gluten sensitive. A larger portion of the menu is vegetarian which was great as well. I would definitely go here again for a affordable dinner.
Hy-Vee has gourmet foods and huge cheese selection, and have a whole isle of gluten-free items. Fresh fruits and veggies. Weekly sales...so look at the ad.
First visit - salad bar was good, but needs some fruits on it. Also order grilled chicken & they tried to give me battered chicken. They seemed to be confused when I said no I ordered grilled. I am gluten free, I had to tell them. Just give the customer the right thing, don't ask who took your order and look at each other like you don't know what to do. Make it right - real simple !!!
I love the wide selection at Hy-Vee (especially for gluten free and sensitive stomach friendly options), but all of their stores are always extremely overwhelming and overstimulating to me even as a low-support needs autistic person. Wider isles, lower lighting, foot traffic paint/signs and easier to navigate selections would help a lot.
Probably the BEST diner I've ever been to. The chicken berry salad was fresh and beyond tasty. The catfish po-boy looked amazing, though I couldn't eat it due to a gluten allergy. I highly recommend this place.
This is a nice upscale eatery/bar & grill. Their menu changes slightly because our intent was to get GF flatbread but it had changed to a Duck flatbread. The atmosphere is very nice and well lite by the bar, but where we sat was too dark for reading the menu and seeing if your steak is cooked correctly. I ordered the Butcher's steak, came with whipped potatoes & asparagus! I had to use my phone light to verify my steak after the server(Dan) said it was cooked perfectly. But when I looked was well done/very tiny pink middle. Was slightly difficult to cut into, which surprised me, thought it would be top steak for me, it was ok. I would not order that cut again, I would choose a different variety. Actually I'd rather try the salmon! The asparagus was cooked perfectly! They have multiple gluten-free options available which is fantastic! Appearance/taste of the food is upscale. My husband got calamari(not GF) as suggested by Dan and it was the best he's ever had! Not chewy at all Very fresh for nebraska! He also got the Farfalle & Crab pasta, the pasta(bowtie) was a bit too al dente for his taste but the flavors were amazing. Dessert was Pistachio cake which was scrumptious. The only gluten-free dessert was the Creme Brulee, which was tasty but fresh fruit would have be nice. The monotone flavor needed freshness with it. Over all, this place is fantastic and would definitely visit again! My husband said he would love to sit at the bar, have a beer and eat calamari! Loads of TVs to watch your favorite teams. It's worth trying!
Incredible BBQ without breaking your wallet. I've tried the ribs (FABULOUS!), the sausage (delicious and unique!), and a sample of brisket (outstanding!). The side dishes are solid, the ambiance is chill and the owner/server at the counter was as good as they get. When I told him I needed gluten-free he immediately changed his gloves and asked if I had Celiac. He told me he takes that, um, let's say 'stuff' SERIOUSLY and proceeded to tell me what they serve that's gluten-free (just about everything except the bread) and that they are real careful about handling the food. Just outstanding... We'll definitely be back and recommend it to all.
My wife and I LOVE coming here. We really enjoy the food truck selection, but my personal favorite is Burning Bridges. I love that they have so much gluten free food! Their gluten free fried chicken sandwich is AMAZING. The owner is very friendly and the service at their bar is great.
The staff is so kind here and helpful, small place to sit down and eat but they’re burritos are AMAZING. $5 burritos on Wednesday’s, they have gluten free stuff and vegetarian. They also have horchata and a really yummy hibiscus juice. $15 date and were both stuffed
