Absolutely phenomenal fish and chips, definitely worth a detour off the highway if you are passing through Barrie. Many different options are available including Gluten Free which is phenomenal as well! Staff are very friendly and really care about serving a high quality product. Would recommend!

I’m not sure what happened to this place but my recent experience has me questioning if I will ever go back. Having been here to dine in and for take out numerous times in the past, I’ve never had a bad experience. Most recently however, I ordered take out and found the food borderline inedible. The gluten free mac and cheese was more reminiscent of a thick stew with next to no texture in the noodles. My Asian salmon was beyond over cooked and the sauce that came with it was so salty that I had to scrape it off. The pretzel buns were equally salty and left me feeling sick by the end. The sweet potato wedges which were once amazing weren’t even wedges, they were fries and tasted no better than what you would cook at home from frozen. I’m hoping this isn’t representative of what the food is turning into but it certainly has me nervous to ever try it again.
