I’m coeliac, my partner is not. She tried my GF pizza and said they taste exactly the same. We both then agreed it’s the best pizza we’ve ever had! Amazing and the staff are so friendly!!

The location is excellent, the restaurant is very welcoming, the collaborators are all good, they guide you through their specialties in the right way. We were there (through a friend/client of mine) Sunday evening 03/18/2024. Everything perfect, I repeat the collaborators are "Top" nice especially the "BELTED" 😄😉. CMQ THE VARIOUS TASTES OF THE ARTICHOKES WERE EXCELLENT, BESIDES THEY MANAGED TO SATISFY ME SINCE I AM A CELIAC. THE VARIOUS FIRST COURSES ALSO GOOD TONNARELLI CACI AND PEPE, CARBONARE, ALSO GLUTEN FREE, PENNETTA ALLA 🥵, AND RAVIOLI WITH EXCELLENT SAUCE DRINKS OK. GREETINGS FROM THE GUYS FROM VIETRI/MARE. Perfect!!! My friend and I were looking up great places to eat in Trastevere and I saw that the restaurant literally one foot away from our airbnb looked incredible. PLUS my friend has celiac and they have HANDMADE gluten free pasta. Total score. We went on a Tuesday night, and I think things shut down a little bit earlier on Tuesdays, and even though we were still waiting for our third to join us, they sat us down at a table graciously and gently warned us about the kitchen’s closing time. All the food was beautiful and delicious. The atmosphere was very cute and scenic. And our waitress Florence was absolutely incredible and made our night so fun. Florence and the staff were simultaneously eager to close up shop AND to show us the best time possible. They treated us with tiramisu and limoncello shots before letting us know it was about time to pay the bill. Extraordinarily graceful, respectful, and delicious experience. We were invited back to be able to try the artichoke. I really hope we can find a way back. Thank you!!
