A restaurant in San Telmo specializing in fried chicken. Special mention should be made of the fact that much of the menu is gluten-free. The service was very good and the food was delicious, especially the chicken. The desserts were the weakest part, average. They have a large terrace with spectacular views of the beach. It tends to get busy, so it's advisable to book and arrive early, as parking is often difficult in the area.
It was a great idea to eat there. The food was spectacular, and the service was excellent. It's also worth noting that it's gluten-free certified with real knowledge so that those of us with celiac disease can eat with peace of mind. We would return whenever we can.
The restaurant offers a pleasingly wide range of gluten-free options, which, according to the staff, are also suitable for people with celiac disease – a clear plus for those affected and one of the few positive experiences of the evening.
Apart from that, the visit was unfortunately disappointing. The premium entrecôte we ordered was of inferior quality: served already in strips, the meat consisted mostly of cartilage and tendons. The desired degree of doneness was clearly missed on the first attempt, and even after re-cooking, the meat was completely cooked and dry. Although our complaint was acknowledged by the staff, we were more or less ignored thereafter – no apology, no follow-up questions, no concessions whatsoever. Overall, the staff seemed very stressed and overwhelmed during the summer season anyway.
The fish dish was no real compensation either – although it was properly cooked, it was completely tasteless. The vegetables served with both main courses were cold and seemed unpleasantly placed on the plate.
The sangria bianco turned out to be a weak mix, reminiscent of dry rosé wine with mineral water – at an inflated price.
Overall, a disappointing experience: The price paid was not met with any quality or service. Only the gluten-free options stood out positively – the rest, unfortunately, left much to be desired.
An incredible place, ideal for celiacs and any intolerance. Pedro is charming, he enjoys his work and it shows. Not only is it delicious, but they take care to adapt each dish to different intolerances and allergies. I wish more people like him

A very charming restaurant in the center of La Laguna, with excellent service and a varied menu, almost all gluten-free and suitable for celiacs, with no cross-contamination.
They have gluten-free bread and beer, and a dessert menu that's breathtaking.
The croquettes were delicious, with original fillings, and super creamy and crunchy.
All the dishes were spectacular, but that Nutella brownie with coconut ice cream... mmmm!!!!

Crispy chicken salad (almond-breaded chicken, apple, walnuts, and yogurt sauce)
Wild shrimp salad (avocado, toasted seeds, and a hazelnut and bacon dressing)
Chicken, cod, and spinach croquettes with pumpkin, raisins, and pine nuts
Slow-cooked octopus with lentil vinaigrette, sweet potato puree, and passion fruit sauce
Angus beef sirloin steak
Iberian secret with French fries, Padrón peppers, and palm honey

In a privileged environment, in the center of Breña Alta, we find this restaurant. With a calm atmosphere, the restaurant offers a small menu with raw materials from km0 that is completed with off-menu suggestions. The food is gluten and lactose free.
We ordered the salmon salad, the amberjack ceviche, and an entrecôte with mango sauce. All very good, to repeat.
As for the price, all that plus 4 rods €65 is not cheap, but you have to pay for the quality of the products.
As for the service, it could be improved, but the waiter is quite friendly.

The owners were super friendly and attentive, they treated us wonderfully, we tried 6 dishes of the food and they were all delicious, the desserts were equally delicious.
For celiac people they have it completely under control, I totally recommend it.

Really nice wee cafe that does your usual brits abroad fare from full English to Sunday roasts. Particularly nice that they did gluten free options for the breads which meant we went back a few times. Really nice food with some good service.

Stumbled across this cafe this morning and had the most delicious vegetarian breakfast. The cafe has great views in a terrace overlooking the sea. Staff were friendly, and the food was exactly what I had been looking for. Great choice of healthy juices and smoothies, and appreciated that most dishes could also be made gluten free. Would highly recommend.
100% recommended experience. I am celiac and their dishes have loved it, it is a pleasure to eat quietly in such a place. The dishes are very elaborate and the combination of flavors is very original. It is worth highlighting the impeccable attention of the staff and that they take care of every detail. All 10!

We had dinner with a group of friends on holiday, we had a great time. The food was excellent, not the banal tourist menu, but refined with a very good quality-price ratio. The service was excellent and was able to satisfy our needs (gluten and shellfish intolerance). Clean and tidy environment.

Last night we went to dinner at Gulagu. The food was excellent, but the service was even better. One of my companions was vegetarian and the other had celiac disease, and I want to highlight Aaron's work, who guided and advised us throughout. Nice place to go to eat, if you are celiac you can eat perfectly, they also have gluten-free beer. The quality-price food is highly recommended, the views are very beautiful and the waiters are charming. Highly recommended place to go to eat at a good price, with good quality products. This is our second time here, and once again, we had a very good experience. We came mainly for the gluten-free options. We tried the tongs and the pizzas, both very good and with a texture that makes it hard to tell they're gluten-free. A 10. It's a great option for celiacs in southern Tenerife.
For pizza, I recommend the guanciale special. I can't explain how delicious it is, and the combination with the stacchino cheese! Wow, incredible.

Very tasty pizzas and very friendly service.
The only negative was that they charged us extra (without our knowledge) for a gluten-free pizza, and it was smaller than the gluten-free ones... They do that size thing in a lot of places, and I don't understand the reason.

We went to eat with a reservation (because it gets busy), and overall very good. The food was very good in general, we loved the Canarian tetita and the wine too. We didn't order the rabbit but it was cute.
. The service, some people were very good and others not so good, I asked them if they had gluten-free bread and I'm still waiting for them to tell me if they had it or not; The sirloin also came out cold.

The food was very good, we ordered a homemade pizza, which I recommend 100%, it was delicious, my partner ordered a gluten-free pasta with four cheese sauce, and everything was also very good, the desserts were another success, the tres leches cake and the chocolate mousse, but the owner's detail was the best he could do, he went to the supermarket to buy almond milk so we could have coffee, I have never seen that before, I am left with the excellent staff treatment , the food and above all very good price.
