I am local and I am a chef . We didn’t feel like cooking tonight to we ordered from this place. Trying to support the small business. The single worst experience. I ordered carbonara and a clams dish. I was told forty minutes and showed up exactly 40 minutes later to ice cold over cooked pasta chewy clams super salty sauce stale bread. Just gross and the. I paid 80.00 for this meal. NEVER again.

Very NICE. I guess the customer is not a priority here. As Vice President of a national restaurant chain with 250 restaurants as my direct responsibility I do not know what I am talking about. To be CLEAR I was NOT insistant, just made a request like any other customer for gluten free pasta with a bit of chicken added, and as a TRUE CHEF I can tell you that this is NOT unheard of and can be delivered with quality. PASTA VINO< SUGO & TRATTORIA ONE41 are very excellent restaurants with top notch food and service in this area and my family and I recommend them to anyone.

This time I ordered the steak and cheese sub. It came across a bit dry and bland. I was expecting more caramelized onions and peppers but they were fairly green and crunchy. I needed to add quite a bit of salt and the bread was too much for my taste. You can see by the picture I left a lot of bread because it was just too dry.
I always love their pizza but I'll avoid subs here.
For the other members and my family they really enjoyed the pizza especially the certified gluten-free pizza. Service is exceptional. Will be back just a truthful review about my plate.

My family ate here while we were passing through yesterday. I asked for gluten free noodles and asked what pasta sauce was also gluten free. The waitress checked with kitchen and came back and said all sauces were gluten free. I asked to confirm that Alfredo sauce was also. She confirmed. Within an hour of leaving I started feeling badly and knew I had been given gluten. I felt horrible for almost 24 hours after and would strongly recommend anyone with gluten allergy never eat here. Terrible experience and will never be back.

This location is across from the plaza where the H-Mart on Medlock Bridge is located. The parking is a little tight. The interior of the restaurant is very bright with adequate seating.
I am always looking to try a new burger joint. So, I took a few minutes to peruse the menu to see which flavor combination I would like and was finally decided to build my own. I was disappointed the only option was for a basic bun. So, no wheat buns, although there was a gluten free option. I ordered a BYOB burger medium rare with an extra beef patty. I added the spring mix, pepper jack cheese, onion, jalapeno, grilled mushroom with the jalapeno mayo. I passed on the fries since they did not have crinkle cut.
This burger was so good, I wanted to slap somebody's ancestors all the way back to the beginning. It was seasoned just right and so incredibly juicy and moist. I hope this was not a fluke, because I will be back!!!
