I love all the options here (Gluten Free (which has DF ingredients), Cauliflower, AND Keto crust options…and they have goat cheese as a possible topping )…keto crust got a little dark at the edges but was very yummy…staff was friendly, speedy service, and it was great that they are open after 10pm

I found this suggestion using my gluten free app while in town for show choir. They were super busy. I was elated when I told my Server I have celiac and I didnt get the normal confused or off put look but she responded "me too". She assured me that they take every precautions and they've taken her experiences to incorporate changes in their processes and menu. They even serve gluten free food on colored plates to ensure its known. She also shared some of her favorite spots to go when she's out and about. Celiac can be isolating but the moment of finding community and understanding was beautiful. The food was so good. I've missed waffles and this hit the spot. Highly recommend

My friend and I had got there late after swimming and didn't feel like cooking. The food was amazing. I got the shrimp and salmon risotto gluten free and they even offered me gluten free bread that was scrumptious. I had a salad so I took part of my meal home for lunch the next day. The side salad was really big not just a side. Everything was cooked to perfection.

Great gluten free options here at decent prices. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I had lunch here with my coworkers that there were good options to choose from. You become accustomed to limited choices among not great options when you have dietary restrictions and getting to order something you actually want can feel like a luxury.

We had a wonderful experience for our first visit! Morgan, our waitress, was an absolute star. The staff was a bit overwhelmed, but they handled it so well and the food was very prompt. With Celiac Disease and a dairy allergy it is rare I can eat at a pizza place and not get ill, let alone it actually tastes good. The dairy free cheese they use tastes almost just like real mozzarella and the gf crust was tasty. It was a bit pricey, but we have no regrets and will be back.

The food was delicious and the restaurant accommodated my gluten allergy very nicely. I was taken great care of and treated with respect. The manager Britney was very helpful in explaining the process of how allergies are taken care of in the restaurant and the hostess Ellen had a friendly face and greeted me kindly. Will be returning and I am so glad I have a safe place to eat at in Fort Wayne.

Very nice atmosphere. Clean, signage is helpful for the menu and preps you for eating. Basically like a cleaner food Chipotle but I think it’s cheaper. I had the Southwest chicken and purple rice with a side of the gluten free Mac and cheese. The salad itself is quite filling and does taste good with the lime jalepeno cilantro dressing. A side isn’t necessary. But I couldn’t help myself since they had gluten free Mac, which was quite good. Almost a texture like mashed potatoes. Service was quite pleasant, the guy running the grill even apologized to the lady in front of me for her stuff taking longer than usual. (She didn’t seem perturbed… he just did it) Worth a good salad!
