So much good to say here. I’ll start with our server at our most recent visit… Jenn was nothing short of fabulous! She’s friendly and attentive and carefully helped me navigate a good allergy. Overall, she left us feeling comfortable and well served.
The food was fabulous too. Especially the gluten free options. My family ended up liking my food more than there’s which is the usual case with gf options. Try the crunchy salad! I had it with grilled chicken which was juicy and well marinated.
There’s a good selection of drinks and desserts too. Try the gf carrot cake! Hard to find and it’s so good.
Overall, the prices are inline with the food quality. The establishment was clean and spacious. We found it family friendly and also appropriate for couples. Retirees might like this place because of the relaxed feel. It was also decidedly LGBTQ friendly.
This particular location is one of the last in the area and worth the drive! We’ll be back.
Apponaug is a fantastic Rhode Island brewery. Typical (but beautiful) industrial/converted mill aesthetic, great food (including gluten free options for my wife), and a wide variety of beer styles. They generally have a strong German lineup (Kolsch, pils, schwartzbier, Vienna) alongside more modern styles (ipa, NEIPA, Mexican lager). Services is always friendly , and the outdoor space is amazing when it's not raining.
Nice and classy environment with tasty food for both lunch and dinner. My go-to for a good and tasty salad, other food is awesome as well. Gluten free options too.
Came to Red Robin because they were very gluten friendly. Not any more. The menu no longer lists gluten free items. No gluten free buns. Fries were burnt stale and cold
This place has its good and its bad. It has some staples that are usually really good, but it has a lot of misses too. You just have to find what you like here and stick to it. We like the chicken wings, boneless spare ribs, pad Thai and Singapore noodles. The beef teriyaki are a hard pass here. My options are a bit limited being gluten free. Every time I try something different I tend to be let down. Last night we tried the chicken with lemongrass. It was bland, had no flavor or kick and was served with raw vegetables.. onion, peppers, carrot, baby corn. We took it home and sautéed it with some more curry and spice and it turned out much better. Also, every plate I touched last night was dirty or wet. This place used to 4 stars and has creeped down to 3 for me. Button it up a bit, lemongrass.
This sign in the bathroom did make laugh.
Kim was a great server. Very thoughtful and conscientious of my gluten free needs. The food was great! Buffalo wings were amazing! And I’ve had wings from The Original Anchor Bar in Buffalo. Gluten free pizookie will be my new guilty pleasure.
I love Jersey Mike's and the fact that they offer gluten free bread. I have been to several different locations . What I didn't love on my last visit to this one was , when asked if it was a preference or allergy as soon as I said allergy the girl litteraly rolled her eyes at me ! I was so taken back I was in shock .The fact I was in a hurry kept me from speaking out as to what the problem was . There was no person in front of me and one person behind me , it wasn't a busy long line waiting .I shouldn't have to feel bad about ordering gluten free bread at an establishment that offers it ! Add to the fact she didn't follow thier own protocal and use the reserved slicer and also wiped down the counter leaving crumbs behind everywhere.
Unfortunately, this is the 3rd time that the gluten free scallops were over cooked, dry and the bread crumbs were like sand. The server told me to watch the plate very hot, but 15 minutes later when my wrist touch the dish I got burned, and that is why the meal was dry and gritty.
The other dinner the fish, was also different, no taste at all.
This is very disappointing since this was a go to place when we were in the area. Sorry to say since we can no longer enjoy the food , partially because of new owners, we will go more to are other 2 seafood restaurants.
Especially since they have chowder as a side dish .
Sometimes things don't change for the better. Than again nickel and dime never kept loyal customers.
Been going there over 20 years.
Ordered a take out order for my girlfriend and I. I ended up messing up the order and went to the restaurant and ordered what I was supposed to. I talked to Jordyn and told them I messed up my pregnant girlfriend’s order. They put a rush on the 2nd order and they took great care of us. Food was delicious, we got the gluten free chicken Alfredo and gluten free chicken parm. Will 100% be back.
Visited today for the first time. It was a lunchtime visit. The service was excellent as was the food! It was great that my wife had gluten free options.
It really was a cool place to eat.
We will definitely visit again.

This location will deliver your pizza right to your boat at the local marinas, which is fantastic! Our delivery woman was super nice and happy to see boats coming back into the water. And their gluten free crust pizza are tasty and always safe to eat.
I had the ribs and they were good, the sides were a little bland, they have a lot of offerings for gluten free (not something I have to worry about) which may be the reason for the bland sides. I would go again, and try something else before I decide if it will be a regular stop for me.
The goods - the cashier was extremely professional and courteous. He was also trying to stock everything, put out floor mats, and clean the tables all at lunch time.
Had three orders - one gluten free bun that was stale, dry and fell apart. Terrible.
The bathrooms, men’s and women’s, were disgusting.
Lastly, it smelled like they have t cleaned the grease in there ever.
I wouldn’t really mind, I’ve come to expect this as the New England Good Enough service, but I had raved about SB to some friends. They will it be back.
I arrived 30 seconds (10:30am) before the switched over to lunch menu. Who wants lunch at 10:30am?! Told me they did not know what was gluten free or not and directed me to their app to find out. Well, when your in a drive thru your not going to hold up the line. This is why I have never been there nor will I return. Please, educate your staff!
I’ve been here many times but felt compelled to rate today due to the great service and food. I asked the woman at the front if she knew if the tofu was GMO or not, and she said it was non-GMO and even told me the brand name of the tofu. Until today I’ve not tried the tofu dishes due to not knowing their GMO status (never asked), as eating non-GMO is important to me and soy is often genetically modified. Well, I tried the power lunch bowl which has glazed tofu - delicious! I love having lighter options among some of the fried or denser options on the menu. The bowl will be my go-to now.
I also grabbed the gluten-free strawberry shortcake chia pudding and it was SO good that I went to the drive thru after to grab one to bring home to my partner. I’m not sure if it’s a standard offering but I hope so! It was my first time trying grab and go products and I was very pleased.
Lastly, the woman I interacted with had such positive energy and always radiates kindness. I had her as a cashier in the past before and I remember she left the same impression on me that time. I imagine in the service industry that is not always easy, so I really want to highlight the good energy she brings to the store. I can’t recall her name but she has brown hair and a septum ring - anyway, she’s killing it with the customer service!
Thanks PCX for offering plant based options in the Warwick area!
Wow! A favorite! We ate so well. In our group we had 3 people with severe dietary restrictions and they were able to easily choose from the menu.
Gluten-free, vegetarian and lactose-free options on the menu.
The dishes are generous and delicious!
In my favorites list.
Portifinos has been around forever. Elizabeth now owns it. Always had a good experience there. They are able to accommodate those with celiac disease which is nice for those people (never tried their gluten free offerings). It’s a solid and consistent Italian restaurant the food is very good as for service I mostly sit at the bar and no problems there but I can’t speak for a sit down experience. They are good for parties as well.
Was a nice restaurant and they did have several gluten free options available. The gluten free pasta tastes amazing. I would have given 5 stars but when I ordered my meal it had an option to add shrimp for an additional charge. The waitress informed me it was an additional 14.99 to add shrimp to a $12.95 meal which I thought was very ridiculous seeing as I could just order another entire meal for the price of 5-6 PCs of shrimp.

This was a nice place to eat in the airport with a lot of variety. Amanda helped me navigate the menu to find gluten free options and was very kind which makes all the difference. Thanks Amanda!
Until trying Little Thai Corner, I had all but given up on the classic Thai dish Drunken Noodle in Rhode Island… I’ve been to countless Thai restaurants throughout the state, and the dish always comes out greasy, in some cases like a literal puddle of oil left behind. So I usually opt for curry or something else… well I gave it a chance here and I was impressed!
This dish at Little Thai Corner was the first one I’ve had that was not greasy. It tasted so much better than others and was the perfect level of spice as well - many places under or overdo it. It was spicy for sure, but enjoyable. They were also accommodating to my individual preferences like removing the egg from the dish.
I also love how on the online system they clearly label what is gluten-free, vegan, etc. I wish all places did this.
Went here for dinner on 10/24/21 because it had gluten free options and was across the street from the hotel that we were staying at.
My husband and I split the buffalo chicken dip ($13.50) and subbed vegetables for bread because I have Celiac.
Super cool that they were able to get me roasted potatoes as the fries aren't gluten free for my $25.50 steak frites. My husband had the regular fries with his steak frites as he doesn't have Celiac disease.
It's a bit pricey for a mostly empty plate. Maybe it's just a visual thing, but seeing 1/3 of the plate totally empty and the other 1/3 being swiped with an artistic swipe of cauliflower puree just feels like a rip off. More potatoes and cauliflower would be nice.
Small restaurant with incredible food. The homenade gluten free pasta was insanely tasty. Service was stellar. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend a reservation.
First time here, loved that Chef comes out and talks to people. Gluten -Free People like me: chicken tenders were soooo crunch and good! Had a piano man playing and singing. It just felt like a good, low key, local hang out. I’ll be back!
So professional I’m impressed - this store is the elite - our guy who made our food was so pleasant. My teenage daughter has Celiac and asked if he could change his gloves, he was so kind, thanked her for letting him know and he more than exceeded our expectations. He wiped the whole counter space down and washed his hands up to his elbows, he made my daughter’s food start to finish, AND he didn’t use the food containers from the front - he went to the walk in and got the new food containers (for toppings). This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle and the food was excellent, store also looked extremely clean. If I could give more stars I would.
All of their curries are delicious and gluten free! I also appreciate that most of their dishes can be made gluten free and vegetarian. Massaman tofu is delicious! Was excited that the Mango Fresh Roll was gluten free. Sooooo yummy!!!
We came for the Gluten Free night! I hope they do it again. Even though I waited over 2 hours to order my food (apparently all the celiacs in the area caught word this was happening!) It was so so good!
Love the food, especially the breakfast sandwiches. The Awakening is awesome. They also have gluten free bread options. The coffee and drinks very good as well.
This is definitely a hidden gem in the neighborhood. What a great upgrade from the shoreline pub. The bartender was awesome. Personable and knowledgeable. The wings were delicious. It would be helpful to have a gluten free pizza crust or bread. I would come all the time.
The service is pretty quick but they could be more attentive. Overall the food is good! My friends and I like to go their because they have gluten free pancake and waffle options. Prices are a bit higher than if you went to a local place.
