A wonderful discovery! We went there because our friends are gluten-free and the staff were very attentive to this subject, which was very pleasant and allowed us to enjoy a meal in complete peace. Furthermore, everything was delicious, well prepared and the products were very high quality. The terrace, a little set back from the road, is a real plus!
great welcome, perfect service and divine meal. the little extra offers gluten-free and lactose-free meals if reserved a few days in advance, offers gluten- and lactose-free bread and dessert. A big thank you to the whole team for this cocooning moment that we all enjoyed.
We stayed one night in this hotel following a gift from friends.
Picturesque hotel, right in the city center close to the Casino, the salt museum and the Tourist Office.
The welcome was warm.
We were not able to eat on site in the evening, the staff was on vacation.
The room is very decent with a 160cm bed, good bedding.
The bathroom is very good with a walk-in shower.
The breakfast is varied, and thanks because by indicating that I did not eat gluten, the manager gave me the equivalent of Schaar brand krisprols, thank you very much.
Mini downside for the room next to the elevator, the doors could be a little more insulated.

Had a lovely dining experience here. Waitress knew exactly what was gluten free or would could be made gluten free. Had the duck and they gave me a non-gluten containing sauce not on the menu. The potato fries were also safe and so good.
We booked for 4 people on Thursday evening. I was apprehensive when reading the reviews but wanted to form my own opinion. I find that some criticisms are very harsh and do not really reflect reality. The welcome is warm, the service very pleasant and quite fast. The cuisine, although quite simple, is delicious. All the dishes tested were perfectly prepared and we were very satisfied with them. It might take some effort to prepare the dishes, which lack a little originality, but the products are excellent and are sufficient in themselves. Of course the problem remains the fairly high price for ultimately quite simple dishes. We paid €230 for starters, main courses and dessert for 4 without wine. So a little expensive to go there regularly. One last point and this will be the only negative: we had warned in advance that one of the guests had to eat gluten-free. This was very well taken into account for the dishes but the waitress apologized for not being able to offer us gluten-free bread. It is very easy to get it in any supermarket, and even if it is not fresh bread, the attention would be appreciated...
We were there for dinner with four people and had reserved a table early that same day. We arrived at 7pm and got a table on the terrace. The restaurant is located on a square next to a small park. The lady from the service was very friendly and always tried hard. This makes you feel comfortable as a guest. Two of us have to eat a gluten-free diet due to celiac disease. We ordered the evening menu for 48 euros. The kitchen specifically asked which dishes on the menu were gluten-free. So all four were able to enjoy the menu. We were even served gluten-free bread. The wine list is excellent, with something in all price ranges and from all regions of France. The sommelier gave us very good advice. It was a great evening, we will definitely come back when we are in town again.
This was top notch on everything! We stopped by completely by accident on our drive and were no less than thrilled! Our waitress was extremely lovely and attentive, the food was better than many Michelin starred restaurants I have eaten at and out. The menu focused on wild foraged and seasonal plants, was very reasonably priced for the quality, and the wine recommendations were great. Would very much recommend a detour here. They also easily catered to my husbands gluten free dietary restrictions.
A very good restaurant, the products were fresh and very well prepared. The cod fillet was accompanied by seasonal vegetables and mash. The coleslaw was excellent as well.
Very large selection of Burgundy wines.
The staff was attentive.
Several dishes and several desserts were gluten-free and the staff were very helpful in case of food intolerances
What can I say, we are never disappointed each time we come! A real journey for the taste buds, each time different! A very warm welcome, very attentive to their customers.
Having digestive problems, the chefs were able to take me on good gluten-free and lactose-free trips, thank you a thousand times for taking care of me🙏! I didn't get sick, I was able to enjoy everything 😋 My big favorite of the restaurants on the Côte d'Or, stay as you are, a very nice team. Go through the door you won't be disappointed 😉🤗
Great restaurant discovered for a birthday. Thank you particularly for adapting the dishes for our gluten and milk allergy who was able to enjoy with us and satisfy his taste buds :).
Thank you for this excellent evening!
I’m currently riding a 125cc Vespa from Brighton, U.K. to Modena, Italy. I’m avoiding motorways and going through the French countryside.
So far, I’ve stopped at a Best Western, which was incredibly corporate (boring, bland, soulless) and then my second stop was Moulin des Ruats.
Everything was amazing here; the location next to the water, the style of the building exterior with the water wheel, but also how nicely and creatively it’s decorated inside.
Cloé was very helpful, friendly, and I even had warm gluten free bread for breakfast!

First place where I've been presented an allergen menu! Had the ham starter and duck leg main. Was going well until I ordered sorbet and got given a biscuit it😢
The menu offers dishes for all tastes as well as pork-free and gluten-free options that meet everyone's needs. The employees are welcoming and the service took place in a generally good atmosphere. I particularly recommend the Iberian pluma and octopus! Delicious
A first, and perhaps not the last, my wife has celiac disease thanks to the chef for having adapted his cuisine, which is not the case everywhere. Local cuisine and good products highlighted with accuracy and frankness. Correct service but did not reassure us regarding dietary constraints upon arrival...nevertheless helpful and efficient.
Good food and service. We were here in August and so had to book a day in advance but then that's true for any good restaurant in a holiday area in France. View is amazing looking down over the lake. One improvement would be to offer more gluten free options or be able to offer different combinations from across the menu.
Here is finally a restaurant that thinks about allergic and intolerant customers with dishes concocted by David which are gluten-free without forgetting the gluten-free and lactose-free desserts.
A very nice restaurant!
This restaurant is a very pleasant place to eat.
First of all, the atmosphere is very relaxing, having eaten on the terrace overlooking the river.
Secondly, the service was very pleasant and professional.
Finally, the food is very good, both the starters (goat cheese and fig puff pastry) and the main courses (eggs mimosa). As for the desserts, these are the highlight of the meal, as all of them (lemon tiramisu, rhubarb tart, panna cotta [one of the best, if not the best, I've ever eaten], and a kind of lemon and basil ice cream) were excellent.
Furthermore, the menu changes frequently depending on the availability of extremely fresh produce.
What's more, we can buy bread there, including gluten-free bread, which is excellent and lasts for several days without hardening or softening.
Don't hesitate to go there!
Very pleasant and attentive service, we also met Alba, a lovely waitress from Valencia 🇪🇸she helped us a lot with the gluten-free issue
The food has been good
We had an excellent evening, in a very pleasant setting and with a remarkable dinner. Everything was incredible from start to finish, with pairings always thought out perfectly. The service team was very attentive, thank you to them.
I would also like to point out that the chef and his team adapt to your diet as best as possible. For my part, I was able to taste a delicious menu that was completely gluten-free.
A big thank you to the whole team and I can only recommend this charming restaurant which deserves a ⭐️!
Very beautiful moment with creative, intense and passionate dishes.
Impeccable service.
Impeccable gluten-free and lactose-free creations.
Thank you all.
Carme a la brass excellent with some gluten-free dessert, but the menu is not marked with gluten-free (although they have a list of things)
Friendly service

Really very good. Great restaurant service and excellent food. I'm gluten-free and the chef found solutions for me and I almost ate like everyone else.
A big THANK YOU to the chef who was able to adapt the Valentine's Day menu for me who is gluten intolerant. This is the only restaurant that offered it to me. Thanks to him because I was able to spend Valentine's Day at the restaurant. Which had not happened since the discovery of my intolerance. The menu was perfect, we enjoyed it. I only have one word to say to you THANK YOU 💖
