If you're gluten-free or celiac I would avoid this location!!!
Horribly dirty ! DO NOT EAT HERE place was disgusting never seen keys so disgusting sadly. Food wasn't keys signature style or taste I eat keys alot at other locations. And the urinal in the men's bathroom was the worst black mold and grime that I've ever seen it was horrible standing piss unbelievable ! Very disappointed. Cook didn't pay attention to my lady's allergies either. Overall just not a clean place either dirt and grime on tables sticky stuff on floors and window sill area . Brown gravy on floor and bench areas everywhere on floor was dirty look like it hadn't been swept in a month. Very poor appearance. šš¤¦āāļøš WASTED TRIP OF TIME N MONEY . Roseville#2 Woodbury#3 or Hudson#1 KEYS are definitely the go-to. (If you're gluten-free or celiac I would avoid this location!!! )
Please do not offer gluten free buns if you are not going to educate your staff on proper safety for your gluten free / Celiac Disease customers. I couldnāt order from the kiosk because it didnāt have the option for the GF bun so I had to go to the cashier and when I asked about the gf bun she was confused but someone in the back said they had one. Then I asked if the sauce was GF and no one knew so I just said no sauce then but they were very confused because their was 2 different spreads on the burger and I said neither if you cannot confirm if they are GF and then the attitude started. I wanted to cry right there. Itās hard enough traveling but to be given attitude when trying to get food when youāre hungry, not knowing if it will make you sick or not is just so stressful. I have to throw this away because I literally donāt know if they messed with my sandwich just to be nasty or not.
Love Toppers for the Caulipower crust pizza that lets me finally get takeout pizza on a reduced carb diet and lets my partner enjoy gluten free and vegan takeout pizza. Of course low carb Topperstix would be nice, but I added a cheese Caulipower crust pizza with garlic sauce as a good substitute.
I really wish they still had the tostadas from the dollar menu. Those were so delicious, and that corn shell was perfect for us gluten-free folk. Please bring back the tostada! I also miss the breakfast skillet. That was also another delicious gluten-free alternative I loved, that they've gotten rid of. Please bring back the breakfast skillet! Otherwise, I'm always happy with the food I get and better prices than most places.
Asked if the smoothies were gluten free one didnāt know (no problem) so he asked someone else that just looked around and said āuh noā
I had seen one sign online that said they were but in the restaurant it didnāt say so I wanted to confirm.
I asked was it the protein powder and if so could I do without. He just shrugged and said āno, you can get a juiceā
Just felt like they didnāt want to figure out if they smoothies were really GF and just didnāt want to deal with me.
Love Jersey Mike's, but this location is especially great. Aaron was so helpful and attentive, I noticed how great he was with co-workers too, training a new employee, giving constructive feedback, all while handling a rush of customers... he was an all-star! And of course, the sandwich was fantastic, as always! I am so happy I can get a Gluten Free sub here!!
