I had not had Jersey Mike's in yrs. I ordered a gluten free 9" sub online (so excited that they have gluten free bread since my daughter can not eat gluten). It was ready and picked up within 15 minutes. The two people working were very friendly and polite (04/06/19 @ 2:20pm.) My daughter and I split the sub which was very filling and delicious. We are going to make it a regular lunch for our mommy daughter days. Everything was fresh and wonderfully prepared. Other sub chains do not compare. Thank you for being clean, fresh and polite.
Great fresh food! There are ample gluten free protein choices and base choices. The sauces for GF are either sriracha or GF soy sauce or wasabi which is good, but I would so love to see a ginger soy sauce gf option. Still it is clean, bright, friendly and tasty.
The 2 coordinators on staff Rachel and missed the gentleman's name, but they both were extremely attentive to help me find something I could eat with a gluten allergy. Extremely friendly and helpful. A++++
If you are vegan or vegetarian don't go here. Went in and ordered 20min ago. Service was fast. There was next to no options for people on a vegan and vegetarian diet. Considering you make the food to go there should be way more options for customers. I've only been to a Chipotle one other time and it was a lot more accommodating than this one. They had nothing but meat and products cooked in meat to offer. This is disappointing as your competitors like Moe's at least offer a variety of toppings and subs to replace dairy and meat. Yet chipotle is seen as better than Moe's. Not sure how when all they have is rice and black beans to cater to dietary restrictions. which is surprising given you're located near several college campuses which means thousands of people with different diets yet you only offer meat and maybe 2 other selections. If you want to compete with restaurants in this area you need to offer actual alternatives for plant based and gluten diets. Definitely waste of money and won't be returning
Well! I stopped by this location recently with the children I nanny. They were exhausted and famished from our car ride back from the Hamptons (winter home) and desperately needed a bite to eat. I hoped and prayed that this Sonic would be the right place to stop, and I soon realized my prayers had been answered. Upon arrival I met the guardian angels of this Sonic location, Katie and Ginny. These girls catered to the children as if they were their own, answered our questions regarding dietary requirements (the children are gluten and nut free) and soothed their nerves until the food arrived. I highly recommend anyone visit this Sonic, and I highly recommend that these girls receive the highest raise possible because they are the highest caliber employees I have ever encountered at any fast food establishment. When I take the children to their summer home (Maldives), we will certainly stop back by and can only hope to see Katie and Ginny’s beautiful and helpful faces once again.
