I love this place! The food was well presented, and absolutely delicious! You can taste that the food was made from scratch from the freshness of the spices, giving it a home made feel! The staff were very pleasant and we were lucky to sample some other dishes on the menu. There are gluten free options too. Excited to go back and try more dishes!
This was a fabulous dining experience! Plenty of vegan and gluten-free options. The reason that I knocked off one star is that the dhal I ordered was so insanely salty! But it was very tasty. The atmosphere is awesome. It is a great place to meet up with friends.
Absolutely the most delicious Indian food ever! The spices were amazing, generous portions, and everything on the menu was labeled clearly for allergies, including so many gluten free options. The restaurant is very clean and the service (particularly Edwin) was so fast and extremely helpful. Can’t recommend enough!
After several hours at the Marbles museum, the five of us (three adults and two kids) stopped for lunch at Lime and Lemon. The servers were very attentive to all of us and helped us find dairy free items. We had Tofu Vindaloo, Madras Chicken Curry, and two chicken weekday lunch combos. Everything was delicious with the five year old saying the chicken 65 was "like amazing!". We sat at a half booth/half table where everyone was able to sit comfortably. You could have a celebratory meal, a date, or just drop by for lunch or dinner. The website menu allows you to filter by dietary restrictions, including dairy free, nut free, soy free, gluten free. The bathrooms are two gender neutral single stalls. Parking in front of the restaurant is for Zaxbys, so be sure to get street parking or park in a garage. We will be back!
Not only is the food incredible, but the staff, chefs, and owners are in a class of their own. My husband recently discovered he has Celiac, and we rarely eat out as a result. I am from Asheville, and we even have trouble finding places consistently Celiac-friendly there. We risked going to Square Root recently at my suggestion because I’d been a decade ago and remember it being fantastic and considerate regarding dietary issues. We were not disappointed, and we keep going back. John is a wonderful waiter and we have been lucky enough to have his help every time we’ve gone. I cook a lot, and it takes a good deal to impress me. Everything on Square Root’s menu is beautiful.
Highly recommend!!!
Abhi and Sophie were amazing!! The food was delicious (tons of gluten free and vegetarian options), and the staff were welcoming and fun to talk to. First time visit and can’t wait to be back!
I’ve been a regular at Kababish for years, and just getting around to posting a review.
Their food is delicious - fresh and full of flavor… consistently. The staff, many of whom are family, are friendly and attentive.
I have celiac, so I cannot eat gluten. They are aware of gluten free needs; most items are naturally gluten-free, and they can easily modify many dishes to accommodate many dietary requirements.
This gem tucked in downtown Cary is my favorite in Cary - because of the food and the welcoming atmosphere. It’s my go-to for my birthday, and Mother’s Day as well!
My favorite dishes are butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, kabobs, and lahora bhindi (okra). And of course the mango lassi!
We love the buffet and the crew at Sitar! The flavors are always delicious and strong. The quality and freshness is consistent. We try to make it here monthly — at the very least. If you have any dietary restrictions the buffet has cards for items with details if it includes nuts, dairy, meat and gluten. The buffet offers salad, rice, main courses, fruit, soups, chutneys, naan and desserts. The service is first class! They make us feel so welcome every visit! It’s a wonderful experience — we recommend 10/10!!!
Our family is a big fan of Indian food, and had hoped to pay a visit to Cilantro for a while now. Dinner was so delicious! Gluten free diners know what a challenge it can be dining out, and I was pleasantly surprised by their extensive GF options. Loved the saag paneer I had, and my family enjoyed their dishes as well. The staff and manager/owner were so kind and helpful, and the ambiance is lovely. Thanks, Cilantro! Hope to return soon. :)

Exquisite. Surpassed my expectations. The restaurant is gorgeous. The food is outstanding. I highly recommend the KOZHI VEPUDU and the Yellow Tail Red Snapper Coastal Curry, especially if you require gluten and dairy free. Both were amazing! The staff is wonderful. I loved that the owner and chef both came to check on us throughout the night. Tamasha is the best fine dining experience I've had so far - better than Parizade and G58! If you're on the fence - visit Tamasha first!
Absolutely loved the buffet so many options if you are a vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free. The ambiance is so cozy and service was on point. Loved the watermelon juice it’s at the bar.
This place is delicious! Safe gluten free options and sweet, hospitable staff! Ravi treated us to Masala Chai tea after our meal, on the house. By the consumer demographic, you know the food is authentic ;-) one entree was plenty for two to split, and the missi roti was GF naan!
This is hands down one of the best Indian restaurants in the area! I've lived here over 25 years, and it's been a challenge to find good quality, authentic Indian food.
I've been here several times, and have ordered a wide variety:biryani, naan, paneer, dal makhni, saag, gobi manchurian, and malai kofta. All absolutely outstanding! I've added pictures below of the chicken biryani and Malai kofta.
They have recently updated their menu too, and it identifies common allergens such as vegan, and nuts. All the entrees are gluten free too.
Definitely will be back!!
Ate here for lunch while vacationing here. The lunch buffet is amazing. They had 5 different curry/madras/saag options plus tandoori chicken on the day I visited. Gluten free dishes were labelled. All of the food was delicious! A special thank you to Mustafa who provided great service! Wish we lived closer so this place could be a regular for us. Thank you for such a delicious meal!
Delicious food, lots of options for veggies or meat, even drinks. Tons of gluten free and vegan options as well. Spiced perfectly, can get non spicy and spicy as well. Our toddler even loved the food. Great service as well!
This is THE PLACE to get Indian food in the Winston-Salem area. The food is consistently well prepared and totally delicious. It is obvious that it is cooked with love. The service is always friendly and attentive. I've eaten here weekly for about a year - there isn't a bad dish on the menu, but the Palak Paneer, Malai Kofta, Vegetable Korma, and anything from the Tandoor are particularly good choices. And the Vegetable Pakoras are a great choice to start. As a bonus, many of the dishes are gluten-free, so it's any easy choice if GF is a concern.

Service was awesome and food was great. Had the lamb tikka masala along with the paneer and meat platter. Tons of gluten free also. Couldn’t recommend anymore!
Me and my mother wanted to try an Indian restaurant close to where we were, and Shukkranaa's nailed it! The food was delightful and flavorful, if a bit spicy. We ordered the Aloo Tikki Chat for an appetizer, my mother ordered the Channa Masala(mild) under the Classics section, and I got the Chicken Korma(medium). Mom's dish was a bit spicier than expected, and it definitely was noticeable right off the bat. Mine was a more subtle heat that stuck on the tongue and throat. Delicious food overall! And the service was great! When we asked if the Korma was gluten free, the waiter made sure to double check with the kitchen!
The food at Curry House is absolutely incredible! I recently discovered this gem on DoorDash, and today, a coworker suggested we order takeout for the office. The food is also of much higher quality than the average restaurant. Amazing service, delicious food, and on-point ambiance. All meals are cooked to order. While takeout is good, dining in is even better. Kushal is an impeccable host!
I've been to Wake Forest many times and had no idea that Curry House existed! This is a fantastic little Indian place with a sizable menu that clearly lists gluten, dairy, and vegan distinctions. They also ask about spice tolerance on a scale of 1-10. Everything we tried was delicious, and we will definitely be back!
Curry House has become my favorite place to eat. I love how personal Kushal has become; he knows my order and is always so nice. He consistently goes above and beyond, and that is very much appreciated. I will forever love Curry House—it feels just like home.
Also, their momo's are to die for! If you love dumplings, you have to try them. They are perfectly steamed with flavorful fillings and just the right amount of spice. Curry House has truly captured my heart and taste buds!
WOOOW!!! I rarely leave reviews. This may very well be my first, certainly in years. However my experience this evening was so absolutely phenomenal I had to immediately hop on here to let the world know.
Food: hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in…..years? Idk all I know is that the flavors were SO on point and perfect that I literally lost my train of thought mid sentence first bite. (To no fault of my hot date). Seriously out of this world flavor. I had the lamb Biryani my husband had something as equally delicious I can’t remember the name of. Both were to die for. The flavors and the textures and the tenderness of the meat I mean, truly impeccable.
Cocktails: surprised this is a whole section? ME TOO!!! I had NO IDEA I would have the best old fashion I’ve had, maybe ever, at an Indian restaurant but HOLY MOLY!!! Fantastic!!!
Service: our server (Autumn) was not only a complete gem, but also super knowledgeable, accommodating, attentive, but just all around lovely and incredibly fun to banter and chat with.
I will be coming back (we’ve only ever been to the buffet and this was dinner), I will be bringing my parents, (they are huge foodies), I will be telling EVERYONE how amazing our whole experience was. And I will leave this GLOWING review because it’s the least I can do after such an astounding meal.
Thank you.
Also last thing, nearly everything was Gluten Free which I am which was dope.
As someone from New York who has available access to a variety of international cuisine, this is by far one of the best Indian restaurants I have ever been to. The cauliflower appetizer was beyond amazing. My wife enjoyed the lamb chops, and I really enjoyed the chicken tikka masala was the best I ever had. The portions were very generous, garlic naan is must have, and the lychee sorbet dessert was the perfect ending to a great meal.
Throughout our meal our waiter was very attentive, and made wonderful pairing suggestions. The manager and the owner came to speak with us during the meal, expressing their gratitude and appreciation for dining with them. I can not over express how satisfied we were by the time we left.
In addition they have a large selection of vegetarian options, as well gluten free options. Its a restaurant everyone can enjoy.
Amazing! Great food. Good variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Not much for the gluten free crowd but still a great experience. Will definitely be back.
Food and service were both incredible. Our server was very friendly and happy to explain the different dishes to us. Lots of gluten free options, including dessert.
This is a great Quick serve Indian restaurant. I have been several times and I have turned on several others also who all agree they are a really good option for lunch or dinner.
The rice selection is awesome and even includes a gluten free option. My favorites are Ghee and Biryani.
The meat selections are out of this world and all very good. Indian food is rich and flavorful automatically and they dont dusappoint. My favorites are: Butter Chicken over Ghee, Mutton over Biryani, and Nilgiri Chicken over Ghee. I think there is something there for any taste buds though. 😋.
The flaky Parotta is small but very yummy. Its always freshly made and warm and it pairs so well with every dish so just get it.
I also love how when you go in person, they ask to top every dish with cilantro and/ or chopped onions.. This is a nice additive to the dish and I hope they add this option to Doordash to select for those not going in person.
It is very clean and they take pride in everything they do so I appreciate their effort and dedication to make you enjoy it. They also offer in person a small cup of savory yogurt raita sauce with each entree that again should also be included as an option when ordering online .
They provide free water, but there are no soft drinks or sweet tea available. This would entice those of us to eat there more frequently or eat inside, just FYI.
Sometimes the service does move sloww, but it's because people are I'm sampling mode and they dont have help to keep the line moving, so keep that in mind. I also recommend they invest in To-go utensils especially for to go orders, because open utensils today isnt necessarily the best move 😉.
Overall, I am pleased with the start of this business and I will continue recommend them to folks in and outside of this area . I pray the quality and effort put into the food and prices stay the same.
Good job Kolapasi! Keep up the good work.
Excellent buffet, delicious and authentic food, lots of options. My husband mentioned to the host that I was gluten free and dairy free and the host took the time to walk me to the buffet to point out what I could and could not eat! Folks with allergies understand how much of a relief it is to know with confidence the food you're eating is safe. There were a surprising number of options for both, also a rarity. Highly recommended.
The food is delicious - great flavors, good quality and we’ve liked everything we’ve ordered! Tons of gluten free options.
Our server, Raj, was fantastic -- friendly, great recommendations & attentive! He made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
We stopped in Greensboro on our journey back to Durham and we had chai here. We also ordered dinner to go. The chai was great except that is was not hot enough. We also had dessert on the spot. The serving size was rather small and left my daughter wanting another bowl. Besides that, the taste of both the rice pudding and rasmalai was great. The service was great and they answered all of my questions related to my daughters gluten free restrictions. Now once we get home, will see how good the main dishes are, but until now, it was great experience. My one complaint however, is that the service took a bit more time than I expected considering that we only ordered 2 cups of chai and a rasmalai and rice pudding on the spot. And the time to make and pack the actual order also took much more time than expected.
We stopped into Transfer Food Hall while downtown hanging out. They had a lot of gluten free and vegetarian options for me. I decided to try the Palak Paneer and the Onion Bhaji (vegan) as an appetizer since I'd never tried them before. Both were delicious and and the portion sizes were huge! The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back again.
A beautiful place to wait for your take out. Friendly staff. The Indian cocktail are so beautiful and unique.
The menu has so many choices for anyone. Gluten free and Vegetarian Friendly!!

posting from my mom's account....
Me and my girlfriend visited the restaurant last night. It was amazing. service was great, food was great, atmosphere was great. the staff was very aware of my gluten allergy and made sure i didn't eat the wrong thing. highly recommended
Since we first came to this place over a year ago we have made it one of our most regular restaurants in town and they have never disappointed. The food is always excellent, and the service attentive but not overly so. Raj always greets us with a smile and knew what we liked on our second visit, even though weeks had passed from the first. We've explored many items on the menu and always found the flavors distinct and the spiciness exactly what we ordered (each of our family have different levels of spice preference). One of our family has celiac and has never had a reaction showing good cooking methods preventing cross contamination of gluten. Our favorites are the vegetable pakora, Tandoori chicken, lamb Tikka, and lamb Chettinad, always with the Saffron rice.
While the atmosphere from the outside isn't attractive (this is clearly some sort of recycled fast food place) and the bathrooms don't smell great (something not having to do with cleanliness) they have turned the dining room into a very pleasant experience. It's not crowded before 7pm even on Friday and Saturday. We plan to return frequently!
Amazing hidden gem in university! Authentic Pan Asian Cuisine! I finally found a place who has all my favorite Pan Asian dishes along with a ton of gluten free options! I will definitely become a regular.
Delicious food with generous rice provided. We got two meals out of each dish! And the menu is marked for items that are vegan and gluten free. The staff was courteous to ask if we had any dietary restrictions or food allergies before taking our order withiut any promoting; which as someone with celiacs I greatly appreciate!

Number one best Indian place in Raleigh! We normally get takeout, but we took some out of town friends who are vegan and gluten free, and they were delighted! They couldn't stop saying how good it was. They were very accommodating of dietary requirements and the food, as always, was incredible. The worst part about coming here is eventually I run out of leftovers.
The chai is their own blend and delicious! My mom has celiac disease, and all of their sauces are gluten free. We ordered coconut curry, tika masala, butter chicken, a lovely cauliflower appetizer, and masala fries. Each was delicious. They also made the tika as spicy as we wanted and brought some more spicy oil on the side. The service was attentive, quick, and personal. There is also beer and wine…one of the best lunches we have had…every single thing was great!
Good Indian food with plenty of vegan and gluten free options.
Alert: their rice-based breads are NOT gluten free. They will tell you if you ask. My bad for making assumptions.
The food here is amazing for both vegans and meat-eaters alike. I love the choices of vegan and gluten-free items, and the spices are perfect!! I highly recommend the rani tikki, and my husband loves the chicken tikka masala. We’ve dined here about five times since they’ve opened. We think it’s awesome!!
