They have a completely separate kitchen and menu for gluten-free items. The owner came and checked on me at the end of the meal and i had a nice conversation with him. He is gluten-free himself. Truly, some of the best gluten-free pasta that I have ever had. It tastes TOO good to be GF, yet it is.
