We went to Ardemos because we'd heard they had really good gluten-free burgers, and they didn't disappoint. The brioche bun was toasted just right and didn't seem gluten-free at all, and the burger overall was very good, one of those modern ones with ingredients that fit the bill, without going overboard. The menu isn't very long, but that's precisely why it's appreciated: you can choose with ease without having to spend half an hour wondering. They have several types of chips (I think four) and some nachos that surprised us quite a bit; they were very good. What blew us away were the pancakes with Nutella. They didn't seem gluten-free in the slightest. Tender, not dry at all, and with just the right amount of sweetness. The waiter we had, a bald Argentinian—I can't remember his name—was incredibly nice. He was attentive without being pushy, and you could tell he knew what he was serving. It's not super cheap, but you can tell everything is well-made. Definitely a must-have again.

Make sure you go to the right location! We drove an hour to the nearest grosso to find out that their entire menu is gluten and NOT GLUTEN FREE. If I did not ask to make sure I would have just glutened myself unintentionally.

Best gluten free pizza we have ever had. It was fun to go to a restaurant that our gluten free daughter could pick anything off the menu. Our picky son didn’t even realize that he was eating gluten free and said the pizza was the best ever!

This place We had so good expetations about and looked forward to glutenfree food. The starter was Perfect. Bread with oliveoil, garlic and fresh tomatoes. Then We got the main food way to early while We really enjoyed the bread and vine. And the main courses was a vig disapointment. No vegetables to the meat and the french fries was not crispy at all and a bit cold. The meat was very tasteless and the glace on the ribs tasted like bought in the supermarket. I am sorry to say this because it was so nice interiour in the restaurant and it started so good. It took 2 minutes to Get the maincourse and that in itself is a bad sign…

We had high hopes for eating in a dedicated GF restaurant. We ordered 2 tapas, garlic shrimp, strong fishy flavor & pork skewers. Our pork came without the skewers, no biggy but it was wayyyy too salty. We shared a couple blended drinks, pina coladas, that were very good. My main entree was pasta with pesto sauce. There was a lot but very skimpy on the pesto & underdone pasta. ( I took home leftover pasta & reheated with some good pesto. It was much better the 2nd time around. My husband had ravioli, the menu stated it was tortellini, but they substituted the ravioli. We did enjoy the sidewalk seating. All in all this meal was a disappointment but we didn’t get glutened , so that’s a plus.

We came to celebrate our anniversary as a couple, and it was a great success. The service was very attentive, fast and friendly; and the food, most importantly, was delicious! The duck breast with soy sauce and caramel is a highlight. We will definitely be back, so we can continue to try the rest of the menu and repeat the breast! A plus point is that almost the entire menu is gluten-free.

We came 4 people to celebrate a birthday, because one of us is celiac. Good gluten-free Brazilian food and well priced. I don't give the food a 5 because we found that the desserts need to be improved. The rest has been excellent. To come after Parking Shakespeare it is perfect;)

I'm celiac, so I ordered a crepe and got gluten poisoning. I've been sick for two days. I barely finished eating when my headache and nausea started. I don't recommend it for celiacs. Perhaps it's only an option for those with gluten allergies. We sat outside, and no one came out to serve us. We had to stop to order and pay. I won't be back.

We ate well. Delicious dishes made with natural ingredients. The place was very comfortable and spacious, with a wide selection of gluten-free dishes and some dairy-free dishes (my family has allergies and intolerances). The waiters were very attentive and friendly. The price was reasonable, close to 20 euros per person. We'll definitely be back.

Loveddd this restaurant!! I had the Gluten Free Ravioli with Ricotta and Spinach with their Tomato Basil Sauce it was DELICIOUS! I also tried their pizza also amazing!! Our waiter Bellaco was amazing! We dined with 3 kids and he made our visit memorable. He even called a taxi for us! Definitely recommend! We had tapas dinner with our two children and, as always, it was a 10/10 experience! We've been to El Posit several times and have always been treated wonderfully. This time we were served by Alejandro and Mariluz, super friendly, attentive, and professional waiters. They didn't miss a single detail and treated the children excellently. They even invited us for a shot at the end of dinner—a truly thoughtful touch! A restaurant that never fails, highly recommended. Sense Gluten in Tarragona is a fantastic choice. I love this cafe for its wide variety of gluten-free products, which is a relief. The coffee is excellent, and the atmosphere invites you to enjoy it. It's a pleasant and spacious place, with comfortable tables and a perfect bar for a quick coffee. I really liked the staff's friendliness; it makes the experience even more enjoyable. Plus, the place is fully wheelchair accessible, which is a huge plus. They also have an impressive selection of household items—I always find something original to take home! For added convenience, I've seen they're working on a website that, it seems, will soon be ready for online orders. It's a place that perfectly combines good food with good taste for the home.

The place is simple, pretty, and very clean. The products we tried were quite good. The prices were a bit high compared to other places with similar products. The wait time was long; there was only one other table besides ours (two people), and it took a long time both to serve and to collect our bill. Everything was very slow. Otherwise, everything was fine. It was a pleasure to see and try new places that adapt to gluten- and lactose-free products for people with lactose intolerance.

It is the best Italian restaurant in Tossa de Mar and the surrounding area. Food: 10/10 They have a menu with a lot of variety and dishes for all tastes. If you are people with food intolerances, it is by far the best restaurant we have found. The menu is marked with all the icons (gluten, lactose, seafood, egg, nuts...) and, if you have any questions, they will always find a solution for you. For example, if you are lactose intolerant, the vegan cheese is delicious and you won't even notice the difference. Space: 10/10 The restaurant has direct views of the sea. A super well-kept space with an Italian touch. Service and price: 10/10 Rarely do you find such attentive, familiar and pleasant staff. And the price, being in front of the sea, is very fair for its quality, there are prices for everyone. In short, a 10/10 restaurant! ❤️

I'm celiac and super cautious if where I eat. The staff here we're wonderful and informed me of everything being gf, even the candies they bring with the bill. I read on here that desserts aren't GF but I didn't get any so I can't confirm. They do have the 2025 Sense Gluten sticker in their window and seem dedicated to me.

It's a highly recommended place that you have to go to if you have the opportunity. It's worth taking the car to go there, because all the food is delicious, the service is always good, and the prices are reasonable. Another great thing is that they have many gluten-free products, including croquettes and various desserts. Some things we've tried and really liked are: the croquettes, artichokes, calçots (in season), steaks, cured meats, and of course, desserts like crème brûlée, honey and mató, and brownie. Reservations are recommended, as it tends to be crowded, including groups. There is a ground floor and a lower floor, with covered areas (the regular dining room) and others open to the terrace. We're sure we go every once in a while because we love it!

Not only is everything gluten-free, it's delicious; my family is not celiac and gets excited like me when we come for lunch. The staff is more than friendly and always remembers my order even if I only come once a month or every two months. It's one of the few places where I forget that I'm eating gluten-free because it's so good. Both for lunch and breakfast. When I come I always have to buy something to take away
