Scilatielli was a disappointment, too thin and too much tomato covered the flavor of the seafood. Very high prices, I thought only the prices of pizzas for celiacs were high, given the work involved, but instead I have to say that I found everything very expensive. Few homemade desserts, they focus too much on ready-made ones like Sal De Riso... at €7 each. Sin!
Fantastic gluten-free pizza, Marco's dough is a must try! Recommended for everyone! My friends and I went for lunch and we had a great meal! We won't fail to have lunch together again in such a welcoming place! Thank you
Amazing gluten-free restaurant: attention to all needs (vegetarians, vegans, celiacs, etc.) with delicacy and professionalism. Excellent quality of food, from starters to desserts. Highly recommended!
Nice and clean place, very good pizza, one of the best in the area, also good gluten-free pizza with separate preparation and cooking to avoid contamination, which is why we went specifically to try it given our celiac daughter. Welcoming staff and the lady at the register very kind. We will definitely return.
I was there last night with 2 friends.
1 gluten-free margherita pizza (which also arrived wrong, not for celiacs, and we waited a long time for the right one)
1 focaccia with scamorza, porchetta and cherry tomatoes
1 focaccia with bresaola, rocket and cherry tomatoes
1 still water and 1 friz
1 coffee
€50
An average of €17 for pizza + water
It still seems crazy to me, even though the first pizza had an extra €3.50 because it was gluten-free!
We won't be back, too bad the place was nice, apart from the poor soundproofing!
Top restaurant, I've already been there twice... I love it, a little expensive... But the quality deserves the price... Excellent for celiacs, they have a separate department, away from everything else... Super top 💪🏼
We stopped at the restaurant for dinner because it offers gluten free options in the menu. We had a very nice experience, the quality and price of the food is excellent and the owners were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
We went to eat at La Salinera on 11/24/2023. We were three people, one of whom had celiac disease. The staff showed great professionalism, bringing this person a separate basket of focaccias and bread substitutes, all gluten-free, and pointing out which dishes on the menu might have traces of gluten. We all ate very well, the quantities were plentiful and the flavors exquisite. A glass of excellent Barolo each, a delicious dessert to finish. About forty Euros each, 5 well-deserved stars!
We were very surprised by the quality of service at this place. Very young boys and girls will welcome you with kindness and above all with a smile. This would be enough for a good review!
But I would also add that the pizza is very good with thin, tasty dough and generous toppings. The place is a bit noisy: in good weather, however, it is possible to stay outside. Excellent parking possibilities. Equipped for gluten-free pizza. Very honest prices.
I went to this pizza restaurant on a Friday evening, without a reservation, for two.
The owners were immediately concerned about finding us a place to accommodate us and to while away the wait, they offered us a glass of wine. We had a great time: the food is excellent and the service is fast and all the staff are very kind.
We will return with celiac friends since there is a menu dedicated to them with a list of certified products, without risk of contamination.
I recommend it for the quality of the food, the presentation and the friendliness of the staff.
👍🏼 Excellent service, very kind, friendly, attentive staff from the moment you enter until you leave.
👍🏼 Delicious food. Very tasty traditional Piedmontese dishes.
Beware of gluten intolerance. Good options for those who cannot eat gluten, both in savory dishes and desserts. The hazelnut cake with zabaglione was excellent
The menu is not very extensive but can still almost completely satisfy the needs of celiacs. Gluten free pizza cooked in a dedicated electric oven. Grilled sausage and gluten-free chips cooked in dedicated oil. No pasta and no meat Milanese for the little ones unfortunately. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Great place for those who have problems with gluten and lactose.
The kind and courteous owners make you feel at home and pamper you with excellent food.
I highly recommend it, excellent value for money and they are also very quick with their service.
Book!!
Nice place, excellent food both for the pizza part and for the restaurant part.
Fast, punctual and precise.
Excellent welcome 🔝🔝🔝🔝
The best gluten-free pizza I've ever tasted!!!
Kindness and friendliness are the order of the day.
I highly recommend this place!!!
Great prices 👍🏻👍🏻
We had a very good time, both my son and I have celiac disease and it is one of the few places where the gluten free hamburger is very similar to glutinous and what's more the staff is very attentive and helpful. So rating 10 highly recommended
I've been coming here with my family for years now and we leave satisfied every time! Everything is always delicious and they are very careful about gluten-free, they have an excellent pizza for celiacs, but also other things on the menu including desserts. Everything excellent! Fast service even on August holidays!
Very welcoming pizzeria, excellent gluten-free pizza, the pizza with normal dough is also very good.
Very kind staff/owners, attentive to customer needs and knowledge of the products and wines.
We will definitely be back!!
Osteria that we chose thanks to the good impression made by the menu.
My wife has an intolerance to fructans and it is always difficult to find a place to eat, but we had a great time at the tavern without rushing.
Both the waiters and the chefs were very kind in accommodating our needs and finally my wife was able to eat good, quality food.
I highly recommend it even for celiacs
After a year we returned to this splendid place.
Warm and refined environment with impeccable service. The courses are tasty and delicate: appetizer of your choice, first course with truffle slices and a fantastic second course. Excellent dessert.
Wine list with great choice.
It was possible to take advantage of an equally tasty gluten-free menu.
We will return perhaps even before next year.
After making sure by phone that my celiac husband could also eat, we went to dinner. A very pleasant surprise. All dishes super appreciated, cooked divinely. For me menu €28 starters (7 different, very creative and particular) first course and dessert, my husband menu €28 first course, second course and dessert. All enriched by the kindness of the owner.
Compliments. We will definitely return.
We had dinner last night, it was a fabulous culinary experience, a delight for the palate and the sight.
Cozy and quiet place, clean and well-kept.
Fabulous, attentive and knowledgeable staff, I have celiac disease and I was followed in the choice of dishes in a thoughtful manner.
A journey through flavors and perfect preparation.
I recommend to everyone.
A thousand thanks.
Friendly, helpful and highly trained staff. Just walking into a place and asking for gluten-free without them looking at you bewildered is a joy! In the Vecchia Cascina they go further: a nice and hospitable place, excellent dishes. Everyone at our table was satisfied: omnivores, vegetarians and gluten free. The gluten-free pizza I tried was excellent, there are even dessert options. I will definitely return if in these parts
We had dinner on a Saturday evening, quality menu, well presented and tasty dishes (found ourselves a little unprepared for the gluten-free proposal).
Good service, young and knowledgeable staff, I would have a note on the more experienced "waiter", he seemed a little pedantic and unwilling to satisfy our needs, it's a shame.
Overall a pleasant evening
The best meal I have ever had. Props to the Maître d’, sommelier & entire kitchen staff - this meal was the highlight of our trip! The team were very accommodating for gluten free & vegetarian dietary requests.
Happened here for an all-you-can-eat midweek lunch: quick, clean, excellent dishes, friendly and helpful staff. The desserts are also good (to be paid separately). Note for those who, like me, suffer from celiac disease: with the tablet you can only view gluten-free dishes and they really are. For me they are deserved 5 stars!
Courtyard with large outdoor terrace, beautiful location, friendly, fast and knowledgeable staff. Excellent choice of dishes and also prepared gluten and lactose free. Good raw materials, clean and welcoming.
OMG - What a charming place! Loved the owner, charming staff, amazing food. Very relaxed and welcoming. I had the Gluten Free pasta with Rabbit and Hazelnuts. Outstanding. My friend had the wild boar papparadelle. She loved it. Please go here!
We went to this restaurant for a lunch with friends, the owner was courteous right from the booking phone call. Attentive to the customer, courteous, they pay particular attention to everyone's dietary limits (our celiac friend was enthusiastic about their proposals), traditional but beautiful and good dishes. If I were in the area again I would definitely go back! Highly recommended!!!!
We had lunch at this restaurant after visiting the nearby Bossea cave. Home cooking, good food and fast service. My wife, despite having celiac disease, was able to have lunch normally and the waitress even brought her some gluten free breadsticks. The price was fair. Reservation is recommended.
Excellent food, in particular truly excellent meat, also prepared gluten-free, did not try the first courses. Good location, very informal and welcoming. Average prices.
I had the pleasure of having lunch at this fantastic place. What can I say, it was a perfect experience: impeccable service, delicious and refined dishes and the view is magical.
Even though I couldn't eat foods with gluten and lactose, they were able to find excellent alternatives. I will definitely go back
We had dinner here after a day spent in Dogliani. There is the possibility of having a tasting or à la carte menu. The food was good, and the location suitable for both couples and group dinners (one was present, but not noisy). It's a fairly intimate venue. It's nice that there is a stove to heat the place. parking is located on the street. I appreciated that they offered me the first course in a gluten-free version, and that they brought me crackers. Satisfied and happy celiac.
We were pleasantly surrounded by the atmosphere of the mountain village. The inn is in the center of the town, very convenient. The managers were very friendly and very attentive to my gluten free needs. Those who must eat gluten-free do not do so for fashion or whim and the managers demonstrated great sensitivity as I was able to enjoy all the dishes prepared with due attention and with gluten-free flour. Everything was varied, tasty, with lots of vegetables as we like.
For dessert, a wonderful cake. Thank you with all my heart! We'll be back!!
