My sister has celiac and I have always hated gf food. But the cinnamon rolls are great and taste maybe even better than the gluten-ful counterpart. My sister was kinda sad that they didn't have any iced coffees but besides that this is a great stop.
Food is extremely healthy though what you see online is not necessarily what is available in person. At the time we went, there was supposedly something going on with the oven to where staff was having to cook one gluten-free pita at a time and the waitress compared the experience of waiting for our orders to waiting for water to boil.
The ingredients for extremely fresh, for sure. Most of the meals, savory. But it was very expensive.
My husband ordered his buffalo burger on the rare side (it needs to be undercooked not to overdry) and it came out medium well, very dry and with some grizzle in it, to boot. The waitress apologized and immediately offered to get a new one made. She said the burger would be compted but then clarified that the new burger would be comped (you were seriously going to charge for getting the order right?).
Overall, decent healthy food but very expensive.
The best place to eat in Santa fe. Make sure you get in line by 4pm for an in person reservation. Many gluten-free options. Almost all the deserts are gluten-free.
Casual and homey. Loved the enchiladas and huevos rancheros. Also had the salmon tacos and, tres peaches, wedding cookies, and gluten-free pie. Well priced. Will definitely stop by again!
The best🎉 vegan restaurant my family and I visited so far in the USA🌞👌🌟. We were passing by Santa Fe and needed to choose a place to eat. Being vegetarians, we always try to find good vegan or vegetarian places to eat. And, after finding this restaurant and seeing some bad reviews that people of Indian origin wrote I knew I would love the place: if they think the food isn't spicy🔥🔥 enough for them it means that people CAN actually eat it and not burn the hole in their stomachs and feel all the flavors and shades of different vegetables and varieties of delicious dishes. I have lived in India, and I can relate. Plus, with us we had a doctor who does some energetic healing 🧘♀️🧘 and it was his first experience of eating Vata-Pitta-Kappha balanced food and he said he felt energetically much better after having it (he had some stressfull days prior)- he got the "South Indian Sampler" dish wich is all doshas balansing (the menu said that).
Special thank you for your vegan and gluten free sweets: it's really rare find to get that good of the deserts that are tasty and won't give you a diabetic coma :))). Just enough amount of sugar for me❤️
Very friendly and caring personell🤗.
Will come again to eat here when visiting this beautiful and vibrant city😎💓🫶💫
If you have to order gluten free, I wouldn’t recommend this pizza. Overpriced at $30.00 for a small gluten free pizza with two toppings. Crust was so soggy, loaded with sauce and clumped on cheese. Was not appetizing. Overall not great experience, long wait only to be told half my order could not be filled then left with a pizza I ended up just tossing. Just warning those with gluten sensitivity, there are better options at other restaurants.
Thankfully they have a lot of gluten-free options. That being said, I find it waaay too expensive for the quality and quantity of the food. Great staff. Food was good but nothing special. $48 for Conchinita Pibil. It was flavorful but not worth the money. My husband had a salad with figs and they were soggy. The chicken paillard was good , but $47. I get in NYC from an excellent place for $28.
Food is fine. Service is great. Cilantro rice is flavorful. We have eaten great food on our trip here in NM in Albuquerque and Taos and paid nothing near this. My son had a$20 Papusa. One single papusa.
Nope.
The Santa Fe Teahouse is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or lunch while exploring Canyon Road and the historic Eastside. The London Fog teas are incredible (try the Santa Fe fog) and the gluten free scones are the best I've ever had. The whole menu is great and the staff are lovely.
We loved that the restaurant had so many gluten-free options, and that the staff took such care in cooking and presenting gluten-free foods. We loved the shrimp enchiladas and the tacos.
Tj was our waiter and he was super nice and sweet. My daughter said 10/10 for service. We were there for my youngest daughter’s birthday and he was so nice about it! I hope we get him as a waiter next time we come here!! Food and drinks were great, lots of gluten free options.
Very creative food and cocktail menus. Food was beautiful in presentation and delicious. For those avoiding gluten, nearly everything on the menu was GF.
This is a commercial bakery with an embedded restaurant.
Parking is off street, in front of the bakery. You go through the bakery shop to get to the restaurant. There was not wait when we visited on a weekday morning.
We got gluten free blue corn blueberry pancakes with pinions, a side of green chili sausage, and a Mediterranean omelet with smashed breakfast potatoes.
The omelet was very tasty, with a healthy portion of feta and kalamata olives.
The breakfast potatoes, baked then smashed and fried crispy were the star of the show.
The green chili sausage was good but not exceptional.
The blue corn pancakes were tasty, with a reasonable portion of pinions on top. Like many gluten free options, they lacked structural integrity. They were almost as good as the equivalent blue corn pinion pancakes at the Flying Tortilla (which are not gluten free).
There was a window to the commercial bake
ry floor in the dining room where we were seated. We enjoyed watching cinnamon rolls being made during breakfast.
It was a little pricey, $50 breakfast for two, but I felt like I got my money's worth.
Passing through town and stopped for coffee and breakfast. Happy to see all of the gluten free options. We sat out on patio and Sunday morning bluegrass is where it’s at. It was a lovely experience.
Might take some time to get a seat or a meal but it's worth it..
Delicious vegan vegetarian and gluten free options
No teff crepes I'm afraid but it's all amazing.
I come here every time I have a conference in Santa Fe and it never disappoints! Even the kids love the food and the options, and the service is always exemplary. They even had gluten free toast!
We were in Santa Fe on vacation and decided to stop by this place based on the reviews. We're so glad we did! The food was fantastic. We both got create-your-own stir fry dishes, which were very generous portions and delicious. Although the restaurant seems to be primarily carry-out, we ate in and enjoyed the conversation with the owners. This place gets bonus points for having many vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options. In fact, we liked it so much that we adjusted our plans for the next evening and came back a 2nd time. Great place!
The mushroom burger vegetarian gluten free bun was really tasty, it’s hard to find a good one so I was very happy with that. My garden salad was really good too. The regular burger was juicy and tasty. The French fries were horrible, very greasy not cooked enough.
We have been bothered by a beggar while we were eating inside the restaurant. The manager should do his job and don’t let that happen. The waiter could be more helpful he didn’t even come to ask how things were and we felt that we were bothering him when we entered the restaurant. We didn’t feel welcomed and they were in hurry to get our orders even if the place was empty at this time.
A lot of effort to do to make this restaurant a very good one.
✨Phenomenal ✨ coffee, handy location, lovely courtyard. We went twice in one day. Really nice staff too, regret not getting any food which looked great and included vegan and gluten free options. Definitely recommend.
So good we visited two times during our 5 day stay in Santa Fe! Fun atmosphere during dinnertime! Excellent food and great gluten free items on the menu.
Really great food and smoothie. I had the gluten-free Cuban crêpe and the paradise smoothie. The smoothie was the best smoothie I have ever had ever. And the crêpe was super delicious. The owner was very nice and accommodating and it’s a sweet little atmosphere.
The owner of Magpie up in Taos recommended this place to me.
Delicious fish tacos. Love that there were many gluten-free options. The pork tamales 🫔were sooo good!
We love Jinja Bistro and make a point to go there every time we visit family in Santa Fe. Service is wonderful and the food is spot on. They have many choices for gluten free and dairy free diets. We love the Lettuce wraps, Shaking beef and Pad Thai. Much appreciated!

The pad Thai was amazing! Chef Nath is beyond kind and friendly. She gave us many samples without asking and made sure we loved everything! We love that the food is gluten free and organic without seed oils. Thank you Nath!
This place was beyond my wildest expectations. Our son is celiac and they were so incredibly accommodating. They had gluten free options available, they were kind, attentive and the food was absolutely delicious (even the gluten free options). We don’t find very many gluten free options in Albuquerque that are kid friendly. This made my mama heart happy. The place is undergoing some construction but you can tell it’s very loved in the Santa Fe community which is so nice to see. We will be coming back!
EXCELLENT place for breakfast!! This is the cutest little Cafe with really great food options. Everything was delicious and service was EXCEPTIONAL!!
We found this on the Find Me Gluten Free app as my son has Celiac's disease. It was a great place with several options to choose from.
Must go. This Brazil pour over with white chocolate and currant biscotti is my morning joy. Love the bookstore and great music in background. Will definitely come back. The bagel is fresh and fluffy! Gluten free cinnamon muffin yum!
I loved the pizza that we got from here! I can't do milk or gluten and was so happy I was able to order both gluten free and no cheese. There was an incredible amount of toppings and the service was great. I highly recommend this spot.

Stopped in to see what the Food Hall was all about, and was pleasantly surprised with some of the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. I have celiac and the manager knew exactly what I needed. I tried the caprese pizza and it was fresh with a perfectly baked crust!! Delicious and will come back next time we’re in Santa Fe.
You haven’t had gluten-free bread until you’ve had Wild Leaven’s bread! Nestled in the burgeoning Rufina/Theatre district, you’ll feel like part of the creative Santa Fe playground. ALL of Wild Leaven’s baked goods are thoughtfully created, deeply nutritious, and soul-satisfying. Great coffee, and soups too!
Delicious fresh food, creative use of spices and sauces. Not your run-of-the-mill Mexican restaurant. Several of the dishes happen to be vegan or gluten-free, and it was so wonderful to be offered something more upscale. We tried the mushroom sopecitos and the ceviche - both really tasty. For mains, we had the cauliflower rostizado which came with a yummy spicy sauce and the chicken mole which is served with blue corn tortillas. For dessert, a homemade nectarine and pink pepper sorbet was perfect. There are lots of tequila and mezcal cocktail choices, beers on tap, and a small but decent selection of wines. Place has a funky vibe, too!
Gluten -Free pepperoni pizza with their own crispy crust! It would be a repeat of I were a local. I can always appreciate a place that makes their own crust instead of using the standard cardboard one the food service businesses sell them.
