Staff are friendly, they offer gluten free and the toppings/flavours are good. I was really excited to come here. However the shop reeks of rotten coconut oil and the doughnuts themselves taste overwhelmingly of it. I think if you can't keep ontop of using fresh oil you need to use something that won't spoil so easily. Especially for the high price they charge. I had hoped to buy a box but I couldn't finish one because of the gone off oil taste :( Edit: I don't mean to imply they re-use oil, but that they are using oil that has gone off/been open too long. They got my donut fresh from the back and it was served hot to me since there were no gluten free flavours I wanted out already, and my partner's normal non-gf donut also tasted of off coconut to him and was from the window display.

The BEST Gluten-Free Pizza I’ve Ever Had! This place is an absolute gem! As someone who eats both vegan and gluten-free, finding great pizza can be a challenge—but this spot blew me away. The gluten-free crust was hands down the best I’ve ever had: crispy on the outside, soft inside, and full of flavor. The vegan cheese was incredible—creamy, melty, and made in-house like everything else on the menu. The owners were so warm and welcoming, and even gave us some fantastic local tips for diving in the area. I really appreciated how seriously they took my dietary needs—they were extra careful with my gluten-free order to avoid any cross-contamination, which gave me so much peace of mind. Even my husband, who’s not usually into vegan pizza, devoured his and couldn’t stop raving about how good it was. We’ll absolutely be back to try the empanadas and brownies—this spot is a must-visit!

I ate there in person 2 weeks ago it was fantastic!!!! I just received my rappi delivery the chicken sandwich has so much salt I can’t eat it. It’s an overwhelming amount. :( the food was so great the first time as a celiac person I was really excited.

I found this place in google maps and they have a lot of options for gluten free if you are celiac or have an allergy. The waiter was very knowledgeable when he asked me if it was a preference or it was an allergy (to gluten). Which I like. At so many places they don’t really train their staff about cross contamination and this is a plus :) I ordered the gluten free avocado toast. It was good, it had poached eggs, avocado, and feta cheese I believe. Just keep in Mind that if you order for GF it’s 50 MXN extra for the bread, and the size is smaller in comparison to a regular gluten bread :(. But that’s normal and common for gf bread. We also ordered the pancakes to share. They were very good. They came with 3, with side of syrup and dulce de leche, also ordered an Americano and it tasted very good. I liked the touch of the warm milk for my coffee. Usually they give it cold in other places and the drinks turn cold faster. My bf ordered the chilaquiles, I believe they originally come with cauliflower chips but they accommodated to serve with regular corn chips. So far very good if you have food restrictions, allergies. I believe the owner was there and he was walking around greeting and asking if everything was okey. Love the service. It’s always hard to find gf food or restaurants that are accommodating or have knowledge about it, so this is a must in Tulum.

Very nice Italian restaurant! Friendly and efficient service. I think the owner knows how to set the mood in the evening! The place is pleasant outdoors. They make gluten-free pasta, so that's nice. The salads, however, aren't amazing.

Gorgeous restaurant and amazing food! Ate here on my birthday while visiting Playa del Carmen and was so magical and delicious! I have celiac (gluten allergy) and the team was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable on allergies - Highly recommend the tuna steak - it was so delicious! And the restaurant is actually built around a cenote - super cool experience and some of the best food I ate in Mexico!

Panneria had several gluten-free AND vegan cakes. The cakes were quite pricey (160 pesos for one slice), but decent. The iced coffee was pretty bad, but the owner was very friendly. I wouldn’t necessarily come back since it’s so expensive, but it’s great that there are gluten-free vegan options when you’re craving pastries or cake. Also place had a really cute and friendly dog.

I recently dined at Layla and had an incredible experience! The food was absolutely fantastic, with options to suit every dietary need, including being Celiac friendly. The staff was wonderful, creating a welcoming atmosphere with their great service and friendly demeanor. The vibe of the restaurant was awesome, adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal. I came here for the Gluten Free pancakes and they didn’t disappoint. They are very buttery and sweet. Best ones I’ve tasted in Tulum. Andres was my waiter and he was very attentive and welcoming. Really great place to work remote and spend the day.

Place close to 5th (1 and a half blocks) Italian food 🤌🏽 great flavor, quiet and good to go with the family. HIGHLIGHTED that it has gluten-free pasta options. The seafood, fish, and octopus dishes are very good. Pizza good, 1 is ok for 2 people or children. Very good portions and they bring vegetables that complement the dishes well. Great service, very attentive at all times.

Thoughtful service, outstanding food, and wonderful atmosphere! Antonio has wonderful recommendations and is highly accommodating of anyone with dietary restrictions (I am celiac gluten free and vegetarian). Many options for starters, mains, and desserts. Get the mango sticky rice!

I came here for the first time and absolutely enjoyed my experience! I'm always hesitant to try new restaurants because of my food sensitivities but my server, Eduardo, was very knowledgeable about the menu and pointed out some sugar free and gluten free options including the chocolate brownie! It was so delicious. Another one of my favorites was the Sopes De Maiz, an appetizer that had tomato, avocado and sprouts. I am so so happy to have found a restaurant that is not only healthy and good for the body but also good for my taste buds as well! 10/10 will definitely be returning back very soon.

They have Gluten-free bread!! I had a delicious lunch! soup, sandwich and water of the day (papaya) it was a tasty treat.

The supermarket had frozen gluten free sliced bread, frozen baguettes and small rolls. There were frozen gf cakes and waffles. You could also buy gf cereal, pasta, cereal bars and snacks. there is a coffee shop just nextdoor called Italdo which does lovely coffee and also has gluten free breakfast options, cakes and salads

This was a lovely chilled restaurant with date night vibes. The staff were very helpful. The gluten free items were clearly marked on the regular menu. I was provided with gluten free soy sauce. plenty of sushi options to choose from

Great gluten free pizza. I read from other reviews they only have gluten free pizza on Fridays, so I texted them on WhatsApp to confirm before I went there. Love the atmosphere as well. The only thing is I wish they used fresh pineapple in stead of canned.

This is my go to place to eat at the Cancun airport. I'm gluten free and vegan, it can be tough to find food. Sushi tequila is delicious every time! They offer a gluten free soy sauce which is incredible for me. I always ask for Carlos as my waiter because his service is excellent and he is so very friendly!

My son said that the tacos were the best he'd ever had. The food was amazing, and you can't beat the view. We have some picky eaters in our family and my wife can't have gluten because she is celiac. We all loved what we ordered and my wife felt safe eating there because of their clearly marked menu for gluten allergy. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.

Came here with my wife on our honeymoon. Everything about the place was phenomenal. Kenchi (probably spelled that wrong), was our bartender and server and he was probably one of the fastest cocktail bartenders I've seen, and did it all with a smile. The food was top quality, the service was great, and we left full and happy. The live music was really great too, adding a romantic and relaxed atmosphere. Definitely make reservations and be aware this place is going to be pricier than other spots on the island. Also I should add they are safe for people with celiac disease if you let them know, they can effectively accommodate gluten free without cross contamination.

We love ziggys!!! We stayed at a nearby hotel and came here for breakfast one day, and ended up coming back every day for the rest of our trip. The restaurant on the beach is amazing and the staff is incredibly nice. We had 3 celiac and 1 nut allergy in our group, and they were able to accommodate us so easily with no issues. All the food was so good!! Some highlights were the pork belly enchiladas, tuna tacos and egg tacos. Thank you to the staff for creating such a beautiful and friendly atmosphere, we will definitely be back!

If you’re a real pizza lover, I’d suggest giving this place a miss. We ordered two Diavola pizzas, one on a gluten-free base with vegan cheese and one regular. The gluten-free base came at an additional 100 pesos, which is quite steep, but I was curious to try it. Unfortunately, what arrived was more like a 1mm-thin tostada with a small amount of melted vegan cheese, no tomato sauce, and just four slices of what seemed like very basic salami. It really didn’t resemble a pizza in any way and was sent back straight away. Thankfully, we weren’t charged for it, which I appreciated. As for the regular pizza, it wasn’t much better. It looked like something from a very low-end all-inclusive buffet. The tomato sauce was unusually dark and definitely didn’t taste like San Marzano as advertised. The base was flat, undercooked, and lacked any real flavour or texture. On the plus side, the service was excellent. The waiter was kind, attentive, and very apologetic. I really felt for him, as he did his best in a tough situation. As an Italian who has lived abroad for over 20 years, I’ve had pizza in all kinds of settings and don’t consider myself particularly picky. But sadly, this just didn’t come close to what I’d consider pizza, especially at these prices. Piola used to be great years ago, but something seems to have changed. I won’t be returning.
