If you are wanting authentic food to try and are gluten free this is the place to go. My friends aren’t GF and they said if you didn’t know it was GF then you couldn’t tell. It was amazing. The options are limitless and our waiter was very friendly. So so glad we tried this place
It's great to find a place that makes gluten-free pizza! The only thing is that the environment is not very nice - the terrace is shared with two other restaurants. The pizza is made of very "thick" dough, so it fills you up quickly and you don't enjoy it as much. But it's good that at least a celiac has a choice. 😊
Good option to try if you are gluten free, not sure about some risk with contamination as all good in the same kitchen and unsure if fried in the same fryer. Was delicious and good options to choose from. Good for a quick on the go meal
Pros:
- They offer gluten free dishes and they use a separate oven for the gluten free pizza. However, when asked they told us they can’t guarantee there is no cross contamination. So if you’re celiac, this might not be the place for you
Cons:
- We tried the spaghetti carbonara and the gluten free pizza but both tasted awful. The spaghetti carbonara was served with another type of pasta and the sauce had nothing to do with carbonara. It was edible but far from enjoyable. The pizza’s base would have been fine but the tomate sauce was extremely salty so all you could taste is the salt. I never leave food on my plate but this time I had to
- The service was okay, professional but also a bit cold
- They close at 9PM which I find pretty early even for Hungarian standards
Overall, I can’t recommend this place even if you have limited options due to gluten allergy.
We were looking for a fully gluten and dairy free restaurant to enjoy our last meal in Budapest and we came across this beautiful place!
Can’t describe how much we enjoyed literally every single bite!
The presentations of the plates are beautifully looked after!
What I’ve loved the most was on each bite I could taste every ingredient inside the plate that all together blended perfectly!
So tasteful and good quality food!
We had the mutabal and the duck liver (so tender!) to start, followed by the bbq chicken skewer and medium rib eye steak (cooked perfectly!) ending with pumpkin hazelnut cheesecake super delicious!!
I 100% recommend!well done!
Excellent gluten free pizza and tiramisu. My bill has a mandatory 15% service charge. Then when paying by card, an additional 5-10% service charge is added to the gross total. If you don't pay attention, you'll end up paying double the tip.

Great place in Budapest! The food was delicious, well-prepared, and fast. I really appreciated how the staff understood my dietary restrictions (gluten and dairy free) — I felt totally safe eating here. The burger was juicy, the fries were crispy, and the lemonade (especially with elderflower and mint) was refreshing and spot on. Friendly service and a nice outdoor terrace atmosphere made it even better. Highly recommend for a relaxed, allergy-aware meal in the city.
We came here for a refreshing drink in the scorching heat of Book Week. We only knew the name of the place, we didn't know what to expect inside. Then we were literally amazed. A huge collection of relics on the walls: guitars, clothes, records, posters, autographs from the history of rock from Janis Joplin to Elvis Presley to Jon Bon Jovi. We turn our heads from our booth, then bravely take photos of the walls. One of the waiters kindly encourages us to take a look around upstairs, as there are three levels. And we run up to the shop, then to the beginning of the next level, unfortunately the stairs are already closed there, so we can't see the upper level. However, we get into a great mood from the Bruce Springsteen song, Born in the USA, which pleasantly sticks to us in the background. We drink our lemonades, which are also pleasing to the eye, and they are absolutely delicious. The only drawback is that they only have oat milk as an alternative milk, which gluten-sensitive people can't drink, even though this is often combined with a milk sensitivity, as I have, but oat milk is the only alternative that is not an option (anything else: almond, rice, pea, coconut... would be good). So I end up giving up coffee.
However, looking at the menu, I realize that I have to come back here, since they offer gluten-free dishes, which we didn't try because we had lunch before. So there will be a reason to come back. Because I like the atmosphere of the place so much, besides everything, that I suddenly felt like living the rocker life.
Everything is very tasty. All the dishes I ate here were very tasty. The concept of the establishment is dishes without sugar, gluten and lactose. There are no queues. You can always park right there by the window.
Excellent Mexican food, suitable for celiacs. Portions and prices are reasonable. The only downside is the poor orientation in the dishes offered, the menu could be better designed.

A perfect Italian restaurant! There is a menu in Hebrew by scanning a bar code. A wide variety of dishes and desserts. I recommend taking several small dishes (on the menu they appear under the side dishes category) instead of one main dish.
Fine cocktails and great service.
You can ask the waiter for an explanation about gluten-free dishes (there is no separate item).
I really like fresh pasta places, and this had a good reputation as a hidden gem, so I decided to give a try.
📍Place: the location is very good, right in front of the Synagogue. It has seats inside and outside as well, but there is no AC, so it could get quite hot.
🍛 Food: the pasta is really fresh, made for perfect al dente, and arrived quickly. Bolognese sauce tasted great (3950 HUF), and the portion was also big, no complaints except the lack of parmesan.
Pastas can be made gluten free (+400 HUF), however the instead of the tomato prawn tagliatelle (4950 HUF), broken spaghetti arrived, so I think they only have gluten free spaghetti. Overall they tasted good, price is fine compared to quality and location.
👩🏻🍳 Service: there was one server for all the tables, who seemed to be burnt out and providing the bare minimum service - after we finished our drink and continued talking, he didn't approach us for a refill. We could split our bill and pay personally inside at the counter (with cash or card, no SZÉP card). There was also a compulsory service charge added to the bill.
Also as I mentioned, I was missing the parmesan, so I asked him if I could get some and he brought it without saying a word leaving the container at the table. Upon payment I realised he actually charged 500 HUF for this - which is not a big amount but could have give a heads up in advance...
Middle Eastern/Mediterranean inspired small plates made for sharing, very generous portions, recommend about 2 plates per person. Lots of gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options. Very relaxed laidback atmosphere and cute interior. The staff were very nice and service was very fast.
I went by myself and got 2 plates plus a pita bread and I was very full and very happy. I got the Hummus Ma Lahma (homemade hummus, lamb and beef ragout, chickpeas) it was very nice and had amazing flavour, it wasn’t very spicy, and the hummus was so creamy and smooth. Unfortunately they had a busy day so were out of tabouleh and fattoush salad, so instead the waiter recommended the Pomegranate Chicken Liver (baharat spiced chicken liver, pomegranate syrup, tahini, pine nuts) which was nice but I wish I had gotten something else; for me personally, the pomegranate sauce was quiet sweet, and I’ve never tried liver before so the texture threw me off a bit and I got the ick after about 2/3 of the way through(but at least I tried something new), however it was very nice and full of flavour, the meat was cooked perfectly and everything was well balanced, but just wasn’t personally for me. The pita bread was SO light and fluffy and fresh, it was perfect.
Reservation highly recommended.
I was here with my family and can strongly recommend this cozy place. I have gluten allergy and they were very helpful and assisted me in finding something for me. I was stupid and added some beans from the plate of one of the other guests I was with, and the nice staff came running to tell me it contained gluten, and insisted to make me a new plate to make sure I was safe - even though it was completely my own fault. Amazing service from the sweetest staff 🥹 and the food and the vibe was also amazing!
Kind service, very delicious food, I can only recommend it, but the gluten-free bun was inedible, it would have been suitable for murder, it was so tough, I recommend the recipe for consideration.
A cozy place with interesting dishes, of which, unfortunately, we were unable to put together a vegan version even upon request. It would be great if there was at least one vegan main course. The hot syrup is very delicious and it's great that there is a gluten-free bun for the burger.
The most delicious food in all of Budapest. We went several times during our stay. They have gluten-free options, the portions are generous, and the desserts are delicious. They have gluten-free options in almost all of their dishes; more than 90% of the menu can be gluten-free.
The food and service were exceptional! We went with the chef's menu choice and asked for gluten-free alternatives, which they had. Amazing! We also paid by card, and there was no option to leave tips. We then saw that they charge a service fee. I genuinely hope this fee goes to the staff, as they put an effort into making our dinner a great experience! I don’t know how it works in Hungary, but I genuinely hope they get what they work so hard for! Thank you for your service!
Very good service, very tasty burgers, and very tasty iced tea!
We had a medium rare Dr. Pepper BBQ Burger, one in a gluten-free bun, with fries and sweet potatoes, both with chili. We ended up buying two bottles of iced tea, it was so good. Lady in red and Mango green tea.
The dogs were welcome, they even gave us a snack. When we arrived on the terrace, they turned down the music.
They are extremely good and extremely attentive to their guests.
Special thanks for taking a picture with Athos and Porthos!
Several of us ordered from the restaurant, but as a gluten-sensitive person, my burger was the only one that was left out....for lunch, the fries were all in themselves...there's always something left out...I haven't received my money back yet
So delicious! Fantastic flavors and creative options. A ton of vegan gluten free options and I am told the meat was flavorful and delicious as well. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind. I would definitely return. I recommend the trumpet mushrooms on polenta, a real treat!
Delicious Spanish tapas. Many items are gluten- and dairy-free. This isn’t a dedicated GF restaurant, but I’ve eaten here multiple times without a problem. They also offer GF bread to soak up the sauces. I highly recommend the sangria!

You can only book for 2 people online, but the 3 of us would have gone. I called them and the woman was very nice and told us to just go.
When we got there, about 15-20 minutes before the reservation, we were able to sit down right away. It has a very pleasant atmosphere, with clear, just-right-loud music, so that you can still hear it, but we were able to comfortably talk during it.
The server was very nice and the food was fantastic.😋
All 3 of us ordered a plate of main course and soft drinks. We could barely eat it, so unfortunately there was no room left for dessert, but we discussed it and we will definitely go back to try the other courses. 😊
We paid HUF 18,077 for the 3 of us.
U.S. There was a gluten and milk sensitive among us, so it is also a big plus that there is an option 🤗
The food was amazing and extremely flavorful. There were lots of gluten free options and our waiter Shakh was knowledgeable and provided great recommendations. Would 100% recommend.
The beer selection also includes non-alcoholic and gluten-free versions. There is also a choice between the dishes, and the lady serving handled this with maximum attention.
The place is very nice and well-kept. Attention to details, designer dishes with the restaurant logo. Tables well presented and with great taste.
Exceptional food. The marrow is surprising. The burger, one of the most exquisite we have ever eaten. The fish dishes are just right. They make the bread and they also have gluten-free bread, also made by them, no industrial bread.
The best of all has been the attention. Boti has been kind, professional and friendly. Make sure that we do not lack anything at all times.
Exceptional quality-price ratio.
Congratulations to the entire team.
A unique restaurant, the music is a bit too loud. Unusual dishes, very friendly service, and personalized advice for us, who are gluten-intolerant and lactose-free.
We went here as it is a michelin restaurant and were not disappointed. An interesting fusion of local flavors with international haute cuisine. Our friend was gluten sensitive and was accomodated pretty thoughtfully
Brunch in the jungle
The scene is amazing with all the plants and the interior is beautifully green. You can even plant your own tree!
The food is good. Nice portions, good flavour and good price. Also gluten free options
We were with a big group and the service was excellent. Everything came at the same time and we were welcomed very pleasant
