Always go the cod pot for our fish and chips! My husband has a gluten intolerance however the chef is able to cater for us all! Has a wide range of gluten free opions and does kids boxes that the children love! Will be coming back every week as always!
We booked for lunch as The Cosy Club offers a good variety of gluten-free food and a couple of tasty vegan dishes. I have Coeliac disease and my friend eats a vegan diet. Very good understanding of cross contamination, and the food and service was excellent.
My partner is celiac and this is the only Chinese place that has done gluten free food making it able for her to enjoy a Chinese but for some strange reason they have suddenly stopped the gluten free menu which is extremely disappointing as eating Chinese food is no longer an option for a takeaway treat, we had birthday plans tonight with some family and was going to place a large order but suddenly found out they no longer do gluten free food which made things rather difficult. Such a shame as I always spoke highly of this restaurant but unfortunately this is a huge disappointment.
Great servers. Amazing gluten free food. Top notch ciders. We could do with this in London. Absolutely amazing no non sense food with a. Great vibe. Highly recommend to vegans and gluten free, soy free people everywhere
Walked in, a table for two, and despite their also being a booking for 49 people(!) we were made to feel comfortable and looked after. Fantastic gluten free options! Our server Amy was absolutely wonderful and was clearly working incredibly hard with so many customers, yet always took the time to treat everyone the same: with kindness and humour. She turned a good night into a great night, even with longer waiting times. Will definitely go again!
What a great place .First time visit with 9 people. Easy to book on line .confirmed by restaurant plus reminders during the week .Arrived on time seated on time our waiter was Ryan who looked after us throughout. Great service .Food was divine, right proportions. Flavour of food was really good and very tasty .Limited vegan and gluten food .Definitely worth going. See you soon .

Had such a good time!! Staff were lovely, really friendly and welcoming, food was delicious, wide selection and very inclusive with a vegan and gluten free menu. The cocktail menu had lots of options and the drinks were equally as delicious as the food.
It's a really nice size venue and the toilets are accessible and well maintained.
We see served by Dylan who was amazing. The gluten free lady in our group was very well catered for and looked after. We’ve had a wonderful time for siennas 18th brunch! Thank you so much Dylan!
Had a lovely experience here for my birthday. Food was amazing and great portion sizes. Staff super friendly and attentive. Speedy service. Great gluten free and nut free options. Will definitely visit again!
I was served by Karhys who was very kind and handled my need to eat gluten-free with great professionalism.
There is a separate, entirely gluten-free menu with an interesting choice of starters, main courses and desserts. Unfortunately, for now, there is only one vegan option in the gluten-free main courses; the raisukaree with tofu is really very good!
overall fantastic experience!! such cute decor, jason was a wonderful host and the food was so good, great options for gluten free as well which is hard to come by, thank you!! :))
Appalling customer service time and time again. My husband is disabled struggles to stand for long periods of time so I ordered his gluten free food ahead. When he got there they just started making it. After 10 mins despite it being called in half an hour before, obviously forgetting it or giving it to another customer (not for the first time as they never bother to take names to see who's food is who's). Other customers asked my husband if he was okay as he was obviously in pain but the manager was completely unfussed, too busy arguing about whether we had ordered ahead or not. He finally tried to cancel his part of the order and she cancelled the whole thing including our food for our children. He left at that point and fell over outside the shop. Luckily passers by were there to help him up.
At this point possibly it was a misunderstanding but when I went to shop to find out what happened as he had come home in tears she just justified everything again, not once saying a simple sorry and just asking why I bothered coming if I obviously didn't want to use them anymore. Unfortunately this is not the first time they have done the same thing but it definitely the last time for us. I showed her the call log and she just said well how do I know what was said on it. Even when I told her he had fallen over she didn't care at all.
To me this behavior is unjustifiable and from other reviews not unfortunately uncommon.

We love The Ivy! It's become a date night staple. We are a queer interracial BIPOC couple; I'm from The States and my partner is local. We always feel so welcome here and so well cared for. The drinks are always on point - beautiful and delicious. Ask the bartenders for recommendations! We are pescatarian, dairy -free and gluten-free. They work really hard to meet dietary needs with tasty substitutes. We have enjoyed the Afternoon Tea here a few times. Looking forward to sharing this place with out of town friends.
This is our second visit and just as great.
We were visiting from Brighton and had originally seen the restaurant recommended on Facebook on a gluten free group. There are so many choices and a great knowledge of gluten free food.
All the food was delicious! Service was speedy and very friendly.
We would highly recommend!
Food was delicious, fish was really fresh and flavourful. Service was excellent and they catered well to my gluten intolerance as they had a separate menu.
A Truly Wonderful Dining Experience
From the moment we walked in, on the Friday evening before our Peter Kay gig, everything about our visit to Cosy Club Brindleyplace was spot on. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, the restaurant itself was spotless, spacious, and full of charm.
The service was absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The food? Genuinely outstanding. Every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented, far beyond what we expected.
What really stood out, though, was how well they catered for my partner, who’s a refractory coeliac. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure she felt safe and comfortable. That kind of care and attention means the world.
Booking was quick and easy, and we left feeling genuinely looked after. We’ll definitely be back — it’s rare to find somewhere that gets it all so right.
Good food and lots of gluten free options. Starter was hotter than the supposedly fiery chicken curry but enjoyable.
Drinks could be more chilled but worth a visit, not too busy.
We recently visited your restaurant after calling ahead to check if you had gluten-free options, as my boyfriend has celiac disease. We were told gluten-free options were available, and when we arrived, we clearly informed the staff again about his condition and the need for strict precautions.
Unfortunately, despite the reassurances, my boyfriend experienced severe gluten contamination. He’s been very unwell for three days now and which almost never happens to us, so we know it was from this meal. This has been really difficult for him, and honestly quite upsetting for both of us.
I do want to say the waiter who served us was genuinely kind and friendly we had a nice interaction. But it’s extremely important that staff are better trained and more careful with allergies and intolerances, especially when a guest has made it clear multiple times.
We’re sharing this feedback in hopes that you can take this seriously and ensure better allergy protocols in the future. It would also help if you clearly explain what items are truly safe for celiacs and what isn’t, to prevent others from going through the same.
Thank you.
Neelam was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure my mum and I were comfortable and had everything we needed.
She double-checked about the gluten-free options that were available and was always on hand to help if needed.
We couldn’t have asked for better service!
The desserts were amazing too! Would definitely recommend this place! 👍🏼
Great service here with particular attention to dietary restrictions- gluten free. Kids menu was good value and we enjoyed the new honey chicken. It was a little fatty in places and the gyoza could have been cooked a little more. Really attentive staff who looked after us throughout and made sure we had a nice table and were happy with everything.
Fast turnaround on freshly cooked food and lots of options. Would recommend for families needing gluten and non-gluten containing options.
More gluten free and vegan dishes please!
Jowell is such a customer orientated manager, very kind and cares so much about people you can tell. He made our meal so much better and works so hard running around everywhere helping people.
Thanks a bunch
This branch of Zizzi was lovely, and they were very accommodating with my wheelchair and with a coeliac in our party. All of the food and drinks that we had were lovely (Although my salmon and avocado salad barely had any avocado in - definitely not as pictured!)
The only gripe, in terms of the atmosphere, was that the music was so loud it was difficult to hear each other talk over it. 😬
Other than that, we really enjoyed it (-although the chairs were very uncomfortable, and we all got quite stiff sitting in them).
Would definitely go back though, and would recommend. 👍🏻
Superb restaurant. Tried chai tea for the first time and was surprisingly pleasant. Curry, rice and masala fries were amazing. Staff were all extremely attentive and helped with gluten free options. Was even offered the opportunity to move seats as we were near a large party that were dining in and they considered that we might have been disturbed by the noise - although we were happy where we were.
We looked for somewhere to have lunch today whilst in the jewellery quarter and the reviews were good. Service was excellent from everyone we encountered especially Kelly, our server. I was a little emotional when I arrived and she was a sweetheart going above and beyond one her approach to me.
Good menu and good gluten free choices. I had the pork belly (small plate) which was so delicious and no fat with fries and my husband had the Schnitzel Bagel with fries. Excellent quality, taste and service. We had a cranberry juice and a beer and the bill came to around £46.
Toilets very clean and service excellent. The interior is also beautiful. Will definitely be back.
Great meal at Piccolino, we booked in the evening and were seated after a short wait. We were well catered for. My partner has a gluten allergy and was able to have a really tasty pizza and my ravioli was delicious. Rafael’s service was efficient and friendly, he was helpful and attentive without being overly invasive. Highly recommend the place
Came in for an early meal before the theatre. Lovely welcome from Alex, (always a good start when staff acknowledge your presence and say they will be with you shortly). As I am gluten free, the choice here is very good. Attentive service and lovely food. Colourful restaurant with music adding to atmosphere. They have 2 for 1 on cocktails at the moment and Alex explained them to us and took the time to help us choose. I also had a voucher for 1 main get 1 main free, plus a gift card. They took every offer with no terms excluding using any together. It was 75p over my gift card value, but Beth manager removed this without telling me and I appreciated the kind gesture. All in all a lovely experience to enhance our day. Thank you.
What a lovely restaurant. Met friends in town for lunch. Had a great meal and they catered well for our coeliac gluten free friend. Good selection of wines to accompany our 3 course lunch. Would highly recommend the specials.
Great food, full of flavour. Attentive service. Clearly labelled gluten-free options. Gluten-free bread has milk. There are many vegetarian options. Usually you need to wait for a table as it is busy.

AMAZING PIZZA!
Great Gluten-Free options, my go to for gluten free pizza!
Also, it is worth the hassle to collect it, as you get good discount!
Delicious food, great quality.
10/10
Very expensive, over £100 for a meal for 4. And very poor service. Waitress was rude to on 3 occasions making members of our family feel very uncomfortable. Desserts were left to melt resulting in us having to send them back. Unfortunately we won't be returning, which is a shame as we had really looked forward to this meal given their wide range of gluten free items.
Really enjoyed my first ever visit to Gourmet Burger kitchen, as a coeliac I was concerned but our server (Rochelle) put me at ease with her very friendly manner and had the manager double check my order for me.
