Maybe the world’s best Mac & Cheese!! Amazing!! The pizza was fabulous and they have fantastic gluten free bases! If you visit West Yellowstone, you have to come to Wild West Pizzeria & Saloon!
My husband and I are both veterans. Myself and 2 of our kids have gluten allergies. We went for veterans day after spending the day restraunt hopping to get all the free food. We also had birthday promos for one kiddo. The kids werent too hungry cuz we just went elsewhere. Anyway, we are so thankful we forgot to put in the order for gf and had to tell server afterwards. She did a great job and even broght bottomless gf fries for the table. So thankful ive missed french fries.
Came here for the fish & chips which were supposedly gf based on previous reviews & called before coming in. Turns out they can be made gf, but are in a shared fryer, meaning they’re not Celiac safe, as is the case with the fries and likely the wings. Then I was going to get the pulled pork sandwich with a gluten free bun, but our waiter came over and said the pork was not completely gluten free. Ended up getting the angus beef burger with the side pub salad, which was pretty good. Also got the spinach & artichoke dip, which came with chips instead of bread as a gf option. That was also very good. Family members had the fish & chips, 8” cheese pizza, & elk/beef burgers, all of which they said was really good. Fries were apparently very soggy but were cooked in soybean oil. Was underwhelmed because I wanted to get the fish & chips (obviously a rare gf find so I’ve never had it), but overall it was pretty good & waiter/staff were knowledgeable about gluten/nuts.
What a charming little hole-in-the-wall Cafe! There was a bit of a wait at the start but the waitress was very polite about it and asked if we would mind waiting a little bit. She was the only waitress, so she was busy and it was a little wait. The food was definitely 5 stars, with it coming out promptly, the flavors blending well, and the ingredients obviously fresh. The outside was absolutely gorgeous, and very quaint. The vegan and gluten free options covered a wide variety of foods, making it possible to eat here with allergies. Highly recommend coming!
Great spot for a variety of delicious ciders. It’s great to have a place where all the options are gluten free and the staff is friendly. They have indoor and outdoor seating, great for socializing and playing games!
The aesthetics and vibe were amazing and a great place for kids and a family restaurant. Our waiter was nice and sweet and very kind and very respectful. The food was okay. Pizza was not the best but it was okay it gave me and my family a massive bloated stomach after. We don't have any allergies and we're not gluten dairy or sugar-free and yet it still made us feel not great. There is gluten free crust for people that are gluten free and a vegan cheese, which was very cool so you could eat there with different dietary restrictions. But overall a great family restaurant with adequate food we will definitely be choosing Domino's over this. But it's fun, and different.🙂
I have celiac disease and the staff was very knowledgeable and helped me find good food. I was so happy you order something other than a bunless burger and got the butter chicken without chips. So hood!
My husband and I went here a few weeks ago- it was a great place to go for the gluten-free free options that he needs. I ordered the taco salad and it was the biggest that I have ever seen!
We went for dinner & it was somewhat of a maze to get to the back where they serve meals for dinner. Once we got there it was very busy & very loud, we could barely hear each other talk. My husband ordered the brisket with coleslaw, beans, red potatoes & the fry bread. He said the brisket was ok & he thought the 4 sides would be a lot of food but they were very small servings...tiny cups of coleslaw & beans & 2 small red potatoes. I am gluten sensitive so I ordered a grilled chicken breast with a side of red potatoes. The chicken breast was completely burnt & dried out & I literally got 2 small red potatoes that cost $2.25! When I ordered my meal the server responded, "No fry bread?" so I explained to her that I could not have it as I am gluten sensitive. She replied, "Well you better get that fixed for the next time you come in." Lol, sure wish I could "fix" it. You might want to do some employee training on food allergies with your servers. There are a lot of positive reviews so maybe this just wasn't our type of place. If you like loud surroundings with substandard small portions of food please do try it out!
MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub has a separate and plentiful gluten-free menu. It is not printed on a piece of white typing paper as we’ve seen elsewhere, but it is professionally printed as a separate menu.
My wife had a gluten-free Fresh Tomato Basil small pizza, and I had a regular small Flathead Pizza. Both were excellent! We also enjoyed two tasty huckleberry specialty cocktails.
Our server was Lisa, and she was warm, friendly, and attentive.
DEFINITELY THE BEST PIZZA IVE HAD!! THE PIZZAS ARE A GOOD SIZE FORSURE! I GOT A GLUTEN FREE CRUST WITH A COMBO OF VEGGIES I CHOSE N DAIRY FREE CHEESE! I GOTTA SAY THIS WAS DEFINITELY A GOOD WAY TO START OFF OUR VACATION! THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE WERE SO HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA!!

I have celiacs disease and the employee was very knowledgeable. Changed gloves, got a new scoop, and a brand new bin of ice cream. They even had gluten free waffles! Usually I have to explain more and ask a bunch of questions but the girl was great! I had the salted caramel and it was delicious. I will be returning for more
No options for food allergies which is sad (with the exception of a salad with no dressing). They were quick to jump on the hype of eliminating seed oils and advertise they now use beef tallow which is just hilarious but they don’t offer dairy free or gluten free options. You jump on the seed oil train but ignore legit diseases such as celiac? Do you understand people with real food allergies want to be able to eat out in this town? And no I’m not from CA…. born and raised in MT and lived in Bozeman for over twenty years….and yes, food allergies are real. Please start offering DF and GF options for those of us that want to enjoy eating out, contribute to the local food scene, and spend money in our community. I’ve mulled over writing a review for a very long time because I don’t want to complain but it’s so frustrating to see you make an instant change with seed oils while ignoring food allergies.
Our last time here, we had Jonathan as our server. He was absolutely amazing at his job. He checked on us throughout our visit. The food we ordered was really good. They are very accommodating to my wife's gluten allergy.
This is the real gastronomic gem of West Yellowstone!
We pay the price to eat TOP quality meat, or have a drink while watching a match.
The waitresses are super nice and you can see that they work with pleasure, not fake smiles only commercial like elsewhere. Besides, we see that there is a good atmosphere between them.
My partner had a medium-rare bison filet, it was one of the best meats he has eaten. His cheesecake was also very good.
For my part, I took an Elk burger with a gluten-free bun, and salad rather than fries (same fried foods as other things containing gluten). The hamburger steak was juicy and full of flavor, it was twice as big as the steaks served in other restaurants in the area.
I also had the gluten-free 'chocolate' cheesecake, perfect for any chocolate lover.
The only point that could be disturbing is that the place is a little noisy, but we have already been warned when we read the other comments.
We ate there yesterday, I forgot to pull out my PR Card.No one was in line behind us but the cashier said ohh too late now. After spending $60 and another $19
We wanted to order a pizza as one of us was Gluten free, she charged me $19.
Didn't get to use my card either.
They were out of two of the toppings. Not so friendly cashier came over to tell us they were out of two of the toppings, we opted for two toppings they had with the chicken spinach, olive, pineapple -GF $19 pizza we ordered, the rest f us were done with our meal.
Said pizza arrived, 30 minutes later the pizza was missing chicken and pineapple,we stayed so our starving friend could eat her screwed up pizza.
Salad bar had water logged day old Cucumber, green pepper, frozen peas, olives were horrible. The fresh vegies are put on top of the old then mixed up.
No pizza, bread sticks on the buffet.
No silverware,wet plates.
No ice cream cups, I found were there were stored and restocked them.
Not the salad bar it usually is.
We have gone there frequently in that past as my Mom loves to eat there.
May question it next time.
I ordered takeout pizza and salad. The gluten-free crust was great and while I tried to moderate, I finished the entire thing that night. The Fall Salad was perfect as well. These guys did a great job from ease of ordering, timing of my order, and customer service at pickup!
You know when you eat pizza and it makes you feel heavy..and the grease is just over powering? Not here...Why haven't I been coming here more often? You can literally eat the whole box of pizza without any regret. Even the gluten free pizza was a hit!
This is the first time I've had pizza and didn't taste grease. The crust is perfect and everything tastes really fresh. Garlic bread was on point too!! They were slammed when I got takeout and although parking sucks, it's all worth it. Point being, the food wasn't compromised even though they were so busy and it's always been ready on time too! My new favorite pizza in town!
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Billings. Their menu changes somewhat often. They always have interesting cocktails & dishes. The deviled eggs are so good. Plenty of gluten free options also
Five stars all around- skip the wait, downstairs is the place to be, the menu is extensive and caters to gluten free individuals such as myself. The buffalo chicken dip was out of this world and for a very good price it could feed a table of people. So thankful to Ginny for helping us, she was so friendly and really went above and beyond. We might have to come all the way from Bozeman just to eat here again!
I have celiac disease. I ordered 2 gluten free pizzas. I was so sick after eating a few slices. Never again will I order from this restaurant. It is not gluten free.
I have yet to have a disappointing experience at Five Guys. The burgers are delicious, and the toppings are a great addition (at no extra cost.) I definitely recommend this restaurant as a Celiac/gluten-free eater. They offer their burgers lettuce-wrapped, and they ask you if it is preference or allergy. Their fries are the only thing fried in their oil, so you don't have to worry about cross-contamination. My husband loves the bacon burger, and my toddler always gets a hot dog. They also enjoy shelling some peanuts while our burgers are being grilled. We love choosing Five Guys when we need a bite to eat.
I had the Beartooth Club. My companion has the chicken Parm sandwich. He said it was delicious and the perfect amount of food. Mine was delicious as well and the fries were the best I have had in a long time. My companion appreciated that gluten free buns were available for all the sandwiches. Service was friendly and adequate. Will definitely eat here again!
When I ordered I forgot to ask for it on a gluten free bun and they remade the whole order for me even though It was my fault that i ordered the wrong thing! Super nice people and amazing service!
I haven’t eaten here due to their disclaimer for celiacs on their website. It states they offer Gf options but trace amounts of gluten may be found in their food. Appreciate the honesty, but not worth the pain!
A great stop for food and a variety of great local brews conveniently located in downtown Florence! It is definitely one of my personal favorite Highway93 stops in the Bitterroot Valley! On my most recent visit we shared a gluten free "Bitterroot Pizza" that was absolutely delicious. However, in the past I have had some delicious Mac and Cheese from here. Additionally, the service is always quick and prompt!
Loved the wings and onion rings. I thought about having a veggie burger on a gluten free bun but threw caution to the wind. Best wings I even had. The bathrooms are interesting, and definitely not for children.
The waitress was wonderful! A gentleman brought out the salads and was reaching over everyone’s plate to put them where they belong on the table, which I thought was extremely unprofessional and gross because you never should reach over somebody’s plate. My son has celiac disease and he informed them of that they brought out mashed potatoes with gravy and a french fry had fallen in the mashed potatoes and they nonchalantly said oh a fry fell so he had to inform them that he has celiac disease which they ended up getting him new potatoes and no gravy. They did bring out his salad with croutons all over it. My husband ordered the bone in bison steak it was very small very stringy inside and not good. This was a celebratory birthday dinner for him so I was very disappointed that I spent that much money on food and it wasn’t even enjoyable. We will not be going back. This was our second time there the first time was mediocre at best. Very disappointed!

The ambiance is pleasant and the staff is friendly. I really enjoy the sirloin bleu salad as my go-to dish. They offer a gluten-free option with their delicious southwestern soup. Unfortunately, they don't accept reservations.
The bartender was just not friendly. And wanted to argue which hinger beer was the best. Like I care. So I won't be back and I left. Asked for a gluten-free menu, and he said no. That was it. I finally decided to just leave.
Incredible pasta!! Nice bar environment with tasty dishes.
Not many gluten- free options, but waiter worked with us to make a corn tortilla quesadilla that turned out wonderfully!
This restaurant is excellent. Wr had 2 gluten free/celiac people in our group and this restaurant kept them safe and served great food. We enjoyed it so much we ate lunch and dinner there. Our servers, Crazy Grandma and Katie, were so fun, kind, and personable and made eating there a really enjoyable experience. Definitely go eat at Bullwinkles in West Yellowstone!
New owner and menu. Possibly the best place in the valley at the moment. Started with the Forest Fire cocktail (gin, aperol, suze, charred lemon), French fries (best I’ve ever had), then the bison steak. Loved all of it.
Gluten free, dairy free, egg free options.
