Scilatielli was a disappointment, too thin and too much tomato covered the flavor of the seafood. Very high prices, I thought only the prices of pizzas for celiacs were high, given the work involved, but instead I have to say that I found everything very expensive. Few homemade desserts, they focus too much on ready-made ones like Sal De Riso... at €7 each. Sin!

I'm sorry but this time I have to write a bad review... I'll start by saying that I'm a celiac girl
First of all I asked the waitress what the gluten-free dishes were so I could look beyond the pizza (which I've already eaten there several times) and the answer was alarming for me: I was told that there is a possibility of contamination EVEN for the pizza when the menu says "suitable for celiacs" and I was never told this since it's not the first time I've been here.
Let's move on to the pizza.... Terrible dough. It was hard, not leavened and seemed to have been there unused for a long time. I'm very sorry to write this review because I've often come to you and here in these areas there aren't many gluten-free options, that said I'm sorry but to charge a lot for a pizza like that when in my opinion it's inedible it's better not to do it!

Having said that, regarding gluten-free: if you have no intention of improving the offer and prefer to eliminate it, making it appear EVEN as a threat, go ahead. After all, you only need to move a few kilometers to find restaurants that offer much more, and I could name many.
Your attitude only confirms a narrow and heavy mentality, unfortunately typical of certain small towns. I'm sorry that you expect praise for a mediocre gluten-free pizza just because it is intended for those with an autoimmune disease: it will not happen.

I would like to point out that the order was placed at 8:14 pm, with delivery scheduled for 8:48 pm, arriving home at 10:10 pm :), but in any case, working in the restaurant business, I know that there can be problems with the riders, it's a shame that the products (especially gluten-free) arrived with open bags, avoiding any type of contamination, but above all cold and hard. You can tell that they weren't just made and delivered to the rider straight away, but they will have remained there waiting for the rider, thus losing quality.
every order I've placed with them has always arrived without the sauces listed on the menu. It's a shame because we wanted to inform the restaurant but they always had the line busy even after half an hour.
All really very good. They are very equipped with gluten-free, there is a variety of choices, even for gluten-free pasta you can choose from all the sauces on the menu.
Compliments to the chef, it's a shame he was in a hurry, or at least that's what we were told.
We were initially served by a younger waitress who was apparently kind to us. Subsequently, another waitress, a middle-aged lady with light eyes, came to take the empty appetizer plates and told us: "I'm taking everything away because the cook is in a hurry because he has to leave". (we specify that when we asked if we could sit down for lunch even though it was 2.00pm, nothing was said to us, otherwise we wouldn't have stayed, not even during the booking was this rush mentioned.)
After having also eaten the first course, one of us went to the bathroom, while we were rightly waiting for her at the table, the same waitress came to clear the table saying: "no, but you can stay, we're leaving, but you're staying, eh" with a tone of mockery, I would have liked to say that for me she could have left, in fact it would have been better if she hadn't been there :) both for us and for the place which unfortunately loses a lot with this antipathy.
Even if the food was good for me kindness is everything, something that is priceless, so I'm sorry but I didn't even advertise it on my glutenfree on the road page. It had never happened to me.

This evening I went to eat in this restaurant, pizzeria, being gluten intolerant I ate two burgers with potatoes, everything was perfect, excellent cooking and very good meat, generous portions, price too low for the quality offered, kind and smiling the waitress and the owners are young guys who deserve a lot. After making sure by phone that my celiac husband could also eat, we went to dinner. A very pleasant surprise. All dishes super appreciated, cooked divinely. For me menu €28 starters (7 different, very creative and particular) first course and dessert, my husband menu €28 first course, second course and dessert. All enriched by the kindness of the owner.

In the Vecchia Cascina they go further: a nice and hospitable place, excellent dishes. Everyone at our table was satisfied: omnivores, vegetarians and gluten free. Happened here for an all-you-can-eat midweek lunch: quick, clean, excellent dishes, friendly and helpful staff. The desserts are also good (to be paid separately). We’ve had an aperitivo here many times as well as great meals. We haven’t stayed in any rooms (yet) but the location is ideal. If you are in alba this place is a must - great for people watching. Great for gluten-free.

I have celiac disease and they are very attentive also because only gluten-free flour is used in their cuisine!
