Gluten-free pastries! The chocolate bandana bread is GF magic. Dark chocolate, most, rich, not too sweet, with chewy edges. Yum. The GF berry muffin is good too. I wish it had a bit more bake time, the top would be great with a touch of broiling. The matcha lavender latte was great too. Not too sweet.

This is a great restaurant in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, and it's actually reasonably priced! I got really excited about the prices here since it's becoming normal for a latte to be over $8 now. I met friends here for lunch, it's casual yet it has a really nice atmosphere and decor. You order at the register, and they give you a buzzer and then bring your food to you. So it's partial service, I like that they bring the food to you, even though you order at the counter. They have Vegan options which is great, they also had a wide range of Gluten free options. I got a bowl of chili, I requested it vegan. It was a good size portion, it came with sour cream and 2 delicious garlic knots! The bowl was $9 and I got an iced, vanilla oatmilk latte, lattes start at $4.50, which omg, is AMAZING! The servers were nice, we were there on a Monday around 1130 a.m., it wasn't too busy. They have a beautiful patio area, a bar area and an indoor, well lit area. There is street parking and a parking garage, they do not have a parking lot.
