This was our second return to Fork after landing in Boise, I love their local food emphasis and supporting local farmers. It was the brunch menu on the weekend (there’s 2 dishes from our first visit if the grilled fish and roast chicken 😋) I got the gluten free egg scramble sandwich which was incredible, the gf roll was so soft and fresh. The boys got Mac & cheese with candied pork belly, Burgers and their Parmesan rosemary fries! Yum!! We also treated ourselves to the cinnamon bun shared between 5 😍 highly recommend!

Great burgers and fries. The quality cannot be beat. We love the bison burgers and Gold shoestring Bourgeois fries. The truffle salt is phenomenal. Choose your potato and the cut of your fries. There are so many sauces and salts to choose from including cinnamon sugar to go on sweet potato fries and try the blueberry ketchup for dipping! The menu is kid friendly. Our four year old devoured his cute little burger and we all had a great time. This is also a great place for gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian meals. I want to pay a visit to Boise Fry Co every time I'm in Boise.

My husband and I are extremely gluten intolerant and I haven't had a French fry for a year ... We heard that they have gluten free fries that are not fried in peanut oil, as I am allergic to peanuts, ... The food was yummy, gluten free, but maybe it was the seed oil, sunflower oil, or that we ate so much, that we felt bloated after our meal .. we also ate all of the french fries and they give you a hefty portion .. The burgers are good, I got a burger, no roll and it came on a bed of extremely fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and pickled red onions which was really good. My husband's burger on a gluten-free roll looked yummy. Prices are good, service is very nice, and ambience is really good. We will give it another try soon and just eat less french fries ..

We had an event for Knights of Columbus family dinner here, at the banquet room. For my husband and Init was our first time at this restaurant. We don’t eat out often due to allergies…. This visit was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the exceptional service and hospitality of our servers, Laurie and Karra (so sorry if I got the names wrong!) From the moment we were seated, they went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience, especially for my husband who has celiac disease and other allergies. Often, dining out with dietary restrictions can be stressful, with limited options and the worry of cross-contamination so that’s why many times my husband makes a decision to not to eat at all and tonight was going to be that case as well. However, Laurie immediately put our minds at ease, assuring us that the chefs would take special care in preparing a safe and delicious meal for my husband. While the rest of us enjoyed our salads, they even brought him celery and olives to snack on – a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. The chefs crafted a wonderful off-menu dish for my husband, allowing him to fully participate in the dining experience. It's not often that he gets to enjoy a meal out with confidence and peace of mind. Laurie and Karra’s attentiveness and genuine care made him feel special and included, turning what could have been an isolating experience into a truly enjoyable one. Beyond the outstanding service, the food itself was amazing. My steak was cooked to perfection – a beautiful pink center with a flavorful sear. This dining experience was a testament to the dedication and teamwork of the entire staff. From our beautiful and wonderful servers, Laurie and Karra, to the talented chefs and the owner who has cultivated such a positive and accommodating environment, thank you!! 🙏🏻 You have turned a simple meal into a cherished memory.
