Gluten-free bakery (safe for celiacs).
There are a lot of cookies and biscuits. But if you want savory baked goods or croissants, there is little choice, especially if you want it to be vegetarian or vegan (there is nothing there). I had a small pizza, but the base was soaked with liquid (mushy consistency). The pastry was filled with cream and there was way too much cream. The rolls were soft and didn't taste good. The staff is also not polite (makes you feel unwanted). I'll go to another gluten-free bakery next time.
My friend and I ate here. Mine was gluten free, Incredible! I couldn’t tell and I also couldn’t finish it. I’ve never not been able to finish my pizza. So tasty! Would recommend
Everything is delicious, from pizzas to hamburger sandwiches. They also specialize in gluten-free and I must say that they make one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. They have care and attention towards the customer, they are always very kind. Congratulations guys!
The pizza is delicious, even the gluten-free one is formidable and not really worth it, the dough is soft, light and tasty, the hot appetizer is delicious, it was the first time I went there and I will definitely be back

But the staff isn’t trained!! The waiter brought my gluten free pizza in the same hand with gluten pizza directly touching it!!

I'm sorry but we didn't like the pizza. We came for a person who is celiac, but basically, it seemed to us that all the pizzas were made for celiacs. The dough is biscuity. There are people who like pizza like that but we don't. The environment is small... normal prices.
Very nice local restaurant with great gluten free dishes - pasta and pizza are also gluten free - absolute recommendation. And yes - the burgers with gluten-free buns are also highly recommended!

The pizzas are amazing, with light dough and quality ingredients, but the real surprise were the gluten-free options. Finally a pizzeria where those with intolerances can enjoy a truly delicious pizza.
Special praise goes to Salvo, the waiter who served us during dinner. His preparation in recommending wines was impeccable: he guided us with passion and competence in choosing the perfect pairing for our dishes, transforming the dinner into a small food and wine journey. Professional, courteous and with a true passion for his work.

Great place, excellent staff, both normal and gluten-free pizza is excellent, the dough is delicious, the starters are also good. I recommend everyone to try it. It was the first time and we were really satisfied and full.

What a huge disappointment.
The two of us got two pizzas.
A gluten-free Romana and a margherita with mushrooms whose cooking is rather doubtful as they looked like they were defecated by a seagull.
In any case, we go beyond sight and eat them, terrible, very poor quality of both the dough and the ingredients (as simple as they were).
But that's not all, we also had considerable difficulty digesting the pizzas, which literally remained on our stomachs.
Final gem, two pizzas (one Roman and one Margherita with mushrooms) two cokes and a bottle of water €43.50, a robbery!!!
If they had been good I wouldn't have said anything, but two crazy things and excessive prices for the poor quality (saying quality is a compliment)!

A well-organised, welcoming neighborhood pizzeria/chicken shop where you can eat excellent pizzas and more. The trousers are amazing and the dough is really good. They also bake excellent gluten-free pizzas, the pizzeria is AIC affiliated. You can also buy take-away pizza and they deliver home delivery. I have been a customer for years and have always had a good experience.
Among the best pizzerias in the city and with particular attention to celiac disease and lactose intolerance.
Super nice environment with rooms all furnished differently (the one with the monkeys is beautiful). The tented exterior is welcoming, and in summer you can breathe the air of the garden on Piazza Sant'Oliva.
The selection of wines and beers available is excellent.
I highly recommend trying Palino.
Cozy atmosphere, a bit mountain hut style. The staff are fantastic. It feels at home! Unfortunately, being celiac, I cannot taste the food, but they always try to accommodate me with cocktails, studying solutions suitable for my pathology. Thanks always! 🩷

Truely an beautiful pasta, very accomodating to my allergies and an amazing gluten free spaghetti vongole. Very reasonably priced too. Filled with locals and very lovely staff.
Five minutes from Mondello beach. The location was a real surprise, cared for and designed to be welcoming down to the smallest detail, the baked goods are excellent long-leavening dough and quality condiments. And what to say about gluten-free pizza, this is a precaution for those who sometimes find themselves with full eyes and vacant hands, or rather a vacant belly, when faced with that goodness. Absolutely not recommended for those with gluten free needs (being celiac is not a trend but a health issue!). On the phone they assure that they are gluten free but then in practice they say that everything is contaminated. Arrogance in treating the customer and superficiality towards a serious dietary requirement that is not without consequences for health.
We won't go back again and we recommend the same to those who are gluten intolerant. Very bad experience.
