Anyways, the crew, handled it very nicely. I should mention that this occurred during rush hour when service was backed up and employees were at their busiest; there wasn't even a hint of annoyance that I have seen at other busy places when similar things happen. The crust was gluey and the opposite of crisp. Maybe it needed a few more minutes in the oven? I've had much better gluten free crusts from frozen pizzas in the grocery store. I was extremely disappointed to pay an extra 3.50 for something that tasted like the gluten free pizza I was excited to eat 20 years ago. We've come so far in what gluten free food can be, there is no need for limp, chewy, sad crusts anymore. Hopefully this restaurant can up their game in the future. I did enjoy the greek salad with dairy free feta!

Some of the best pizza you'll find in South Seattle. Fresh ingredients, great sauce, tasty crust and tons of topping options. The price is comparable to a big chain pizza joint but trust me you'll be getting a far superior meal here.
*Bonus that they also have a gluten free crust but the "GF tax" is high just like other places and the size is quite small. Not the best value if you're Celiac but sometimes pizza is just worth the price.

I’ve had to be Gluten Free for years and this by far has been the best Gluten free pizza we have found. My wife also has a food allergy and needed her own pizza that was reported to me as equally delicious. I wish I took a photo of it. Only pizza in town and thankfully it's good!!! Pizzas are larger than expected. Tons of veggies and meat on the pizzas. We had regular and gluten free. All of it was great!
