Bugs Lora has some of the best gluten free and dairy free pizza I’ve ever had. Their staff is friendly. My only complaint is that their take out service is not the same quality as their dining in. Often times, there are less toppings, toppings/cheese is not evenly spread out, and in several occasions our pizza wasn’t even cut! I hope they improve their take out!
We have dined in many times and ordered take out. Lots and lots of gluten free options! I love getting the Caesar Salad with Crispy Tenders!! They have a dedicated gluten free fryer.
Love this place!! I have celiac and im always worried about getting sick eating out. Condados menu items are clearly marked and the staff is knowledge and attentive.
Food Is great you can never go wrong (but the build your own bowls are a fav)
Music and atmosphere are great
Bailey at Royal Oak is an absolute doll!!!
Came to town to visit my brother and his girlfriend and they brought us here as we are Indian food lovers! This place did not disappoint. We had the vegetable korma and garlic naan, samosas and onion bhaji everything was seriously scrumptious. The staff was attentive, and friendly. Always with a big smile! Lots of vegan and gluten free options! They even have gluten free Nan which is pretty awesome as my brothers girlfriend is gluten free!
Cute and great place for a quick bite! Keep money local by supporting local businesses.
Staff are quick and awesome. Shout out to LaSia and Jeff!
Food was tasty. Lots of gluten-free options, which is not always easy to come by.
Will come back. Highly recommend!!
Great food! They have a lot of Gluten-Free options marked on the menu (which is super appreciated). It’s a fun little relaxed spot. The self-service makes everything quick and convenient.
Safe for celiac gluten free meal options. Doesn't stink like cleaning chemicals. Friendly, educated, patient, good service. Limited parking but did alright.
Service was amazing. I wish I could remember the waitress name, but I let her know of my gluten allergy and she was very helpful as to what I should order. She did say the grill and equipment is shared so there will be risk of cross contamination. She said I could ordered gluten free waffles because the waffle maker has not been used yet. I had the gluten free blueberry waffles and a hot cinnamon tea which were alright and I didn’t get sick afterwards. Also please get rid of the AI pictures on the menu!
I have celiac and was rudely informed by the manager that they can’t give any information about food to customers. Meaning no information about what foods contain gluten. Qdoba needs to change this policy and train their staff to handle food allergies appropriately. Also the food was cold, flavorless, and about half the portion you get at chipotle. Never going back!
The food here was really delicious, but they did a really poor job of accommodating food allergies for gluten and dairy. We didn’t get half of one of our entrees and didn’t substitute it with anything or provide us a discount. Would really love if this place would be more allergy friendly.
Spent a wonderful night in this restaurant! Drinks were amazing along with every appetizer and entree we had. Gluten free and vegetarian options are phenomenal along with their other protein choices. We visited when they first open and they have come a looong way with their presentation and service. Definitely recommend coming here if you haven’t yet or in a while. Service is always A+. Thank you so much Cafe de Olla!
Everything is so fresh and delicious I love the bowl and choosing my own base, protein, sauces, etc. I'm also gluten free and appreciate so many choices!
My partner and I went here on a whim for date night and was absolutely floored by how wonderful everything was! Our server, Linda, was quick, kind, and wonderful! The food was delicious and allergy conscious, as we’re both gluten free! You can get gluten free soy sauce which felt like a luxury we haven’t found many other places! We will absolutely be back!
My husband and I dined here for his birthday back in March. We were both surprised at how small the two 4 oz blackened steaks were for $34. The $23 pan cooked chicken breast was a bit dry and served with the skin and fat still intact. It was an incredible inconvenience and gross mess. I mentioned this to the waitress was it supposed to be served like this? All she said was she didn’t know and do I want her to check for me? When she came back she said that is how they serve it. I shouldn’t have had to take the skin and fat off of chicken as a patron in this restaurant. It's completely unreasonable to expect a customer to prepare their own food in a restaurant. Having to remove skin and fat from chicken is something you'd normally do at home. The $15 gluten free pizza was good and very thin. We haven’t returned and don’t plan to.
Our first visit to Edo and it was wonderful! My fiance and I both have dietary restrictions (vegan) and it was wonderful to see an entire portion of the menu dedicated to vegan and gluten free items. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was modern and filled with an artist's work. We got the vegan mad hatter roll, spicy tofu ramen and the pancin bihon, all together it was around 60 bucks which is a little pricey but everything is right now and they give you a ton of food. Everything was delicious and we can't wait to be back to try the veggie volcano roll and vegan mochi 😋
This place has the nicest staff and the best veggie grape leaves and salad ever- and their dressing is so good! I've been going here for a decade and they are still consistently amazing!!
I have tried veggie grape leaves from several other restaurants and they usually just have dry rice inside but Falafel King's are not dry at all and its not just rice inside-- (chickpeas mixture and rice?)-- it is so delicious, and best of all gluten free!
Went out for Fathers Day dinner. As soon as we entered through the door the atmosphere was phenomenal! Our waitress mentioned all gluten free options for me as soon as I mentioned that I had Celiac. I decided to go with the Calamari Tempura Salad that they were able to make gluten free for me! For a starter, everyone picked the Gruyère Spread to share, our waitress brought out cucumbers instead of a crisp baguette pieces for me. Definitely will be returning again when we’re are back in Royal Oak visiting!
Let's start this review out with a disclaimer:
If you love pizza and you love authentic flavor, you will become addicted to eating here. I came here for the first time a few weeks ago and have been coming back in every time my car is in need of gas. This place yields big taste and hospitality. I wish I could describe the taste in this text box. It's fresh and gourmet in presentation. Even the gluten free taste better than all the chain pizza places in the area. It's a intimate experience and it doesn't disappoint. The workers there were very patient and helpful when I had questions, with a great smile attached throughout the way!
To preface this review, I have been eating gluten free a long time, and I understand the difference between something advertised as gluten free, and something advertised as gluten friendly.
On July 2, I ordered a gluten free dish from this location on DoorDash. I found a regular spaghetti noodle in with my gluten free shells which renders the entire dish a safety and health risk to me. When I contacted the store, Jackie the manager was, at first, trying to be helpful. When I explained my issue she became increasingly condescending and rude, claiming that nothing is advertised as gluten free (it is) and that no special precautions are taken for gluten free unless I *call the kitchen* to let them know that gluten free means "please don't boil my noodles with the gluten ones". The other option given to me was to use the special instructions section on DoorDash, which this location has turned off. The pipette shells are clearly listed as gluten free, and the rice noodles are listed as gluten friendly. "Gluten friendly" is not a risk I take. "gluten free" by its very name implies that I can be guaranteed this food is safe for me to eat. Instead, Noodles and Co makes it completely unsafe and then tells me it's my fault. Jackie became completely callous and dismissive and I was able to receive neither an apology nor a refund. Do NOT order from this place if you have any sort of idea that your *advertised as gluten free* food will actually be safe.
