Thank you for existing! Their entire menu can be made gluten free!!! I had a chicken and biscuit with gravy and a cinnamon roll for the side. All gluten free deliciousness!! Guess what!? No upcharge either!
The number of years I have waited for a gluten free fried chicken sandwich was WAY too long. Burning Bridges does it right!! I will continue to frequent this establishment over & over again (please don't judge!!!)
My son has allergies to wheat, dairy, egg, and nuts, so finding a place to go out is a challenge. We tried First Round after reading about their gluten free and vegan options online. The waiter listened to our concerns and had no problems asking the kitchen if he didn't know an answer to our question. We ordered the street tacos, and when they came to the table, we realized they were made with street corn (containing cheese) and not roasted corn like we thought. They immediately boxed up those tacos (and sent them home with us at no charge) and remade the tacos for my son with no dairy. He thought they were great! I had a chicken sandwich where the chicken was crispy on the outside and still juicy on the inside. We will definitely be repeat customers, as there is so much more on the menu we want to try.
If you are looking for gluten free pizza, their cauliflower crust is great. Fresh toppings, melty cheese, and a really nice person at the register made this a really great experience. We got take away last night and it was fantastic! Thank you! We will stop again next time come through Omaha

We stopped in on a busy Sunday and they were short staffed but the food and service were still excellent. Really nice place with a great menu and wonderful food with lots of gluten free options.
We drove an hour to come here and it was so worth it. We are from South Carolina and had a Southern waiter, Conner. He was awesome!!! Please let him know he made our experience so much better with the sweet tea. We've been on the west coast since January and have really missed sweet tea while eating out. It hit the right spot! Thrilled we found a MM finally. Two of us are gluten free and love their gf pizza and know that it is safe for us to eat. Several hours later and I am feeling fine. No contamination. Conner said he'd make sure they knew it was for an allergy (celiac actually). He was tentative, friendly (we miss southern hospitality too so thank you for that!), understanding and quick with our order. The host was also friendly and quickly got us a booth for our party of 5. Pizza and gluten free brownies were delicious. We all left very satisfied with our service and have put this mellow mushroom (we've been to several) as one of our faves!
Best Pizza in Omaha. I am gluten-free, and this is the best pizza I have ever tasted. The family enjoyed the other pizzas with normal crust as well. They agreed it was the best as well. Toppings were great and plentiful. Great flavor!
I'm very disappointed that they got in a new batter of some sort that's super light and not very battery. Being gluten free I enjoyed that crunchy thickness and now it's just kind of a mushy cornmeal whatever on the outside that's not anywhere near where it was. Hopefully it'll change back. You really felt almost like it was out of a bag instead of their old homemade feeling thick and crunchy.

So glad I got to stop and enjoy eating here! As a celiac girlie, it's hard to find safe restaurants and even rarer to find ones with robust gluten free menus. This one has it all!
I really enjoyed the lamb satay for dinner and the creme brulee for dessert. 10/10 will absolutely go here next time I'm in town!

My wife and I had an amazing experience at The Cheesecake Factory, thanks in large part to our wonderful waitress, Pat. We were seated right away, and Pat brought our drinks almost instantly. Her attentive and friendly service made our evening unforgettable—thank you, Pat!
The gluten-free options and the SkinnyLicious menu made it easy for both of us to find delicious meals that fit our dietary needs. We were impressed that there were gluten-free options on every page of the menu, even for dessert! We enjoyed the garden salads, spicy shrimp pasta (gluten-free), and the four cheese pasta. The portions were huge, and while my only small complaint was the shrimp portion (around 60 grams), my wife loved her four cheese pasta so much, she polished off the entire dish and salad (she’s 122 lbs!).
We couldn’t leave without taking home 5 different cheesecakes to enjoy later. Overall, this was a five-star experience, largely thanks to Pat’s exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!

This is such a great compromise for a group with a variety of diets. From carnivorous to gluten-free vegan, the menu has something for everyone. Choose a platter or bowl and enjoy the long list of choices to build your meal.
Outsnding food. Have a very extensive Gluten free menu. That is much appreciated due to my wife having celiac. Owner even came to talk to us to let us know how serious they take it to make it a safe meal for someone who has celiac.
I have Celiac disease, and I am also allergic to dairy and nuts. Our server was SO great and ensured that everything that was brought out was safe for me to eat. He went above and beyond communicating with the kitchen, and he was so sweet about it.
A Stellar Dining Experience at Plank Provisions – Omaha
If you’re looking for a restaurant that not only serves incredible food but also takes exceptional care of guests with dietary needs, look no further than Plank Provisions in Omaha. From the moment I walked in, the management and staff went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was nothing short of perfect, particularly in accommodating my gluten-sensitive and other dietary needs.
I started with their Happy Hour Oysters, and they were absolutely divine—fresh, briny, and served with a selection of sauces that had the perfect balance of tang and heat. It’s clear that quality ingredients are a priority here, and they really set the tone for what was to come.
For my main, I had the Grilled Mahi Mahi Tacos, and they were nothing short of spectacular. The mahi mahi was cooked to perfection—flaky, tender, and bursting with flavor. The tacos were topped with a vibrant slaw and some included a tangy sauce that complemented the fish beautifully. And the best part? I could enjoy every bite without a worry, as the team at Plank made sure my tacos were prepared gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free, adhering to my dietary needs without compromising on taste.
What truly sets Plank Provisions apart is their exceptional service. The management and staff didn’t just accommodate my special requirements; they went out of their way to ensure I had an amazing experience. They were knowledgeable, kind, and made sure that I felt at ease with every aspect of my meal. Their attention to detail is second to none.
The gluten-sensitive menu itself is impressive. It’s rare to find a restaurant that doesn’t treat dietary restrictions as an afterthought, and at Plank, they truly excel in offering a variety of delicious, safe options that don’t sacrifice flavor or quality. Whether you have dietary restrictions or just appreciate great food, Plank has something for everyone.
Overall, my experience at Plank Provisions was nothing short of fantastic. Delicious food, stellar service, and a welcoming atmosphere make this place a must-visit in Omaha. I’ll certainly be returning soon, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience—gluten-sensitive or not!
They have things labeled as gluten free that are not. I have been sick for the last 12 hrs due to celiac disease. Celiac disease people beware, it was absolutely delicious but they gaslight you on the phone when you let them know that they gave you gluten and made you sick so that they don't get sued I guess. I had let my server know I have celiac. Very disappointing and I'm currently very sick from it
Terrible restaurant. We ate at a similar place in KC many years ago and loved the big salad bar, so we were excited to try the salad bar here. The website makes it sound like its got lots of gluten free options, but the reality of the experience was much different. Food looked like it had been out forever, nothing tasted fresh, most of it was flavorless or terrible tasting. The salad bar itself was small with minimal selections. We instantly regretted our decision to eat here. Barely anyone else in the restaurant and even while we didn't get the meat, the meat looked overcooked and you hardly saw them bringing anything out. Highly recommend to avoid.
CJ was the manager working and he was great with my GF request for celiac disease. He even suggested using the GF pizza crust on the cheese bread and it was AMAZING. Isaiah was the cook and everything was cooked to perfection. Super GF friendly place for anyone with celiac disease!

Service was fast & friendly! Food was yummy 😋!! Some had sushi, crab Rangoon, Kong poo chicken, I had gluten-free general's shrimp! Was fantastic! Family got chocolate cake & fried cheesecake, they said was scrumptious 😋 great salads also! Excellent place to try!
We love Tico’s!! The last two times we’ve gone we’ve had Tierra as our server. She’s such a delight & provides us wonderful service! She even remembered us from her first time serving us. So personable I truly can’t say enough good things about her. I’m celiac too and I’ve never had an issue here, their gluten free menu has quite a few options.
My mom has a lot of food allergies, (gluten, citrus, nuts, etc) and they did amazing at accommodating her. The owner came and spoke to us to make sure she had food she could eat, and she was even able to eat dessert. It was a fantastic experience.
Recently my bride and I had breakfast here. we were looking for a local place that had gluten-free options. I am so glad we came here. the people that worked there were warm and friendly. the food was amazing and is someplace everyone should go for breakfast. 10 stars
Food, especially the gluten free selections, was bad. Microwave-esque pasta that was translucent and watery to an extreme. Sausage amounted to a dry hot dog. Service was okay, but not terrific. Atmosphere was decent. Was not even close to worth 50 dollars for two people.
Wife ordered a gluten free hamburger which we verified with the server before he left the table. He said he would highlight it as an allergy order. She got a non gluten free bun and didn't realize it till after her first bite and within 2 hours she was violently I'll. Server only offered to not charge her but still did.
We ordered the cauliflower flat bread and the corned beef sandwich with tots, and got a blueberry pop tart to go.
The cauliflower flat bread was everything I needed. If you’re gluten free, I highly recommend it.
The pop tart was also delicious.
The corned beef sandwich was just ok, but the tots were tasty.
I’ll definitely be going back here whenever we’re in the area.
I am in Omaha for work quite often and we always make a point to stop in and visit our favorite server, Crystal! The food is top notch every time! Tons of gluten free options from pizza to burgers and even some apps too. I tried the new crispy Parmesan Brussel Sprouts and they were 🔥🔥 Their gluten free pizza is also one of my faves!
I want to start off and say that the service was great! Everyone was very nice and friendly and even answered some questions I had with smiles and positive attitudes.
My issue was pretty much everything else. The food was worse than mediocre. I got a gluten free pepperoni pizza and a regular pizza from the Buffett. Both kinds of pizzas just didn’t taste good to me. I tried some other things but nothing was very appetizing. The buffet pizzas were soggy in the crust and flavors were less than optimal. I’m not sure if I just didn’t like the pizza at this specific pizza ranch franchise (because I’ve really liked other pizza ranch’s I’ve been to) but something seemed definitely off. The smell of the place was also rather disgusting. It smelled like I was in a McDonald’s play area the entire time. Maybe the smell was one of the reasons the food was so unappetizing to eat.
For the service, this pizza ranch was wonderful. But, since this is a restaurant and the food was not good and the atmosphere was rather disgusting, I cannot recommend this specific pizza ranch. The pizza ranch in Hutchinson has very good food and great service!
