Thank you for existing! Their entire menu can be made gluten free!!! I had a chicken and biscuit with gravy and a cinnamon roll for the side. All gluten free deliciousness!! Guess what!? No upcharge either!
The number of years I have waited for a gluten free fried chicken sandwich was WAY too long. Burning Bridges does it right!! I will continue to frequent this establishment over & over again (please don't judge!!!)
My son has allergies to wheat, dairy, egg, and nuts, so finding a place to go out is a challenge. We tried First Round after reading about their gluten free and vegan options online. The waiter listened to our concerns and had no problems asking the kitchen if he didn't know an answer to our question. We ordered the street tacos, and when they came to the table, we realized they were made with street corn (containing cheese) and not roasted corn like we thought. They immediately boxed up those tacos (and sent them home with us at no charge) and remade the tacos for my son with no dairy. He thought they were great! I had a chicken sandwich where the chicken was crispy on the outside and still juicy on the inside. We will definitely be repeat customers, as there is so much more on the menu we want to try.
If you are looking for gluten free pizza, their cauliflower crust is great. Fresh toppings, melty cheese, and a really nice person at the register made this a really great experience. We got take away last night and it was fantastic! Thank you! We will stop again next time come through Omaha
Best Pizza in Omaha. I am gluten-free, and this is the best pizza I have ever tasted. The family enjoyed the other pizzas with normal crust as well. They agreed it was the best as well. Toppings were great and plentiful. Great flavor!
I'm very disappointed that they got in a new batter of some sort that's super light and not very battery. Being gluten free I enjoyed that crunchy thickness and now it's just kind of a mushy cornmeal whatever on the outside that's not anywhere near where it was. Hopefully it'll change back. You really felt almost like it was out of a bag instead of their old homemade feeling thick and crunchy.

So glad I got to stop and enjoy eating here! As a celiac girlie, it's hard to find safe restaurants and even rarer to find ones with robust gluten free menus. This one has it all!
I really enjoyed the lamb satay for dinner and the creme brulee for dessert. 10/10 will absolutely go here next time I'm in town!

My wife and I had an amazing experience at The Cheesecake Factory, thanks in large part to our wonderful waitress, Pat. We were seated right away, and Pat brought our drinks almost instantly. Her attentive and friendly service made our evening unforgettable—thank you, Pat!
The gluten-free options and the SkinnyLicious menu made it easy for both of us to find delicious meals that fit our dietary needs. We were impressed that there were gluten-free options on every page of the menu, even for dessert! We enjoyed the garden salads, spicy shrimp pasta (gluten-free), and the four cheese pasta. The portions were huge, and while my only small complaint was the shrimp portion (around 60 grams), my wife loved her four cheese pasta so much, she polished off the entire dish and salad (she’s 122 lbs!).
We couldn’t leave without taking home 5 different cheesecakes to enjoy later. Overall, this was a five-star experience, largely thanks to Pat’s exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!

A Stellar Dining Experience at Plank Provisions – Omaha
If you’re looking for a restaurant that not only serves incredible food but also takes exceptional care of guests with dietary needs, look no further than Plank Provisions in Omaha. From the moment I walked in, the management and staff went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was nothing short of perfect, particularly in accommodating my gluten-sensitive and other dietary needs.
I started with their Happy Hour Oysters, and they were absolutely divine—fresh, briny, and served with a selection of sauces that had the perfect balance of tang and heat. It’s clear that quality ingredients are a priority here, and they really set the tone for what was to come.
For my main, I had the Grilled Mahi Mahi Tacos, and they were nothing short of spectacular. The mahi mahi was cooked to perfection—flaky, tender, and bursting with flavor. The tacos were topped with a vibrant slaw and some included a tangy sauce that complemented the fish beautifully. And the best part? I could enjoy every bite without a worry, as the team at Plank made sure my tacos were prepared gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free, adhering to my dietary needs without compromising on taste.
What truly sets Plank Provisions apart is their exceptional service. The management and staff didn’t just accommodate my special requirements; they went out of their way to ensure I had an amazing experience. They were knowledgeable, kind, and made sure that I felt at ease with every aspect of my meal. Their attention to detail is second to none.
The gluten-sensitive menu itself is impressive. It’s rare to find a restaurant that doesn’t treat dietary restrictions as an afterthought, and at Plank, they truly excel in offering a variety of delicious, safe options that don’t sacrifice flavor or quality. Whether you have dietary restrictions or just appreciate great food, Plank has something for everyone.
Overall, my experience at Plank Provisions was nothing short of fantastic. Delicious food, stellar service, and a welcoming atmosphere make this place a must-visit in Omaha. I’ll certainly be returning soon, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience—gluten-sensitive or not!
They have things labeled as gluten free that are not. I have been sick for the last 12 hrs due to celiac disease. Celiac disease people beware, it was absolutely delicious but they gaslight you on the phone when you let them know that they gave you gluten and made you sick so that they don't get sued I guess. I had let my server know I have celiac. Very disappointing and I'm currently very sick from it
CJ was the manager working and he was great with my GF request for celiac disease. He even suggested using the GF pizza crust on the cheese bread and it was AMAZING. Isaiah was the cook and everything was cooked to perfection. Super GF friendly place for anyone with celiac disease!

Service was fast & friendly! Food was yummy 😋!! Some had sushi, crab Rangoon, Kong poo chicken, I had gluten-free general's shrimp! Was fantastic! Family got chocolate cake & fried cheesecake, they said was scrumptious 😋 great salads also! Excellent place to try!
We ordered the cauliflower flat bread and the corned beef sandwich with tots, and got a blueberry pop tart to go.
The cauliflower flat bread was everything I needed. If you’re gluten free, I highly recommend it.
The pop tart was also delicious.
The corned beef sandwich was just ok, but the tots were tasty.
I’ll definitely be going back here whenever we’re in the area.
I am in Omaha for work quite often and we always make a point to stop in and visit our favorite server, Crystal! The food is top notch every time! Tons of gluten free options from pizza to burgers and even some apps too. I tried the new crispy Parmesan Brussel Sprouts and they were 🔥🔥 Their gluten free pizza is also one of my faves!
I called to ask if they have gluten free options and if they cook with soy oil because my girlfriend is allergic to both. A woman answered the phone and hung up on me twice.
Just got into town from California and the food is amazing. All dressings and sauces are so good. Pizza was good but a little on the thin side. Nice that they have gluten free. Well worth coming.
Excellent Italian food. Wide variety of gluten-free options. Attentive staff. It can be a bit too noisy in their small, wide open space to have an intimate conversation.
Loved loved this place! It was so good we went again the following day. The service was so great. Very patient and kind and understanding. This place was a random pick when we left Matt rife comedy show and I am glad we picked it. The first day we both ordered a pizza mine was gluten and vegan free his was not both were good. The dough and sauce 👌. Second day chicken tenders and the cinnamon role both gluten and vegan free and OMG I still crave the cinnamon role. 😋 he got the regular cinnamon role and still super delicious. This place is definitely a nice vibe and clean. Thank you for your service and delicious meal.
They have a dedicated fryer and have forewarned that due to other things from other fryers that there is a risk of cross contact. However, my daughter is extremely sensitive and has never had an issue.
The server was super nice. I wish I had caught her name. The food, though.... Not much to brag about. The buger was decent, but the fries were overcooked to the point that there wasn't much left in the inside. Big bummer. Would I go back, no prolly not. Also, they did have gluten free buns, which is why I went. They were your standard gf bun. Fries are also fried in their own dedicated fryer!!
First visit - salad bar was good, but needs some fruits on it. Also order grilled chicken & they tried to give me battered chicken. They seemed to be confused when I said no I ordered grilled. I am gluten free, I had to tell them. Just give the customer the right thing, don't ask who took your order and look at each other like you don't know what to do. Make it right - real simple !!!
We chose Fleming’s to celebrate our 3rd anniversary and it couldn’t have been a better choice! I am gluten and dairy free, and Rachel was so knowledgeable! Indecisive on a wine, she expertly helped me select a great choice based on what I was craving. When it came time to order, she knew what I could safely have without hesitation. My partner has no dietary restrictions so they brought out all the toppings on a side dish for him. We were both happy! It was awesome to have a stress-free dining experience with such helpful and kind staff.
Used to be an excellent place to eat. Ordered a loaded baked potato. They no longer put butter on them, they give you small packets of vegan butter. Not using real butter isn't as good. If you get meat on it, they have reduced the amount of meat they use. They also no longer add green onions on top. It was only half as "loaded" as this menu item used to be. BBQ sauces are good and gluten free. Meats are always good though. The other locations in our area have closed and I suspect this location will too given the changes from the last time I was here and this visit. Also the potato casserole was super salty and not nearly as good as previous visits. Disappointing.
Their gluten free pizza crust is very good! They also have gluten free pasta. The deep dish pizza had rave reviews from my husband and friends. Just know it takes 40 mins to arrive at your table. Quality pizza takes time. Just a heads up!
In town for BH meeting. I can't eat gluten, so I ordered the doner bowl and fries. Doner was more gyro in my opinion, but it tasted good if not a little small for the price. Not stoked about paying two bucks for toum but whatever. Overall would return.
They have gluten free pizza and it's good so that is a win! We got a table for 5 right away and our server was excellent! If you are a sports fan this is a great place to watch.
Excellent food and service, and everything is naturally gluten free except the bread. Other places add wheat flour as a filler, but Ahmad makes his food just like homeade, no fillers at all, just the true authentic ingredients. We will be back next time we're in Omaha.
