Friedman’s was a great dinner restaurant to check out, it is close to Times Square with high-quality food options, at a much more reasonable price! In addition they cater to people with dietary restrictions such as gluten free!

Highly recommend!! My teenage daughter has Celiac disease and was the happiest girl in all the land to find this place while on vacation from Arizona. We drove from Niagara Falls just to eat here and it was TOTALLY worth it! She was happy to be able to try things she’s never been able to eat (mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, onion rings, etc.) The food is delicious!! She says she wants to “own a restaurant just like this” when she’s older.

By no doubt highly recommend if you are in the area. Very safe for allergies, fully gluten free. All the food was fresh and every bite surprised me more than it was before. Usually I am not a big fan of raw fish and sushi but this place really opened my mind to explore more! Sitting at the bar and not the table really made the experience more special.

The food is great. We ordered the arepa de queso, patacon de plátano maduro con pollo desmechado, arepa de choclo con chicharrón, and a bunch of sides. The best part honestly may be the sauces they bring to the table (update: you can buy them to take home!!!!) 10/10 recommend Everything we ordered was gluten free except the arepa de choclo and french fries

There's really no reason to go here unless three conditions exist; 1. You keep kosher. 2. You're Gluten Free and Kosher. 3. You have money to light on fire. The menu is amazingly unimaginative and, honestly, lazy. The quality of the food is...fine. But this is NYC. So, really, by that standard, not really fine. And the prices, for what you get, are off the chart. Yes, there's a kosher upcharge, but $29 for a burger, no fries included, is absurd. The place is doing business as it was packed with well-heeled UWSiders and younger ones with their parents' credit card. So, perhaps they're thinking why change it if people are laying out for this. Sorry, you seem like nice people. But it's just gotta be better.

Fantastic restaurant- Michael the manager treats you like family. For Michael alone I’d go back- he goes out of his way to make sure you’re taken care of. Our waitress was Theresa, she was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about both the menu and the overall kitchen operation. Theresa personally went out of her way to make sure my wife and I had a great experience. The food was delicious and the ambience was a perfect balance of elegance, intimacy and hospitality. The bar is a venue in and of itself- good drink menu though a bit heavy on vodka based drinks. I am told the gluten free menu is the best in the New York Metro area (not just Long Island). Locally owned and operated- I highly recommend Ragazzi’s! You won’t be disappointed.

Great options for vegan brunch. Although the vegan BLT was unexpectedly sweet, the quality of the food was excellent.i would return to try another vegan dish. Recommended for groups with various dietary needs (vegan, gluten free, nut free, etc). Service was great!

I absolutely love it here! The food and desserts are so delicious. The staff is wonderful. I have Hashimotos and needed to be gluten/dairy free. I’ve brought my friends who don’t have a gluten intolerance and they also love it! They couldn’t believe that it was gluten free with how delicious the food is. Highly recommend!

The best gluten free pizza I've ever had! I've been let down so many times by both local and chain pizza places. Most gluten free pizzas are too dense, taste like vegetables (when there aren't any in the pizza), and/or too thin which is usually burnt. Pizza Wizard offers a thick and fluffy gluten free pizza crust that my pizza loving, non-gluten free partner even thought was great! Highly recommend.

One of my favorite restaurants on the UES by far! The mac & cheese can be made gluten free and it's AMAZING. We also loved their roasted artichoke salad, paella, tuna tartare, and hamburger! The cozy atmosphere here is unmatched and this place is truly a hidden gem. Highly recommend making a reservation because it's definitely a popular spot

We stopped in during a road trip, excited to find a gluten-free bakery. Unfortunately, the experience was really uncomfortable. The woman working in the kitchen was visibly frustrated with the new cashier and made several negative comments, including saying the kitchen was too small to run both a café and bakery. When we asked if a different sandwich would take less time, she responded, “I don’t know, maybe it will, maybe it won’t,” and told us we could go to McDonald's if we wanted something quick. The vibe was so off-putting that we skipped the food and just grabbed a couple of baked goods to avoid more awkwardness. Disappointing stop overall.

This place has that downtown Vibe , good music , large crowds and decent food, my Son is Gluten Free and they had a large selection of GF item and good salad we enjoyed our pizza and pasta dish like the squid Ink pasta and Kale salad.

Following on from my review, here is a photo of the bowl of mashed potato with the shoe-string onions on still on it on the right. As I said, extremely poor from who could potentially have made me ill. Very careless. They’d do well to learn from London, Piccadilly Square’s HRC who I’d say are the best in the world, followed by Barcelona’s. Please, beware.

We had booked an outdoor table but the weather did not cooperate. They saved us seats at the bar and we really loved watching all the food come out and the pizzas go in the oven. Our server, Gokce was lovely. She was able to list off everything that could be done gluten free and I appreciated her confidence. She was attentive even though we were seated at the bar. We got three different pasta dishes: the carbonara, the lamb pasta, and the wild boar pasta. All were delicious. The panna cotta dessert was amazing!! Definitely recommend

My husband and I have been coming here for brunch every weekend for a few years now. The food is always delicious and the staff is incredible! Lots of options for different dietary restrictions (one happy vegetarian/gluten free gal here- and celiac safe!) and we never leave disappointed. His favorite go-to meal is the mad hatter plate and I love the garden scramble and potatoes with the rabbits way hollandaise sauce. Highly recommend it here! No reservations so be prepared for a wait time but it is WORTH IT!

If I had to describe Bua Thai Ramen & Robata Grill in one word, it’d be amazing!! The food was a 10/10 and the workers were super accommodating. Halal, gluten free, and vegan options available. One of the best upper east sideWould highly recommend!!!

It's a very good diner with a menu that's got plenty of variety, including all day breakfast, but doesn't go crazy like some places that have 12 pages. It's amazing for celiacs and others eating gluten-free. Fries are safe, and the majority of the menu can be ordered gluten free. They are careful about cross contamination. Great service too - the waiters were very accommodating and attentive.

We’re visiting NYC and NoodleLove was a total win for our gluten-free kid! My 7-year-old with celiac loved the Korean Fried Chicken tenders — super crispy, flavorful, and completely safe. It’s rare to find gluten-free that feels this indulgent. Friendly staff, cool vibe, and a menu we’ll be dreaming about back home. Don’t miss it!

I thought the breakfast sandwich was great, they definitely use fresh ingredients. The wife got an avocado toast and the egg was a bit undercooked, over easy is ok but the white wasn’t cooked and when broken it leaked a clearish liquid. They do have an assortment of gluten free baked goods but if you have celiac please note they are cross contaminated which they lady behind the counter told us.

Went here for valentine’s day, even though they were packed they took wonderful care of us! I have celiac disease and the waiter was very knowledgeable! They came to tell us that someone accidentally put bread crumbs on my pasta and offered a round of drinks on the house. Pasta was delicious & wine was the perfect pairing. For a million dollar fried chicken investment, I am both surprised and not surprised by the quality of the dishes and the price point. Awesome decor and vibe. Service is… a bit scattered. To cut the chase, three most important things: 1️⃣ do the dinner bucket deal (no bucket for lunch) 2️⃣ the golden original is the best 3️⃣ try the green cilantro aioli (came with chicken) with the lettuce salad (part of banchan), you will thank me later We did all three flavors, and both of us agree the golden original is the best. For a gluten free fried chicken, this is insanely crispy and good: GBD, golden, brown, delicious. The chicken inside is crazy moist and juicy. The other two… I forgot their flavors but I wasn’t impressed. The sauces are: 1. Jun Verde – a creamy, citrusy green cilantroy mayo sauce. Our fav!! 2. Honey Mustard – a sweet and tangy sauce, tasted very wasabi forward. 3. Pepper Parm – savory with a peppery kick and Parmesan flavor. If you pair this with lettuce 🥗 , you get the Caesar salad. 4. Gochujang BBQ – a smoky, spicy Korean-style barbecue sauce. The most underwhelming one to my personal preferences. Chicken consommé with chives was great, both as appetizer and palate cleanser. Banchans include 1. Sweet sour radish (my Korean said it is sacrilegious not to include it with fried chicken) 2. Celery 3. Kimchi 4. Lettuce salad The perilla oil noodle it came with the set is worth noting. Even if jt costs, I would be happy paying for it. It is umami, flavorful, and cold and refreshing compared to the fried 🍗 + sauce. The finisher is a fro-yo topped with very tangy (positive way) yuzu sauce. Loved it. Came very very slow though. Definitely a steal if you can scoop a reservation and do the bucket deal. Ofc if you order other things (aka. golden bugbears etc), it won’t be much of a steal, but you get delicious food either ways.

Hello there ! .. We just loved this restaurant since we found out that they serve gluten-free food here. My grandbaby cannot have gluten .... So happy we found this restaurant... we go to this restaurant Every chance we get she loves it so much. That now it's her favorite ❤️..I just wish sometimes they give extra rice because my baby loves her rice and beans And the atmosphere is very pleasant and so is the service .. thank you guys God bless...

Cute place, awesome server, killer food. Tons of different vegan or gluten free options. Waits for brunch are insane, so we got there early. Worth it! The hash browns done in hot sauce are killer, the French toast casserole is amazing, and the care they take for a customer with severe food allergies was unparalleled. You made 4 customers for life- well done! With a killer belini and mimosa to boot. Unreal in the best possible way!

I did a pick up order while traveling for work. I got the diavola and I'm still thinking about it. It was so delicious and full of flavor. As I have celiac disease, I got their gluten free crust was good and I had no contamination issues. The Cesar salad was a good size and had a tasty dressing. I would love to go back.

Simply—and irresistibly—delicious. I had the Full Therapy: a half bowl of three different dishes (Pasta Bolognese, Chili Sin Carne, and Mediterranean Pasta), and each one was incredible. Light, flavorful, and thoughtfully composed—every ingredient had its moment to shine. I also tried their refreshing lemonade and black tea, along with two desserts: the omega-3 chocolate raw brownie and the raspberry raw cake. Both were sweet, filling, and richly flavored—hard to pick a favorite. The ambiance is lovely. While the service wasn’t flawless, the staff clearly does their best to ride the wave of occasionally difficult Upper East Side customers with grace. If someone behind the counter seems a little short, it might just be residue from the last entitled interaction—so I give them full forgiveness. I ended up spending over three hours here enjoying the atmosphere and the menu. It’s a must-visit for anyone seeking clean, organic, gluten-free vegan food in New York.
