We hosted a party here for graduation. Two of our party are celiac. The staff was flawless in making this a gluten free experience with out any awkward moments or missteps. The food beyond that was absolutely exceptional. Top 3 dinning experiences ever. From cocktails to appetizers, main meal, and dessert. Excellent.

The food was absolutely delicious, but it was a little confusing at first. Limited menu with unusual items, several gluten free. Needed explanations for most things, which is not normal for us. (We are avid foodies.) Once we understood that they recommend sharing plates (and they explained the ingredients), we got several plates. We really enjoyed it all and had great service.
I just can't give it 5 stars because it seems like they want to keep it a little challenging to be unique.

Apparently our expectations were stupidly high! We travel a lot, with many of our trips circling around a restaurant/dining experience or two. This one was on my wife’s list and for her birthday we went to Hestia.
Bad move.
Service was great, although they did forget our steak course, which was the course we wanted the most.
Honestly, my wife has celiac disease and can’t eat gluten. Well that took the tasting menu off the table. So they said they could “curate” a menu for us and circled the items in the menu she could eat. There was about 9 of them.
I wish I could say I enjoyed the food but I was really underwhelmed in almost every way. And then you add the price on top of it and it’s just not worth it at all. Sorry I’m not sorry.
Try other places around town. You won’t regret it.

Having food allergies, I am selective about where I eat. I was attending a conference at the Marriott a few blocks away and this was the only place between the conference and my hotel that showed as having something gluten-free. So, I made the walk for lunch and dinner every day I was there because everyone worked to accommodate my food allergies. The food is good and the service is amazing. The grilled chicken on the salads is amazing. The gluten-free burger is a good burger for gluten-free (if you eat gluten-free normally, you know what to expect with the drier bun...expected for gluten-free). You can also opt for no bun and have them put the burger on lettuce. Thank you for being flexible and patient with my dietary requirements!

If healthy food is this good then sign me up!! I had the Harvest Bowl and my wife had the Hot Honey Chicken Protein Plate. Both of these bowls were delicious and filling too! The sauces were well matched to the bowls. We loved the Hot Honey Mustard Sauce and the balsamic vinaigrette (on the Harvest Bowl). The shredded kale with balsamic vinaigrette was umbelievably good.
We will definitely be back.
TIP: Try the Ripple Fries with Pickle Ketchup. Not as healthy, but super tasty for a gluten and dairy free snack! The ketchup is seasoned generously with dill to give it a distinct pickle taste - so gooood.
