Very knowledge staff. Split a salad and the rigatoni & Italian sausage pasta. They have gf rigatoni noodles and they cook the pasta in separate water! Felt very safe eating there.

We happened to stop by here while driving through Colorado and I’m so happy we did. Delicious coffee and super sweet welcoming people. As a gluten and dairy intolerant person I was super happy to find I could get a gluten free English muffin breakfast sandwich with vegan cheese. Amazing!!

I always make it a mission to stop in to Red Buffalo when I'm in town. I live in Missouri and dream about this coffee shop regularly. The coffee is incredible (the nutty professor is a cozy fav of mine) and the shop offers plenty of wonderful food options, many being gluten free. With all of the perks listed above, the biggest is the outdoor space in the back of the shop. Nestled on the Blue River, there is no better place to start the day. I can't wait to come back!

Seriously the best Pho I’ve ever had. Their broth is incredible and better than anything I’ve had elsewhere which totally makes the soup. The Bun is equally as good, as are the spring rolls. Their pho is also gluten free and perfect for those snowy days here in the mountains!

We found this place in the Find Me Gluten Free app and they did not disappoint. The charcuterie board was fabulous, the wine divine and the atmosphere and decor were fun and eclectic. Loved it!! We will definitely be back! ❤️

Heather and her team catered appetizers, dinner and cake for our wedding day. Every option delivered was incredible! Celiac, lactose intolerant and vegetarian restrictions were no issue at all. I ate at mighty burger and the service was good and food was yummy. However, my first choice was the boar head deli meat station to get a ceasar salad. They had a sign that said ask about allergy info, so I did and asked about the dressing ingredients because I have a gluten allergy. The employee simply said I don’t know and I asked if he could check and he said “um no it has garlic aioli and stuff I don’t know how to check the rest.” Was disappointed with the customer service at boars head but mighty burger was helpful.

I have Celiacs disease and when I came in and asked if they could accommodate, they did without hesitation, long line, but yet they changed their gloves, washed their hands, and changed our all of the spoons and tongs. Amazing service for someone with such an intense gluten allergy. Great for gluten free folk, they did an outstanding job in my book. I'm always afraid to eat out because of my disease but they made my experience so much better.

I got the veggie tostadas and my husband got one of the scrambles. It was so much food!! He actually had to save some for later which is very rare for him. We got there around 8:15 on Sunday so there wasn’t a line and our food was ready very quickly. Just a note for other gluten free folks out there: the queso has a bit of flour in it. So if you need to be truly GF, just ask for no queso on the GF items. Such an upgrade from the depressing continental breakfast option at The Luxury Inn & Suites!

The independent deli is absolutely hands down the best sandwich location in and around Silverthorne! They have great bread for all of their sandwiches and even gluten free which I was surprised to see! Fresh boars head meat and cheese with shaved lettuce on the sandwich adds such a nice touch. Fantastic local owners that have carved out a great spot to serve great sandwiches at a great price for the product they are serving! Highly recommend stopping in and getting a roast beef and cheddar or an Italian!

Delicious food, live music, dog friendly, what more could you want? But really, the kebab salad blew my mind!! So much flavor in the steak, veggies, dressing and cucumber yogurt. Every bite was amazing and all gluten free.

Love this new spot! Use the card to tap which tap you want and pour as little or as much as you want. Awesome selection of beer and 10 non beers (e.g seltzer, margarita, mixed drinks, ciders). Lots of gluten free options. Nice little variety of small snacks (chips, nuts, candy etc) and they have live music on different nights. Dogs are welcome. High chairs for kids. Great little hang out spot that we will return to!

Great dog friendly brewery. Food is limited to pretzels & chips so don't go expecting a meal with you beverages, but the beer was very good with a few gluten free options.
