Tons of gluten free baked good options and two flavors of gluten free bagel, with a reasonable up charge ($1, where I have normally seen upwards of $2) I got the garden bagel sandwich on an everything GF and added sausage. So good! My partner who can eat gluten got the egg sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. Was very happy to find a place that has GF bagel options, as I often want a hearty sandwich for breakfast. Can’t wait to return to this bakery every time I’m back in the mountains. Not sure if celiac safe, I was not asked about cross contamination or food prep requirements.

Wow! Such a great mountain find! Great food - gluten free friendly. Cocktails were well balanced and delicious. Fantastic service from Nicole. Dog friendly patio -pretty affordable “mountain food-wise”….what more can you ask for?

My husband and I stop here EVERY time we come to the area. It's a cute shop! They have the best vegan chorizo breakfast sandwich. Bonus- they have a delicious gluten free English muffin as an option. Coffee is great too!

We really wanted to love this place. I'm sure it's a completely different experience during the week or something. But sadly it was kind of a nightmare yesterday (Saturday 8/3) Not sure if the 'magic' fades because of how busy they get, but that's seemingly what happened. About a half hour to receive our food. It wasn't all done at the same time. Legit like 10 mins apart for two orders. I could tell when they make their sandwiches the right way, they're probably excellent...But my bread was toasted, then clearly toasted again..to the point of almost being stale. All the toppings were just thrown on, it was actually laughable how bad it was prepared. Oily. Salty. Too crunchy. No gluten free bread on one of the orders, like we asked for. Classic sign of rushed, and inconsistent food prep. Add some people to the make line. Give homeboy on expo an additional expo, lol. Add a cashier, and another bartender. Boom. Problem solved or at least improved. I saw way too many upset people yesterday, not including us. Atmosphere out back is what saved the experience from being 1-2 stars for me.

Pleasantly surprised with the food, very delicious 😋 They also offer gluten-free substitute buns for the burgers. Highly recommend after a hard day of skiing.

Red Buffalo Coffee is a popular local spot in Silverthorne that satisfies most coffee drinkers. While I judge coffee shops by their mochas, I was disappointed to see Giradelli chocolate lining the top shelf. Your best option is to order a small coffee and ask for half the chocolate if you want to taste the espresso as well. Overall, for the average Joe (pun intended), it's easy to access off the main drag in Silverthorne. If you're also looking for #GlutenFree options, they have a few depending on what they have in stock. You can almost always get the bagel and cream cheese, but it will be toasted in a toaster used for gluten, so celiacs should avoid the food. Red Buffalo Coffee has a unique and clever aesthetic with their use of butcher paper for the menus and various trinkets for sale.
