Everything so far has been great but the best thing on the menu is the cinnamon roll. Even my friends and family that can eat gluten prefer the cinnamon rolls made here. Just don't get the coffee it's over priced. Even with that 5 stars.
I love everything about this place. The menu has a lot of gluten free options. The food and service were fantastic. I was able to get a latte while waiting for a table. Prices were very reasonable.
[gluten free review]: This place has been on my list for a while - not because I heard all about it, but because I had driven by it and always wondered what it had to offer. Now, typically a Friday night is not the best time to visit a place that doesn’t take reservations, but upon arrival, we were greeted, waited in line for a few short minutes and then were seated in the bar area. (Be aware - we were just a party of 2 - families of 4-5 ppl waited around 20 min for a table).
After getting seated, we took a minute to decide on our drinks and starters. The wait staff was extremely kind and patient, but didn’t leave us hanging once. We ordered the lettuce wraps as a starter along with two of the spicy cocktails (we both tried a different one).
The chicken that was served with the lettuce wraps gave a crunchy kung-pao type of flavor and we ate those SO fast. We ended up both ordering the spicy street noodles - my partner got the beef and I got the ground pork per my waiter’s suggestion. We finished our meals and loved every bite start to finish!!
The cocktails were absolutely banging with the spicy noodles we ordered ~ the sweet, tangy, tart, spicy flavors all melded together with the tequila for a delightful and fun experience.
We’ll be back soon - but I can’t recommend coming here on a cold day to warm up with some delicious Asian fusion cuisine.
UPDATE: THEY PUT ALL THE GLUTEN FREE BAKED GOODS IN THE SAME SHELVING AREA AND ON THE SAME 2 SHELVES. Thank you! My trip time was cut in half and I am SO very pleased with their response!
-----------------------------------
I love the products T.J.'s carries. Most importantly my kids love them. However I admittedly avoid shopping here because of the haphazard order the baked goods are layed out on the shelves. The store is congested enough with all the shoppers who also love the products but why make it harder on those of us who really just need to find restricted ingredient labeled food we can only find here? I speak of the Gluten Free items specifically.
Gluten Free is not a choice for some, it is medically necessary. I have stood in front of what appears to be a small shelf area of Gluten Free baked goods to find out they are not all Gluten Free. I have found muffins grouped together upon entering the store, then bagels placed all over or in the middle of nothing similar. Then to see a glimpse of hope with a shelf or two of just Gluten Free items. It's misleading, frustrating and time is not something most people have enough of.
There are Gluten Free muffins grouped with regular muffins (muffins all togethermakes sense), the bagels are spread out over 3 or 4 shelving units with two Gluten Free options no where near the other bagels or the Gluten Free items. Then there are the Gluten Free buns and baked loaves on their own shelves (this makes sense!). Some items are just on a shelf with no rhyme or reason. It is all so haphazardly placed and would be so consenscious for those avoiding cross contamination if they were just on one shelving unit denoted for Gluten Free.
Would you please put all the buns on the same shelf and all the bagels on the same shelf, etc. or keep the Gluten Free all together in a same shelving unit? I don't even mind if it is the lower half of a shelving unit. Yes, space is limited. However from a marketing stand point it would help consumers to see a system of like items be it branding (not apllicable), type of item (bagels vs wheat bread), or restricted ingredients (Gluten Free). The tortillas have their own unit! Why not have a recognizable system for everything else? It would be rather encouraging and inclusive.
Our family loves your gluten free products but we dislike hunting for them. A lot.
I love this bakery as the food is delicious and I love we can get gluten free and regular items. However it’s been getting frustrating because I have been trying to order items for my family and they have been out of either gluten free or regular cinnamon rolls so we haven’t been able to order. I get times are hard right now with stock and pricing of goods but the unreliability is frustrating.
This has become my and my husband's favorite place to eat out. He and I both love to cook, and it's hard to find places to eat out where we don't walk away saying, "I think we could have saved a lot of money and made that better at home." But the food at Oswego Grill is absolutely worth going out for! They have a great range in prices, so you can go out for a more casual and less expensive dinner like fish and chips or burgers, or you can go for a fancier steak or seafood dinner with delicious side vegetables. Amazingly, the atmosphere has the ability to make you feel comfortable with either going all dressed up or in shorts and a tee shirt. I feel like that's unique, and I love it.
Also, they do have gluten-free buns for anyone who needs that option!
Gluten-Free - BEWARE - They have gluten free buns, but everything is fried in the same fryer. For a place focusing on health conscious patrons - they fail at accommodating those with serious food allergies.
New Seasons is fabulous! We have several food restrictions in our family and this place has the widest selection of gluten-free, dairy-free products anywhere. Their produce & meats are also first rate---pricey but often worth the extra bucks. Today's best find: nice variety of organic herb plants for $2.99. Now all we need is some steady sunshine!!
There is a reason these restaurants are consistently popular. Excellent food options and soup, salad and bread sticks that are worth the trip alone. Even the gluten free pasta is a notch above.
This is where I will be going on date night or birthdays.
Outdoor dining options are great in spring and summer, for our Covid cautious family.
Happy hour is well worth it, delicious Birria tacos are gluten free and their Nojito is a great option for those who don’t drink but want to have a little cocktail in the sunshine. The small plates were so flavorful and rich a little goes a long way.
We enjoyed the elotes and our daughter who is a picky eater said it was the best quesadilla she had ever had. They offered crayons and a menu to color which was also fun for her, as a nine year old.
The pricing was very reasonable, we fed all three of us for less than what we would have spent on overhyped food in Portland, and the quality was exceptional. We will totally drive from PDX all the way over here again.
I usually always get a pie for me and my son at the PDX airport before a trip and it's delicious. I'm gluten-free and I ordered the cauliflower crust version. I'm not sure if I get the gluten-friendly at the airport or the cauliflower. Unfortunately, this crust had a very strong medicinal taste. It ruined the experience as the crust was not an enjoyable vehicle for the toppings. The staff was very nice and re-made my pizza, but it still had that weird taste. They should replace it. Next time I might try the gluten-friendly and see if that changes anything.
Great food and wonderful environment! We met a friend we hadn't seen in several years here for a great and relaxing dinner. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were great, and the staff was very friendly. I'm so glad that they have a good variety of gluten free options too. My only "complaint" was that all the desert options were chocolate based (which is not their fault- I'm the one who's not a big chocolate fan). One note- make a reservation even on a Thursday night!
Hunan Pearl is a delightful restaurant that has become our favorite spot for Chinese cuisine. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff truly makes you feel at home. The owners and team are incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels valued.
The food is great! They offer a diverse menu filled with authentic dishes that are delicious.
If you're looking for a place that offers great food in a welcoming environment, I highly recommend Hunan Pearl. It's a hidden gem that's definitely worth a visit!
Better yet, they offer gluten free alternatives for most of the menu selections which is a blessing for someone with celiac like myself and nearly unheard of at Chinese restaurants.

My husband is celiac and finding a gluten free meal service that actually tastes good is hard to come by. Every meal we had was seasoned perfectly and tasted delicious. Also it has been a life saver for the days and late nights in the NICU with our boy.
I would recommend this service even if you aren't gluten free.
We love getting Hush Hush for team lunches! My team has several vegans, a pescatarian, someone who is gluten free, and another who is lactose intolerant. Finding a place to eat together can be challenging. Hush Hush had amazing food for everyone. Also, the folks working there are super nice and fast!
[gluten free] ordered: a gluten free pep pizza & kale salad.
Enjoyed the pizza - had a couple of bites of salad before realizing the nuts and seeds mentioned were hazelnuts (allergy). I would highly encourage the restaurant to specify which nuts and seeds they are using in each salad.
People were kind, atmosphere seemed good as well- family friendly for sure. I just ordered take out. So I can’t speak in length about the atmosphere.
Again- great food, but was disappointed in the lack of detail on the menu description. To make this more customer focused, I highly suggest being as specific as you can in your descriptions if possible.… You’ll save a life!
I was gonna rate a 3, but decided to rate 4 because my problem is personal. The food was quick & tasty. More importantly: the employees took time to engage with me. Nothing was too positively or negatively outstanding.
Beware: substitution of Langostinos for lobster. So very disappointing! Food was also too salty. Bread was dry. Not impressed. Beet carpaccio was great . Other items we ordered Ceaser salad, burrata, salmon, pasta .. all average nothing special. Dessert apple tart.. great display at table again disappointed taste .. left skins on apples when baked. Marketing in your face advertising. We found restaurant to be rushed employees and loud music not my type of place! (Gluten free options very limited )
They have gluten free options-yaaay! The dish I had was tasty...tho I don't remember the name. Personally I'd prefer a cocktail but they only have wine (maybe beer also). I'll return to try another dish tho!
Update! I returned a few weeks later with a friend. The food was great as on my first visit. However the service bordered on horrendous. The waiter seemed bothered by our presence. We noticed there was a huge amount of take-out activity and if i ever return to Malees it will be for take-out. Lesson learned.
Have had great experiences here so far with both dine in or take out. We love the couples fajitas..it is more like for three or four!
We get the fajitas for both dine and take out. The staff has always been great and attentive. The top shelf margaritas are wonderful! I highly recommend their food and drinks for a fun time.
We bring our family here or order out and have gotten great food every time. They are quick to cook orders and clear tables. My kids love eating here. If you talk to the staff they will always have some great off menu suggestions too for more authentic cuisine.

their food is always really good, and i noticed they had a gluten free english muffin option so i went for that. it was an untoasted piece of bread...
everything else is really good though!
Food is high quality and savory. Convenient pre-made meals that are healthy and the nutrition labels were perfect. They let customers know if they’re gluten and dairy free. Different size options available and the containers are easy to reuse and recycle. They also have heating instructions though I found they needed to be heated a bit longer though every microwave is different.
Prices are extremely reasonable for the taste and convenience.
The reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is the ridiculously loud music which was off putting. This is a store to pick up food to go, not a nightclub. The decibel level was inappropriate and made it hard to hear anything else. This needs to be addressed by the owner because it’s a turn off to customers. Otherwise I’d highly recommend it despite the lack of masks.
The best sushi that I have ever had!! Owner and chef came over to table to make sure one of the orders was gluten free. Lovely edition to LO's dining. Can't believe the one star review about reservation mix-up, come on, they didn't even eat there and yet they give a review like that to a very cool business that just opened a month ago. That's a perfect example of a true internet troll, trying to hurt a young business- you all should be ashamed.
Sat on the patio on a warm day probably the best server we've had in recent memory at any restaurant.
Nice wine selection The scallop appetizer is amazing, even better with a bottle of traditional method sparkling wine from Italy! Sorbet out of this world wish there were more gluten-free options we would return.
I enjoyed the dinner tasting menu here, I really appreciated that they have also have gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options available so this is my go to place to recommend and show off Oregon Pinot Noir and have an elegant dining experience with out of town guests without worrying what they'll eat. And it's a doable car share back home vs from wine county so we can all enjoy!! The service is very welcoming and extra appreciation to Kellie Harrison
Deno's Pizzeria is an absolute gem! We order lunch from here frequently and we're never disappointed. The pizza crust is perfectly crispy, the sauce is rich and flavorful, and the toppings are always fresh. Their menu variety is impressive, catering to everyone's preferences, including amazing vegan and dairy/gluten free options. It's our go-to spot for a delicious, satisfying team lunch. Highly recommend!
Small comfortable sushi restaurant with a wide array of additional entrees. Staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions about gluten content in the dishes.
I especially enjoyed the Seattle roll, and the Hawaiian roll both of which were excellent.
Even better, they had Ikura, which every sushi place I have been to in the past several years didn't have (currently June 2022). Made my day that I got to have some again, even if I overindulged on it a little bit.
Unfortunately for us we had either a bad night or just not to our liking. We spent $55 for two pizzas and drinks not including tip. One gluten free Stromboli and one pepperoni.
It took over an hour of waiting to get it. Then it came out under cooked and not cut properly. My husband tried to serve himself 2 slices and it was so poorly cut that the entire pizza slid off the stand and fell on the table while he was using the pie server.
The veggie toppings don’t seem to be cooked at all. The pepperoni wasn’t liked by my kids or myself, but that may be our taste buds. It’s a little spicier than we are used to.
Please beware of allergies. My husband is allergic to gluten, we told the cook/cashier that it was an allergy. My husband got sick from eating the two slices he did eat. We ended up throwing out the pizzas. It was a waste of money and my husband was sick for a couple of days.
We went here last minute on a Friday night and were greeted and seated immediately. There was a nice family friendly ambiance as well as several neighborhood locals on date night. We sat at a corner table and ended up meeting another couple at dinner and chatted for a long time.
During dinner, my partner loved his spicy ramen so much that he ordered another bowl of it and devoured it in one sitting.
Delicious- even for gluten free eaters :)

Our first visit here after seeing and reading reviews of this place. My wife and daughter had Friday dinner here and it was really good. The place was formerly a sushi place for years and we had never been but the decor was nice. Being a Friday night we arrived just before 6pm and it was pretty busy. We were seated promptly and given menus. I got the twice fried pork, wife got a gluten free kung Pao chicken and our daughter got the chicken lo mein. It was all really good. The waiter who took our order was very accommodating in terms of asking for them to make dishes gluten free and they have gluten free soy sauce for which they sub in when asked. No price difference. All in all, a great new Chinese restaurant with both northern (spicy) and southern dishes. They also have a full bar. We will definitely be back.
We had our rehearsal dinner at the Dullahan in their outdoor space and it was a huge hit. In addition to their delicious Irish fare, they were able to coordinate amazing gluten free and vegan options so all our guests could enjoy. Justyn helped us set up axe throwing for our guests as well as live music. It was a truly incredible night with a great vibe and great service.
