They charged me £13.85 for a gluten-free cod (standard), on it's own, no chips. So overpriced it's ridiculous. On deliveroo they put chips in all the pictures to think you're getting chips with them, but you don't! Avoid. Will never go back.

££ but the taste of the food exceeded the expectations. I have never ate such tasty hummus, dolma, grilled meet and... you will not believe... rice. My gluten-free rice was made in a very special way. Some spices were added, and I have never eaten it so delicious. One part of the grill was the liver, which is very difficult to make soft. But this one was just melting in the mouth. Exceptional. Chef knows what he does. And people running it are some of the most heartwarming people ever. Go there, try the taste, and sit for experience. If I could, I would give 6 starts.

Our first time to this Prezzo chosen as it is close to the Bournemouth Pavilion and we knew had a gluten free menu. Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was fast but not too fast. We were given a window seat that was lovely. Food was good and Tesco vouchers made it good value for money. Toilets definitely need some attention - broken dispensers and generally looking tired.

They do advise that they cannot guarantee that it's 100% safe but they take precautions, so I took the risk and never had any problems. I chose this restaurant as I found it on Google. It was my 60th birthday night with a couple of my cousins. As soon as we entered we felt a great atmosphere with the music, playing many of the classic tunes we loved. We requested a few to play. The food was great portions, delicious and better still a good few dishes were gluten and dairy free for me. Umpteen cocktails and mocktails could not have been happier. What beautiful decor, relaxing and spacious. The staff went above and beyond, very friendly and welcoming. We also had a great chat to them including the manager Josh and Amy, but all were lovely and patient. It made one of my best birthday evenings I have had. We all loved it so much we wish to return and went away with extras we could not finish. Thank you Nattys and well done for all you do!! Till we see you again, would highly recommend. 😁

I took my sister out for lunch for the first time in 6 months due to her having a rare breast cancer and has been doing chemo. She wanted to go for lunch but she is gluten free so somethings difficult to find somewhere. I went to order some food and unfortunately they didn’t have any gluten free rolls or anything to have her steak sandwich. When I told her she was so upset that she couldn’t have what she wanted. I was treated to afternoon tea for my birthday, whilst all of the cakes and sweet goodies were fabulous - The poppy seed scones were divine, the place settings beautiful blue and white china, a good selection of teas, the atmosphere / its a beautiful setting, a well stocked bar for cocktails, with great tunes playing in the background, there was one really big issue. I was called a week previously to ask about any allergies, called again the day before, again saying seafood / all fish a major allergy, the afternoon tea was served with smoked salmon sandwiches, but serving staff weren't great about it. There 3 types of afternoon tea menus. inc. Vegan and gluten free, I would expect better training about allergies. I was heartly disappointed in the response at the time and the fact it happened in the first place, when I had stated 3 times once when booking online and twice with calls. We brushed it off at the time not to ruin the celebration, but I would think twice if you have an allergy or at least double check everything.
