Amazing gluten free pasta. I had the carbonara (gluten free as I am celiac) and it was lovely. My partner, not gluten free, has the Carni pizza and loved it. It was light and not greasy at all but full of flavour Would highly recommend to anyone who is gluten free or celiac. I was given a separate menu and a red napkin to indicate I was gluten free.

Established in 2007 Pancakes Amsterdam is a polarizing entity, the second location in front of Damrak favored by tourists but the original in the Nine Streets generally well-liked by locals even though prices trend a bit higher than more traditional places. Open from 08h00 to 20h00, early arrival or reservations advisable lest one wishes to wait, Pancakes’ menu comprises Dutch or American style with a variety of toppings including favorites designated by a heart. We went today because we saw it on one of the maps with gluten-free options for celiacs. The food was good, but my celiac daughter ordered a gluten-free Gordon's, and they were supposed to have changed the bread to make it gluten-free, but it got contaminated, and she ended up with a stomach ache and vomiting... She didn't eat anything else, so that must have been it... It was a real bummer, because she had a bad time...

Fully vegan, gluten-free, and organic eatery. Tasty and nutritious quality dishes, with whole-food ingredients. The Roasted King Oyster Mushrooms was great and came with a cabbage roll filled with lentils and cashew nuts, atop a bed of fennel and parsnip mash. The Vegetable Pie was filled with mushrooms in a creamy tarragon sauce, alongside a pool of stir-fried long beans and cabbage in umami tamari gravy. There were also 3-course meals available. On the pricier side but would definitely recommend this eatery especially for the health-conscious and those with specific dietary needs! Located near the National Holocaust Museum.

I was genuinely shocked at the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE here (by a waitress with a darker complexion – the only way I can distinguish her)! I’ve never experienced anything of the kind in all my time in Amsterdam! 1) I ordered chicken ramen with gluten-free noodles, but was not informed that it would be served without chicken. 2) When I asked why the chicken was missing, that waitress responded rudely with, “I don’t know!” After a short pause, she added, “I’ll check.” A few minutes later, she returned and told me the absence of chicken was due to my gluten-free request – something that was not communicated to me when ordering. 3) I asked if chicken could be added separately. She reluctantly said she would check. A few minutes later, she returned to serve other customers but gave me no update. When I asked again, she rudely answered: “Yes, you have to wait. I have other things to do too, and it takes time.” 4) When the chicken finally arrived, it was COMPLETELY COLD – clearly straight from the fridge – and tasted STALE. I’ve never had ramen served with cold meat before. The male waiter stepped in and reheated it upon request. I wasn’t the only one frustrated. The two ladies at the table next to me were also left waiting far too long for their food, and they were complaining. I will not be returning. The service was unacceptable! Your staff needs serious training. If this continues, you will keep losing more customers. Such a shame!

Wonderful (and huge) gluten-free pancakes cooked perfectly—soft with some crispy edge bits. Topping choices were many and flexible. Staff were prompt, friendly, helpful and informative. We were offered a table with a view of the water. Perfection!

Wow, what an experience. Everything about this place is great. Let me break it down. You order your meal on the screen. The place is small but enough space to sit down and enjoy your meal. We ordered two different flatbreads. Both of them were very good. I am a full grown man and a half of this flatbread was enough for me. We also had 3 pieces of balls who taste very good. The price is average. Everything is glutenfree. The quality of the food and the service was very good. I will definitly come back to this place. Enjoy your visit!

The matcha latte and daily soup (onion soup on this day) were delicious😋❣️ The bread that came with the soup was changed to gluten-free bread 🍞 Moreover, the gluten-free bread went really well with the soup and was delicious💛 The sweets that came with the drink (coconut balls?) were also really delicious and I liked them 🥰❣️ The inside of the store was cute, clean, and very comfortable. They advertise they make gluten free food, but then the kitchen is too small to avoid contamination for celiac disease. I was told there was nothing safe for me even if I wrote an email well in advance about the issue to which they replied positively.

Hands down the best tacos in Amsterdam. Had my birthday celebrated there with some friends and we all loved it. Service and atmosphere were great, love the playlist! Finally had some worthy Mexican food in Amsterdam. The chef were super attentive to one of us gluten intolerance. Food was really balance and well executed. We ordered via UberEats so I don’t know about the inside of the restaurant, but my daughter and I had self-choose bowls delivered to our hotel, and both were excellent. I ordered salmon and she ordered tuna. All toppings were fresh and tasty. My daughter is celiac and needs to eat a high level of gluten free, and Yummy Bowls accommodated all of our GF requests, including GF dressings and GF soy sauce packets. Reasonably priced, too. Highly recommend.

Had an unbelievable meal here. They brought over the most amazing gluten free bread I have ever had! I had other people try it at the table and they couldn’t believe how good it was. We ordered appetizers for the table and one of the appetizers was on regular bread. One of the staff noticed this and had the kitchen quickly make a small gluten free version for me! So sweet. I had a pasta dish with GF pasta as well. All the food was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend.
