The service here was really good, and the food was pretty good too. Everything on the menu can be made gluten free. The only complaint I would have it that my husband ordered a steak omelette and the waitress came back and informed us that they were out of steak and asked if he wanted them to substitute something else instead, which was fine, but he had asked them to substitute lobster instead under the impression that it wouldn’t be any extra charge since they let him order the steak omelette by mistake and they hadn’t said that it would be an extra charge for substituting lobster, so we were surprised when we saw that they’d added $10 onto the bill for the lobster substitution. I just think the communication could’ve been better with that part, everything else was good, though.

Hard to pin this one down because the coffee was on point but the food was... odd. I asked for a Hot Honey Ham panini, yet received a toasted bread sandwich -- definitely not a panini. The caramelized onions were cold and the bread tasted "off". It wasn't until I got home and read other reviews that I realized that they'd served me gluten free bread but nowhere on the menu did it state that and the counter staff didn't mention that they were gluten free either. I'm glad that they have that for people with celiac disease, but I do think that they should at least mention that all their breads are gluten free on the menu or somewhere. Still wish I'd been served a hot panini instead of a cold bread sandwich :(
