A very good experience. The food was incredible, especially if you're looking for healthier options, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or vegetarian options. The service was also excellent. I highly recommend the experience! PS: Everything was very good, but we especially recommend the eggplant lasagna, the lemon fresh drink, and the Vengán Queen dessert (if you really like chocolate).

Found Casa San Juan on our last night in Madrid. My search for the best Paella had continued around Spain and I found it here on our last night. It was well flavoured and cooked to perfection. It's a regular recommendation on the Celinews website, so we came to try this 100% gluten-free pizzeria, which is also endorsed by the Celiac Association. Although we usually make reservations, this time we didn't, and they still seated us quickly because it's not difficult to find a spot during the week. We ordered two gluten-free pizzas and a tiramisu for dessert. They also have gluten-free beer.
