I had NEVER had a McDonald's hamburger in my life before coming to this location. I have Celiac disease and even the fry oil in the US contains wheat for flavor, so I haven't had actual McDonald's fries in 4 years. This location is steps away from the Opera Metro and the Teatro Real theater. Ordering is a breeze at the kiosks in multiple languages. I ordered a gluten-free burger with a gluten-free bun at no extra cost! I also ordered a gluten-free beer and fries with a seasoning packet. While even before my celiac diagnosis I had never had a McDonald's hamburger, it was totally not an option after my diagnosis until I came here. My burger came with a Schar bun, 2 beef patties, 2 slices of white cheese and bacon. It wasn't horrible but I definitely wasn't missing out. The fries were okay. The gluten-free beer tasted like real lager and came with a paper cup. Service was fast and delivered to your table rather than you waiting for your order to be called. Tables were bussed quickly and we were able to find a seat both times my husband and I came here despite the fact it was incredibly busy. Service was great and the fact there are multiple celiac options in every category is what made this a 4 rather than a 3 star for me. April 2025.

Possibly one of my favorite cafes with vegan and gluten-free options in Madrid! The photos speak for themselves, as the presentation of each dish is practically a masterpiece! And the best part is that it's as delicious as it is beautiful. The portions are generous. The cafe staff is very friendly and attentive, helping you choose the best option for you. The restaurant doesn't have many tables, but you can also take your brunch home.

We searched Google for a place that had gluten-free food. And she recommended this great place. The service is wonderful right from the start, but they also have a super-varied menu and practically everything is gluten-free. I've been celiac for six months, and I swear, yesterday I ate something I hadn't had in months. What a pleasure, everything was so delicious. We ordered tequeños and potachos to share, which were delicious, but the burger was absolutely delicious. I've never had a gluten-free burger before. 100% recommended.

This place is a gem!! Manuel was the first person we interacted with and set the tone for a phenomenal experience! The coffee was amazing (lavender latter) and my food was delicious and beautiful too! They have so many gluten free items and were so accommodating to my allergies. I will absolutely come back here on this trip and every trip back to Madrid! I had a bad experience because the service provided today was misleading and several important errors were made: I was served by two waitresses simultaneously. The first took my order for a beer and a vegan burger. After a while, another waitress came and asked if I was celiac, to which I replied no. After a few more minutes, they brought me the vegan burger. The meat was a little dry, and the bread seemed a little rubbery. I didn't want to say anything because it was almost 10:30 p.m. When they brought me the bill, I saw that they had given me gluten-free bread. I asked the first waitress, and she told me I hadn't been charged. I paid the bill and, upon leaving the establishment, realized that I had been charged, so I returned. The waitress acknowledged it and refunded my money. But the worst part was that when I left the establishment and analyzed the situation, I realized that the gluten-free bread had been knowingly placed on my table, and it wasn't rectified. When the second waitress approached the table to ask if I was celiac, she went to the kitchen and saw the burger already made with that bread, and she didn't change it. She served it to me as is. This was a serious mistake, but they should have also offered me the type of bread I wanted from the start, and they didn't. So, a service in which I felt totally deceived. Very good manners with the customer, but little professionalism. They think they can deceive customers whenever they want, but they've come across someone in the industry. This says a lot about the establishment. I should have come back a second time and asked for the complaints book.

Plain old takeout For being open 24/7, they're practically out of luck. We happened to be passing by and saw an offer for 12 croquettes with a free bottle of wine and decided to go in. At first, there was no one there until we started talking even louder. After grabbing a few things and leaving, we decided to try the croquettes, and it was a huge disappointment. Strong and unappetizing flavors, with lots of grease, and in my opinion, they weren't in line with the quality/price ratio. Paying €15.60 for refried croquettes that didn't taste very good makes you want to go back, or even try the restaurant they own. I think they should take a look at the product they sell and see if the quality they offer is comparable to the price they set. Just because it's gluten-free doesn't mean everything is worth it... Sorry.

Very good experience, very delicious food, we loved both pastas, pizzas and cannelloni. In this case we were very pleasantly surprised because they have a gluten-free menu (which is complicated in Italians), the food was very very good, and the waitress (Andrea) was very attentive to the gluten issue so that we felt very well taken care of. The prices are reasonable, but with the fork discount it turned out great for us, to repeat without a doubt (with the fork discount they can't place you on the terrace but inside, which is perfectly understandable).

Recently, taking advantage of a discount on the El Tenedor app and living near the restaurant, I had dinner with friends at this pizzeria, and the experience was good. Before talking about the food, it's worth noting that it's one of the few pizzerias that lets you choose your pizza crust, not only in terms of size or thickness, but also in terms of toppings (for the medium size, in addition to the classic crust, you can choose between whole wheat, 5-grain, or gluten-free). You also have the option to create your own pizza with any toppings you want, and there's a wide variety to choose from. For lunch, we were served a small slice of pizza as an appetizer, which was very good. For a starter, we shared mozzarella sticks. They were delicious and came with a small jar of barbecue sauce. For the main course, we each ordered a medium pizza. In my case, I opted for the queen pizza with whole wheat crust (it comes with tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham, and fresh mushrooms). It was very good; you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. The service was fast, and it took them a short time to serve us and prepare our food. However, they didn't get a 5-star rating, as it was very hot in the dining room (probably due to the heat generated by the kitchen oven), but it's something they should keep an eye on. Apart from this aspect of the air conditioning, everything else was fine.

I really wanted to go to brunch and I loved it. The food is very delicious and has gluten-free options. The sourdough toast is spectacular and the golden beat is one of the best. The place is small but cozy and the service is very pleasant. The sweets are homemade and very delicious, I recommend the lemon and poppy cake. I will try Acai again.

A nice little surprise in the heart of Lavapiés. Honestly, I went in with no expectations because I can't eat gluten or dairy... The girl who served me was lovely. She showed me the menu and the options they had for me, and made sure I could eat them. I had a cup of tea and some delicious toast. Both she and her colleagues were very attentive and friendly. The place is nice, clean, with plenty of table space, and a very pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely go back if I'm ever in Lavapiés again; it's worth it.

We had dinner on May 24th. We waited for almost an hour for our table, with the excuse that they were overwhelmed and couldn't make any more. We ordered a gluten-free burger, and when they brought it with fries after an hour of waiting, they told us the fries could be cross-contaminated. They switched the fries for nachos, but with the same burger, even though it had already been in contact with the fries... We ordered the typical cheeseburger with the top (Niagara), and they brought it without the ring or gloves... because they said they didn't have it anymore, when we were there specifically for that burger they advertised so much. To top it all off, they gave us plastic cups because they said they were out of cups... That's all. If they're overwhelmed, don't take so many tables...

The place is very well located as well as decorated inside (music is top 10, they have their own list on Spotify). The attention of the waiters and waitresses is tremendous, very attentive and if you need they will advise you in a good way. The food follows the line and not a complaint, for spicy lovers who are not so passionate about it, it does not disappoint (special mention to the fact that they clarify that a large part of the menu is gluten-free). One of the best smash burgers I've ever had! I've tried the bacon cheeseburger and the Milwaukee burger, both delicious. The sauce is outstanding, I love it! The other day I tried the gluten-free bun option; it's quite well done, and to give it that brioche touch, I think they grill it with butter (the photo is of this burger). I've always ordered delivery, so I can't comment on the location, the atmosphere, or the service. I've returned several times and will probably do so again.

They almost killed me... I am lactose intolerant in a serious state "almost allergic" I ordered a muffin that supposedly HAS NO GLUTEN OR LACTOSE, I asked them several times because I am very careful with this and several times they told me that it had neither one nor the other! Well, it turns out THAT THE MUFFIN did not have gluten but IT DID HAVE LACTOSE. I almost had to go to the hospital because of it. What IRRESPONSIBILITY on your part. They don't know the damage that a mistake like this can cause to someone with intolerances like me. BE CAREFUL TO THOSE WHO HAVE INTOLERANCES, don't let it happen to you like me!
