TL;DR - Substantial drop in food quality and service. I can't imagine myself visiting this location again, and you shouldn't imagine yourself going here either. Pizza Luce has always been a place I could rely on for great food and service, but my most recent visit was incredibly disappointing. During my visit I got a Breggfast pizza to eat there, and Gluten Free Bruscetta to go; both were entirely disappointing. Pizza - I got the Breggfast pizza with their Buffa-Luce sauce... well, at least that's what I ordered. What I got was a pizza crust with some ingredients on it, but no sauce. When I mentioned it to the waiter, he told me it was there. I restated that in fact, no, it was not, and showed him the pizza, and he informed me that I was incorrect and it was there, and then just walked away without another word. So apparently as far as this waiter was concerned, I'm blind and have no taste buds. Gluten Free Bruscetta - Oh, I'm sorry, did I say Bruscetta, I meant the cheapest, most terrible gluten free hamburger buns you can find. Pizza Luce's GF Bruscetta used to be, hands down, the best around. I believe they got the bread from a local bakery and perhaps they aren't around any longer, but if you can't find a good alternative, then just don't have any. If I had to guess, they just use Schar hamburger buns, though that feels like an insult to Shar. These were terrible; they tasted like cardboard and were soggy. Pizza Luce was always a safe bet when I was in the area, for both Pizza and gluten free items, but this visit was a joke, and an expensive one at that.

We visited during our vacation and had an incredible experience. Our server, Ellie, was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and ensured that my daughter, who has Celiac, had all the items clearly marked as gluten-free. They use separate fryers and cooktops, and even offer gluten-free buns and wings! The food was so delicious that we decided to come back the very next day!

I’ve accepted that I’ll never be a judge on Master Chef, in return I’d accepted that I’d never have an experience where you bite into a dish and get to be absolutely astounded by all the flavors and profiles that come along with it… until I ate at Colita! We had the Pate and it was nothing short of remarkable! The staff was top tier, the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere is intimate and inviting! I’m completely gluten free and could order anything on the menu! We had the best time! Thank you for hosting us and giving us an exceptional experience start to finish! 💕

Chimborazo continues to be one of my favorite go to restaurants in the cities! Their food is delicious, with unique flavors and just phenomenal Ecuadorian cuisine. I dream about the mahi mahi encocado and ceviche 🤤 I especially appreciate that they have so many options for someone who is gluten free and lots of good pescatarian options too! Their service is always fast and they’re always incredibly kind! Highly recommend.

Amazing! Yes the food is unique but that’s what makes this place so special. I always find it fascinating when people go to a place that actively advertises as no refined sugars or processed foods and then complain that it doesn’t taste like the rest of the junk they eat. There were many vegetarian options and as a person with celiac disease this place was perfect. I ate so much but felt good after since nothing was processed or junk. My only suggestion is that if you can’t go in with an open mind maybe just don’t go.

The menu is rooted in Southern and Caribbean-inspired flavors, and everything is made with care. My personal go-to is the pulled chicken, which is juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned. Pair it with the creamed jalapeño spinach - a side dish so unexpectedly addictive that I now find myself ordering it every time, no matter what else I get. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, with a laid-back counter-service setup that somehow still manages to feel intentional and warm. It’s the kind of place where regulars bring newcomers, knowing the food will speak for itself. Other favorites include the slow-roasted pork, collard greens, and desserts. They are all flavorful, filling, and made to be mixed, matched, and shared. The portions are generous, and there are great options for gluten-free and dairy-free diners, too. Brasa doesn’t try to be trendy or overcomplicated. It focuses on doing comfort food right. Amazing! I can believe today was the first time I heard of this restaurant! The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. I have a dairy allergy (whole restaurant is vegan) and gluten allergy and they were able to accommodate me! (They do note that they can't guarantee no cross contamination, but they do have a separate fryer!). I was SUPER excited to see they have vegan milk shakes! They are AMAZING! So glad to have another great space I trust for my allergies. The atmosphere was super fun and cozy! I really liked that if I wanted to be antisocial that I can order through a QR code (which was VERY informative about gluten allergies!) You also have the option to order with the staff as well! They were always buzzing around so if you need assistance they are there. The food came out insanely fast and it was pretty busy at the time I was there. They are a tip free restaurant, they price their food so that they can pay their staff livable wages (which they dont advertise as much as I think they should!) Definitely worth the price! Can't express how excited I am about this restaurant from the food to their story AND paying their staff well - I love it! Side note: for anyone scared of vegan food or are worried about trying it - this is the place to do it! (My boyfriend wanted me to add - as someone who doesn't have allergies or have any experience with vegan meats - he loved it and said he could hardly tell the difference)

This was my first visit to Capitol Grille and it was amazing! My friends and I went to celebrate my birthday and everything was great! Our server was super friendly and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and let us know what was the gluten-free options for my friend who is gluten free. All of the food was super delicious and cooked to perfection, I would definitely recommend a trip to Capital Grille for a night out or to celebrate.

What a unique date night spot! We had never experienced fondue before, so it helped that our server Courtney was so friendly and knowledgeable. Since I eat gluten-free and dairy-free, I thought I'd have to forgo half of the meal, but The Melting Pot came through with vegan cheese, GF dippers, and vegan chocolate. My husband loved the vegan cheese even more than his real cheese dip, which is saying something! It's rare to find a restaurant that goes above and beyond to meet your dietary needs. The only reason for the four star is because the environment was really loud and overstimulating. We were seated next to the kitchen, so that contributed to some of it, but the couple booths have tabletops that are so small that you can barely fit all of the dippers and dishes and beyond. The food was great, but the atmosphere was a bit chaotic. If you want to go for the experience and food, it's amazing, but if you want to have an in-depth chat or cozy evening, this might not be the fit.
