The food here tasted wonderful! Great prices! Super friendly staff! Superb atmosphere, but I’m allergic to gluten and they gave me a bun with gluten even though I paid for a gluten free bun. I ended up having an allergic reaction. Next time please be careful!

We can to Jackson’s twice while on vacation and loved it both times! The smash burger is delicious and the loaded tots and fries are so yummy! Our twins have celiac and could have homemade fried chicken tenders and fries safely which is a huge treat. The ice cream is sooo creamy and delicious and the twins even got to have gluten free cones! The single scoop is a LOT of ice cream. The service was great, everyone was friendly.

I ordered the Turkey, Bacon, Avocado with gluten free bread and a side salad. The side salad was just a heaping pile of lettuce. Nothing else on it. The bacon was extremely undercooked and not edible. The gluten free bread was gross and I would not recommend it. To top it off our server was extremely inattentive and slow. I had to go ask her about our food after we sat for an hour waiting. She seemed really put out when I asked her for a refill for my son. Overall it was a horrible experience. The manager was nice when I asked why the prices on the receipt didn't match the menu prices. She stated that they charge extra for the gluten free option (it doesn't say that on the menu nor did the server let me know when I ordered it) and taxes are added into each menu item on the receipt instead of at the end.

ERIC IS THE RUDEST WAITER I HAVE EVER HAD. We had some basic questions (do you have salad? Do you have gluten free bread) and he was so upset at us for asking questions. When he refilled our drinks he literally ripped them off the table in irritation and then flung them back at us. He treated us like garbage.

Good food, quick service even though it was fairly busy when we were there. A higher priced fast food but all the fresh ingredients is worth it to me. Vegetarian options as well but no meat alternatives just beans. And I think almost everything would be gluten free too except the tortillas.

Loved the feel of a locally-owned bar and restaurant. The owner was at the front greeting and taking care of the guests. The food was incredible. They have several items ( all the steaks!) That are gluten free. The service was impeccable. Definable a must for fine dining cowboy style)

We got 2 steak cobb salads to go. They were delicious but not much salad on either of them. It was more like a side salad with toppings. A bit disappointing realizing there wasn't much volume after we already left. $16 for this salad/each 🙁 We are driving across the state and was hoping to make it to idaho without stopping again for food. We would go back again but next time we will check the containers and/or ask for more salad. Gluten-free options!

I had been here a couple of times and they did great especially when we found out we could get gluten free items. I went today and asked for a gluten free bun and was given a regular bun. They remade it for me to go and still was a regular bun.

Resently found out I was diabetic so I asked if they had anything gluten free. They do indeed. So I had them make a califlour crust, with mozzarella cheese, avocado, mushroomed and applewood smoked chicken! Fantastic! Place was very clean and smelled great!

I ordered to go. Excellent cheese burger, home cut fries 🍟 and they have gluten-free bread!! It's not easy for gluten-free to have access to a cheeseburger when you want one. By the way, the shakes were incredible. Thank you!

We had a wonderful waitress, very knowledgeable and friendly. She was very attentive to our needs. What a great way to start the morning! The food was great. My daughter and I shared a breakfast they separated the food for us, and we each had our own plate. All 3 meals are great ! Our daughter is gluten-free. Do you know why the Blue Lion has been serving food for forty years? I will tell you: the blue lion is exceptional! In every way it stands out. The service was sublime, and even entertaining at times. I had the scallops, Eddie had trout. The flavors and texture were superior. I cook fish and well. But this restaurant has invested in a cook who knows what he is doing. Eddie and I had a table just inside the entrance to the patio. Adorning our view were big leafy plants, green trees, clean windows. It was as though we, tired climbers that we were, had stumbled on an oasis. Our waiter told us the funniest of stories we knew too well- drunk drivers in Denver! The rest of the staff was respectfully kind and warm. My Grand Marnier was lush and plentiful. The desert was awesome. The salad was excellent and came straight from the back yard garden I’m sure. I recommend the Blue Lion for excellent cuisine, romance, a slow dinner, and atmosphere. The time flew by. Honestly we found it hard to leave. Oh lest I forget they had two outstanding gluten free meal choices and many choices for vegetables. Yum and yum!

So glad we got in line to have breakfast here! They make their own flour blend and it's delicious (plus a lot less gluten, it doesn't say gluten free). Everything was delicious and the muffins are just delicious. We ended getting a few bags of their pancake mix ar checkout.

We stayed at Cottonwood Cabins, just a short stroll from the Bear Trap. We went there for happy hour and dinner our first night, and ended up going three nights in a row! There were two servers/hosts during our visits, and both did an amazing job of getting you seated, taking orders, and bringing food out, all while being great to talk to. They made it fun to be there. Local beers were really good, we really liked the Speed Goat, a lighter beer with great taste. As for the food, we enjoyed everything we tried: gluten-free pizza, burgers, flank steak salad, prime french dip, and the hand-cut fries. One evening our server recommended that we snag a couple mini blueberry pies on our way out. We did, and they were fantastic! We love the Riverside/Encampment/Snowy Range area, and we'll definitely be back, and the Bear Trap will be part of the reason we return. Thanks, everyone!

I started lunch with the Tomato Bisque soup, and was advised that it was gluten free (it was). The soup was wonderful and I’d actually go back just for this, it had a great depth of tomato flavor, rich and creamy. My lunch partner had the French Onion soup and she loved it from the cheesy top, floating crouton and lots of onions. We both had the Spicy Ground Beef salad. It was just about the right servicing size with a very flavorful base of coconut rice topped with cucumbers, carrots, sliced peppers and spice ground beef along with fresh spinach topped with a spicy mayo dressing. I thought the ground beef was a bit too salty, at least for my taste. The menu has evolved nicely as the first couple times I ate here it wasn’t the best. The waitress did a great job of making sure our water was topped off along with my coffee.

Superb service, amazing omelet, gluten free toast that will make you wish you could buy the whole loaf, and an all-around cozy atmosphere. This Western diner is for sure the place to stop if you’re driving through.

Great dinner experience with the family. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. Daughter and I are celiac and Gather had several delicious offerings. Definitely recommend for other celiacs as well as those without any dietary restrictions.

I have celiac disease and this is one of the only fast food restaurants I feel really comfortable eating at. Thanks for having so many safe and easy gluten free options! The servers also knew a lot about cross contamination and allergy options and were able to help me figure out what to order (for example the fries share a frier with breaded stuff which is why they're not on the gluten free menu).

Canyon Eatery exceeded our expectations. Note, we visited in mid-September, but we found the service was quick, food was tasty (for quick serve), and the staff friendly. They had limited gluten free options, but we made it work. Our first night, we took our dinner “to go” and ate by Artist Point!

Stopped here with my parents on the way back to Denver. It was a small dining room but very friendly staff. There was a mix of locals and travelers. The food was excellent and the oatmeal pancakes were WONDERFUL (I’m gluten free and dairy free). Didn’t get a definitive on if they were diary free so I took my chances. They also allowed you to write your story in a book they have at each table to leave a little piece of your story behind. Good food, wonderful charm, and great reflection.

This is a small diner in down town Buffalo. They have everything you need. The breakfast I ate was a typical diner breakfast. I have celiac disease and have to eat gluten free and they were able to accommodate me. The sausage links were amazing. The staff was friendly.

They didn't have much that wasn't gluten free but they were happy to accommodate me and make something that was. Their ice cream sunday was huge. If you're going to have one of those make sure you've got someone to share with. And it was really good. My service was awesome. I would definitely go there again even if just for ice cream.

The new manager has really done a great job here. The food was always good, but the service has improved to match it. Some menu choices are a very good value, such as the 3 for me. They have a gluten sensitive menu, which is helpful for those with food allergies.

The only con was that it was quite stuffy in the spot we were seated. After coming in from the hot street we weren't loving that. Otherwise, awesome!

Very cute restaurant. A friendly staff who have a good knowledge on what's gluten free on the menu. Our waitress even checked to make sure the dressing was gluten free for my salad and made sure the chef didn't put any gluten in my salad. My parents got so many fries they couldn't finish them.
