They have some gluten-free food options available, just ask. I was there to meet two friends from out of town and they raved about the fish and chips but I was not able to indulge due to my celiac. We arrived around 4 pm and it wasn't too crowded but the place was packed when we left. Overall, it was enjoyable for everyone in my group.
A stunning Albuquerque landmark with beautiful landscaping, multiple patios, and a vibrant atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the New Mexico vibe.

Buffett lunch for nearly 100 people; fresh salad and hot dishes. Nicely done. Several gluten free options (host and others needed gluten free). The room we were in was quite beautiful, fresh, alive. Felt like we were outside in the sun, but we were inside.
Service staff were outstanding. Always close by without hovering. Quick service.
Food was pretty good.
However, the sopaipilla "walls" were quite thick. Almost like a slice of bread was flattened and deep fried. Not very enjoyable.
Overall, though, one of my better visits to El Pinto.
Experience a true taste of New Mexico with unique honey butter, spicy enchiladas, and a cozy atmosphere that's perfect for families.

I've been to both locations. The Santa Fe location I liked better. However, the Albuquerque better accommodates large groups.
I recently went to the ABQ location with a large group, 30+ persons. We had 4 tables and 3 waiters/waitresses. Our waiter wasn't very attentive. However, he could have been overwhelmed by our group size...
Some issues we had: We didn't receive sopapillas until the end of our meal, when we asked for them upon realizing all the other tables had some except for ours. We had to wait a while before being able to order our drinks and food. And asking for ketchup and extra napkins was a chore, we had to flag down our waiter.
NOTE: Your bill automatically includes a 20% tip. So, even if the service isn't great, you have no choice but to tip at least 20%. I'm not sure how I feel about that....
As for the food, it wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. There wasn't a whole lot of flavor. Regarding the menu: They had minimal vegetarian options. No vegan options. However, they were able to make some adjustments to the grilled veggie enchiladas for my friend so that it didn't include cheese. Gluten free options were not clearly specified. However, I just ordered a dish that used corn tortillas (chicken enchiladas).
Overall, my experience is a 3/5. Not bad, but not great.
Enjoy a great atmosphere with tasty options and a lovely patio, perfect for a leisurely lunch in a bustling tourist area.

The mushroom burger vegetarian gluten free bun was really tasty, it’s hard to find a good one so I was very happy with that. My garden salad was really good too. The regular burger was juicy and tasty. The French fries were horrible, very greasy not cooked enough.
We have been bothered by a beggar while we were eating inside the restaurant. The manager should do his job and don’t let that happen. The waiter could be more helpful he didn’t even come to ask how things were and we felt that we were bothering him when we entered the restaurant. We didn’t feel welcomed and they were in hurry to get our orders even if the place was empty at this time.
A lot of effort to do to make this restaurant a very good one.
A vibrant spot in Santa Fe with a fun atmosphere, perfect for returning multiple times and embracing a welcoming vibe.

This place was amazing. The funky decor, the variety of food. The waiter was very helpful checking what was gluten free for me. No loud music when we went.
Charming yet worn-down spot with great vibes, but upkeep issues and a persistent smell could dampen the experience.

The food here is great and our service waa wonderful. The brick fasade on the front of the building is coming loose. The bricks were just laying on the sidewalk, no one is bothering to sweep them up. The toilet didn't have the covering on the tank, the toilet paper dispenser was held together with duct tape. The whole restaurant smells like they have a sewage problem. The floor makes noise like the wood slats are coming or are loose. I love the food here, lots of accommodations for gluten free but will think twice before coming back...

Great selection of gluten free dining options with a separate gluten free menu as well as vegan and vegetarian. I had the pear salad and nachos. All gluten free and tasted great.

My husband and I were passing through the area on a road trip and we decided to stop here. We are in a big RV towing our city driver and needed a large parking lot one we could park and pull through luckily this location has exactly that! We ordered the elote corn cauliflower dip with tricolored corn tortilla chips, side salads with lemon basil vinaigrette, breakfast burrito, and a build your own burger, and a round of drinks total was $74.09. Everything came out hot and tasted amazing. The lemon basil dressing is such a unique and delicious dressing you won't find other places. I wanted to buy a bottle to go it was soooo good!!! We tried something we've never had with the dip appetizer and by my surprise one of the best restaurant made dips I've had in a long time! My husbands burrito was huge and he said it was everything he needed after driving. My burger was cooked to perfection, onions grilled just the way I like them! Truly a great meal! We both have food allergies/ restrictions husband has diverticulitis and I have a gluten allergy our server was not only knowledgeable but was able to make recommendations and accommodate both of us. This is rare to find on the road. If we are ever back in the area we know where to come back to! Thanks for a wonderful lunch 👍🏼👍🏼

O’Niell’s is one of my favorite spots in Albuquerque! Their burgers are outstanding and they offer a gluten free bun as well. Every dish I’ve tried here has been phenomenal and the service is always friendly. The patio is spacious and dog friendly. I love this place!

A group of us come here every July. I was given the gluten free menu and what kinds made this sting in the end was that I was told it was a very special menu because, and I’m paraphrasing, they knew I was coming and they wanted to make sure I was taken care of.
Fast forward a bit and we didn’t love the menu choices, but people really liked my menu. 3/4 of us picked out out order, to be told they didn’t have any of the items on the menu and it was outdated. I normally don’t get like this, but I was really excited about their rack of lamb, I had it last year and it was fabulous. The waiter apologized, too much. I definitely appreciated the apology but then he just kept going and going. A round of drinks would have been plenty of an apology, but it was like the waiter wouldn’t drop it, even after we did and I had to just awkwardly keep telling him it was ok.
Other than us having to kinda pick out stuff we didn’t necessarily want, the food ended up being very good. The pork belly tacos and elk tenderloin were fantastic.
Generous portions and a chill vibe make this spot a must-visit, especially for those looking to enjoy flavorful drinks in a cozy atmosphere.

Large portions with the most reasonable prices we found in Santa Fe. The grilled chicken salad was tasty (and welcome after many days of eating enchiladas); the chicken was tender and perfectly cooked. My niece chose this as a gluten free option and the waiter was knowledgeable about the ingredients. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Expect a delightful journey through delicious tapas and a standout crèma Catalana that leaves you wishing for more.

Went here for tapas and it didn't disappoint! Everything we had was delicious and El Farol has lots of gluten free options for the wife that are clearly labeled. We got 6 different tapas and couldn't finish everything but didn't want the meal to end. For dessert, we had the crèma Catalana which was also very, very, good. Would highly recommend this restaurant!
A cool spot with a laid-back vibe, featuring a fun outdoor patio, a game room, and a great drink selection that you won't want to miss!

Little Toad Creek offers a great atmosphere with a quiet, open side room that features games, including darts, pinball, and a pool table, and space for families and groups to spread out in without disturbing patrons in the main dining area. Staff are friendly and patient with dietary restrictions and kid energy.
I understand that the Little Toad Creek doesn’t run with vegans in mind, and I appreciate that the servers and kitchen staff were willing to remove ingredients to accommodate my dietary preferences. The menu does a decent job of listing ingredients, but it doesn’t have detailed allergen information.
When I asked our server what she could recommend for a vegan, she pointed me towards the Hungry Hippie. The vegetarian-friendly Hungry Hippie's portobello was well prepared and had a great texture, but without a vegan alternative for the several cheeses described on the menu, I definitely missed the intended experience. The brioche bun contains dairy, and I was told I'd need to pay $2 for a dairy-free bun when the gluten-free bun was listed at 75 cents on the menu and is what I believe I was ultimately served. The bun I ate was powdery and not very pleasant; the bed of greens would have been a better option, but it wasn't highlighted by our server. I wouldn't recommend the Hungry Hippie for a vegan but expect it would be pretty solid for a vegetarian. The cajun fries that came with my order had cajun salt liberally sprinkled over them, but it flavored the plate more than the fries. I think the best a vegan could do these days at Little Toad Creek is to go for the house salad and hold the feta, which is a bit of a let down.
The staff were solid and the atmosphere was great, but I can’t recommend the food to a vegan as it stands, and there may not be enough vegan customers to warrant more accommodation.
We had a great meal. This restaurant has friendly professional staff their food is perfection and they have something for everyone. Including gluten free options as my aunt found out.
A cozy spot with a welcoming vibe, offering hearty salads that feel like full meals and a standout tomato basil soup.

They do serve breakfast all day long. But there is very limited gluten sensitive options on the dietary needs menu, and the server was unwilling to even check whether slight modifications could be made to regular menu items. Front of the house was limited to only two wait staff, one also serving as hostess so service was negatively impacted during our lunch visit in early-February.
Enjoy a chill vibe with tasty, unique enchiladas and a pleasant atmosphere that keeps folks coming back for more.

When colleagues suggested eating here, I was concerned there would not be any Gluten-Free meal options. I am happy to say High Noon did have options that I could safely eat. I have celiac and eating out can be a health challenge. I had blue corn veggie enchiladas with red and greeen chile. The red chile was delish, silky smooth with subtle heat. The atmosphere was relaxing and the wait staff were knowledgable and pleasant. Definitely will be going back!

Often on Thursday nights we enjoy going out to eat to avoid the crowds and avoid having to cook. That's what brought us to Outback this evening. Good food for the price, comfortable booths and not too far from home. Abbey added to our experience so much. She gave us space but checked in regularly. When I asked about croutons she checked to make sure it wasn't an allergy or gluten intolerance (l love when I have servers who pay attention to those details). And was prompt with everything possible. Outback is already one of our default, don't want to cook tonight, restaurants. She just made that experience so much more.

We showed up at 5 pm and were told it would be an hour and a half wait for a table. We were visiting another town from out of state and drove to Taos just to visit the brewery. Unfortunately we weren’t able to wait that long so we couldn’t stay. My wife had been looking forward to their gluten feee vegan pizza for quite some time so she went ahead and ordered one to go. 40 minutes later she finally got her pizza. She was told “it had just come out” but found it to be like warm like it had been sitting there for a good 10-15 minutes. The pizza was fine but nothing to write home about. Can’t comment on the beer since we didn’t get to try any. By the time we left they announced it was now a 2 hour wait for a table. If you plan on going, plan accordingly unless you want to wait.
Expect fantastic service and an unhurried atmosphere, with many claiming it to be a highlight of their dining experiences.

my family used to come here almost once week and I would take friends from out of town etc. In the last 6 months the food quality has plummeted. Forget take out unless you want to check each contain before you leave. Portion size is inconsistent, soggy veggies, and my kid got an enchilada with no sauce. On a gluten free order where the server was told the person had celiacs, flour tortillas were put on top of the food he didn't trust the kitchen not to just remove the tortillas. Getting contaminated would cause hime to miss work. Please get your game back.
Authentic vibes and a cozy, homey feel make this family-friendly spot perfect for enjoying large portions and a diverse menu that caters to all.

Authentic sit down Mexican restaurant. Excellent menu traditional dishes and shares a kitchen with El Pollo bravo the chicken next-door I peaked in the kitchen. It was very neat and clean and well organized. They have booth seating and table seating chairs or just your run-of-the-mill, traditional diners chairs, but everything is so comfortable in the environment is like being in someone’s home. I have the tostadas I could only finish half of it it was so big. Husband had the chicken chimichanga. It was excellent. The food here is fabulous. Try the green chili sauce chips and salsa were served as soon as we sat down and I had probably one of the best margarita classic margaritas I’ve ever had there is free parking across the street they do serve gluten-free dishes. It is kid friendly, they do have a couple of large tables for large families. It was fabulous.
A new favorite spot with non-judgmental staff, fair prices, and a cool diner vibe, but lacks dairy-free options and can be a bit chilly indoors.

We love Red Robin. This location has had numerous issues since 2023 but I’m a positive person who likes to think maybe someone quit, called out, causing staffing issues etc. which is why I don’t leave every review that may be considered an Inconvenience towards the customer, totally understanding. However , Today August 4th 2024 I felt was the last straw for this location. The Issue was with the gentle man who brought the food and the manager. It’s sad that customer service everywhere has significantly dropped. The issue for this was we had asked if a bun was gluten free, when the gentlemen brought the food he said looks like it, and then we were just de assuring it was he walked away and said looks like it… mind you this instance was for health reasons so we were just double checking. So we asked for the manager and then he came out, not even apologetic for the staff or the issue, stated it’s the correct bun, we stated we wouldn’t pay for the bun and he just walked away mid sentence. Appears he was super dismissive of the whole thing. Whether if he cared or not isn’t the issue, you’d just expect the manager to be apologetic and show re assurance, if this was a food allergy and someone had a reaction I’m sure this would’ve been a lawsuit. Yes the food order had meals waived, so thank you for that. Again, if we were listened too all that had to be waived was the bun, and there would not have to be a negative review, as someone who works customer service I was super disappointed. Literally could’ve been avoided. Long story short if you and your family have a bunch of time to waste, want great food, with crappy service then this is the best location for you spend your hard earned Money :)
Excellent for those with food allergies. Great staff, excllent food, great lunch menu. I had the gluten free version of the sechswan shrimp bento box. Delicious!!
Very nice, comfy restaurant for higher end meals. I've been here 2 times now - the second time was for Restaurant Week. The service is great, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and the food is delicious. I had the kale wasabi salad, the pork osso buco and the tiramisu - all phenomenal and, surprisingly, larger portions. Things are clearly marked gluten free and have many options.
